Abstract

Creativity in early childhood is an essential aspect that should be developed from an early age because it forms the basis for thinking, imagination, and self-expression. However, in many early childhood education institutions, learning activities that stimulate creativity are still limited. Based on preliminary observations at RA Nurul Islam Bungo, most children tended to be passive during art activities and lacked confidence to perform in front of their peers. This study aims to develop children’s creativity through art performances in dance and drama as enjoyable and meaningful learning media. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that stage art activities effectively foster children’s confidence, courage, and ability to express ideas creatively. In addition, children demonstrated improvement in cooperation, discipline, and responsibility throughout the rehearsal and performance process. Therefore, dance and drama performances not only enrich the learning experience but also serve as effective tools to develop children’s creative potential and positive character within the RA environment.

Abstract

Sejarah merupakan konstruksi naratif yang dibentuk oleh relasi kekuasaan dan kepentingan tertentu. Dalam konteks ini, sastra menjadi ruang untuk merepresentasikan sekaligus menggugat narasi sejarah dominan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dekonstruksi narasi sejarah dalam novel Laut Bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori dengan fokus pada representasi era Reformasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis teks kritis berbasis dekonstruksi yang merujuk pada pemikiran Jacques Derrida serta didukung oleh perspektif wacana dan kekuasaan Michel Foucault. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel ini merepresentasikan peristiwa sejarah dan membongkar narasi dominan melalui oposisi biner dan kontradiksi internal dalam teks. Relasi antara negara dan rakyat ditampilkan secara tidak stabil, sehingga membuka kemungkinan interpretasi alternatif terhadap makna sejarah. Selain itu, novel ini menghadirkan suara korban kekerasan politik yang selama ini terpinggirkan. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan sastra dapat merefleksikan realitas sosial-politik serta berperan dalam menggoyahkan stabilitas makna sejarah serta membentuk pemahaman yang lebih kritis dan inklusif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service on visitor satisfaction at California Cialam Jaya Agrotourism, Tanea Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. The research sample consisted of 44 respondents obtained through accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires that measured five dimensions of service quality, namely: tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the study indicate that the level of satisfaction with the performance of the quality of service of Agowisata California Cialam Jaya is in the "good" category with an average of 89.90% because it shows that most visitors are satisfied with the quality of service provided, but there are still several attributes and there are service attributes that are included in Quadrant III in the Cartesian Diagram which show low priority both in terms of importance and performance. This indicates that although these attributes are not the main concern of visitors, the quality of service still needs to be improved gradually to prevent potential dissatisfaction in the future and maintain consistency in improving the quality of service as a whole

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ketidakseimbangan unsur hara dan kualitas tanah yang kurang optimal merupakan permasalahan umum di lahan pertanian, namun pemantauan unsur hara memerlukan analisis laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh hubungan untuk mengestimasi pH tanah, kandungan nitrogen total, karbon total dan bahan organik tanah berdasarkan konduktivitas listrik tanah, serta mengevaluasi potensi penggunaan konduktivitas listrik tanah sebagai indikator estimasi parameter-parameter tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan machine learning berbasis Python dengan algoritma regresi linear, di mana 70% data digunakan untuk membuat persamaan pendugaan dan 30% untuk validasi kinerja model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konduktivitas Listrik (EC) dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai pH dengan persamaan pH = 0,3107 EC - 1,2 (nilai R² = 0,9707), untuk memprediksi nilai karbon total dengan persamaan TC = 0,3525 EC - 0,1 dan untuk memprediksi nilai bahan organik, dengan persamaan BOT = 0,2045 EC - 0,1 dengan nilai R² = 0,9126. Namun, nilai EC dinyatakan lemah untuk memprediksi nitrogen total dengan nilai R² = -0,0030. Validasi kinerja model menunjukkan nilai kesalahan yang sangat kecil pada persamaan untuk memprediksi pH berdasarkan nilai EC yaitu MSE = 0,0006; MAE = 0,0164), serta pada persamaan untuk memprediksi karbon total dan bahan organik tanah berdasarkan nilai EC diperoleh masing-masing nilai MSE = 0,0017 dan MAE = 0,0357). Namun nilai EC kurang efektif untuk memprediksi nilai nitrogen total karena hasil validasi kinerja model menunjukkan nilai MSE = 0,0195 dan MAE = 0,1190. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa konduktivitas listrik tanah dapat digunakan sebagai indikator yang baik untuk mengestimasi pH tanah, karbon total, dan bahan organik tanah.   ABSTRACT The imbalance of soil nutrients and suboptimal soil quality are common issues in agricultural land; however, monitoring soil nutrients typically requires laboratory analysis. This study aims to establish relationships for estimating soil pH, total nitrogen content, total carbon, and soil organic matter based on soil electrical conductivity (EC), as well as to evaluate the potential use of EC as an indicator for estimating these parameters. The research employed a machine learning approach using Python with a linear regression algorithm, where 70% of the data was used to develop estimation equations and the remaining 30% for model performance validation. The results indicate that EC can be used to predict pH with the equation pH = 0.3107 EC - 1.2 (R² = 0.9707), total carbon with the equation TC = 0.3525 EC - 0.1, and soil organic matter with the equation BOT = 0.2045 EC - 0.1 (R² = 0.9126). However, EC was found to be a weak predictor for total nitrogen, as indicated by an R² value of -0.0030. Model validation results showed very low error values for the pH prediction equation (MSE = 0.0006; MAE = 0.0164), as well as for the equations predicting total carbon and organic matter (MSE = 0.0017 and MAE = 0.0357, respectively). In contrast, EC was less effective in predicting total nitrogen, as reflected in higher error values (MSE = 0.0195; MAE = 0.1190). These findings suggest that soil electrical conductivity can serve as a reliable indicator for estimating soil pH, total carbon, and organic matter content.

Abstract

Banana stems have the potential to be used as organic growing media which can facilitate agricultural activities with the application of a hydroponic system. This study aims to determine the physical characteristics of the planting medium resulting from the utilization of banana stems and the effect of the ty pe of banana stem material on growth of water spinach. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with two treatment factors, namely the type of banana stem material ((A1) true stem, (A2) pseudo stem, (A3) a combination of true and pseudo stem) and th e final form of planting medium ((B1) powdered and (B2) print). This study consisted of 6 treatment combinations with each treatment being repeated 3 times, so that 18 experimental units were obtained. Parameters observed were density, field capacity, pH, number of leaves, plant height, leaf width, and leaf color. The results showed that the planting medium for banana stems had a field capacity value of between 51.54% - 62.91% with a pH value in the range of ideal pH values, namely between 5.93 and 6.23, an d the ideal density for stem growing media original in printed form (A1B2) with a value of 0.43 g/cm3. The highest number of leaves was produced by the original stem planting medium in mold form (A1B2) with an average value of 10, the highest leaf width wa s produced by the pseudo stem planting medium in the form of powder (A2B1), and the highest leaf color was produced by the original stem planting medium in the form of mold (A1B2) and pseudostem growing media in powder form (A2B1) with an average value of 4.

Abstract

Blast disease is a disease that attacks the leaves of rice plants. Blast disease attacks can affect chlorophyll and the health of rice plants. Leaf chlorophyll can be estimated using a SPAD chlorophyll meter to obtain the SPAD value. The vegetation index v alue has a strong relationship with chlorophyll. This study aims to obtain the relationship between SPAD value and Vegetation Index value in rice plants affected by blast disease using multispectral imagery and determine the level of correlation between SP AD value and Vegetation Index value in rice plants affected by blast disease using multispectral imagery. SPAD value sampling was carried out on 3 rice field plots, each plot was taken 5 points diagonally, and each point was taken 9 rice paddy clumps. Next , multispectral image acquisition using the DJI Phantom 4 Drone with multispectral cameras at altitudes of 15 m, 30 m, and 45 m. The image is then mosaiced using Agisoft Metashape, then normalized with Photoshop. Next, the vegetation index analysis of NDVI , CI G , and SAVI using QGIS 3.16, followed by regression analysis between the SPAD value and the vegetation index value. The results of the analysis showed that the three vegetation indices at various altitudes produced a linear relationship and the degree of correlation ranged from strong to very strong. Strong correlation rate on NDVI 45 m (65.4%), SAVI 45 m (63.1%), and very strong correlation on NDVI index 15 m (94.2%), 30 m (79.5%), CI G 15 m (80.5%), 30 m (84.8%), 45 m (82.5%), and SAVI 15 m (80.5%), 30 m (78%). It can be concluded that the NDVI vegetation index with a height of 15 m provides the strongest correlation value

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve the critical thinking skills and social studies (IPS) learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Madiun through the use of Padlet, a collaborative digital learning application. The background of this study was the low level of students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes, shown by pre-cycle data with an average critical thinking score of 50.00% and an average learning outcome of 67.57, with classical mastery of only 33%. This study followed the Kemmis and McTaggart action research model, carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages, involving 31 eighth-grade students. Critical thinking data were collected through observation sheets based on four indicators, while learning outcome data were collected through written tests at the end of each cycle. The results showed that Padlet improved students' critical thinking skills from 50.00% in the pre-cycle to 68.13% in cycle I and 81.25% in cycle II. The average learning outcome score increased from 67.57 to 74.27 in cycle I and 82.90 in cycle II, with classical mastery rising from 33% to 57% in cycle I and 97% in cycle II.
