Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the tourism area management policies carried out by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Mamuju Regency towards the development of an integrated tourist area. Reviewing and analyzing the contribution of the government, universities, private sector, community, and media in the development of tourism areas in Mamuju Regency. Efforts to develop human resources in the management of tourism objects at the tourism and culture department of Mamuju Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture of Mamuju Regency using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with representatives of the Tourism Office, tourist destination managers, and tourists. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The governance policy for the development of tourism destinations is contained in the Regional Regulation of Mamuju Regency Number 5 of 2016 concerning the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Mamuju Regency 2016-2021 which is contained in the 5th mission. 2) The implementation of governance policies for the development of tourist destinations in Mamuju Regency is carried out through the involvement and cooperation between the government and the private sector, universities, communities, and the media. 3) Based on the evaluation of the program, it was found that the factors that influence tourism development in Mamuju Regency are the supporting factors are the strategic location of the area and tourism supporting facilities while the inhibiting factors are policy problems, lack of budget, promotion of tourist destinations that have not been maximized, management of tourist destinations that are not optimal. not optimal, quality human resources to manage tourist destinations are still limited (not in accordance with the educational background of tourism) so that the impact on the governance system is not optimal. Keywords: Governance, Tourism, Triple Helix.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas pelayanan pengurusan perpanjangan Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor dalam perspektif hukum pidana di Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Bone dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efektivitas pelayanan pengurusan perpanjangan Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor dalam perspektif hukum pidana di Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Bone telah dilaksanakan tapi berjalan kurang efektif; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelayanan pengurusan perpanjangan Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor dalam perspektif hukum pidana di Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Bone adalah faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor masyarakat, dan faktor penyuluhan hukum. The research objective to analyze the effectiveness of the service for the extension of the Motorized Vehicle Number Certificate in the perspective of criminal law at the Bone One Roof Manunggal Administration System Office (SAMSAT) and the influencing factors. The research method in this study uses the type of empirical research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the effectiveness of the service for the extension of the Motor Vehicle Number Certificate in the perspective of criminal law at the Bone One Roof Manunggal Administration System Office (SAMSAT) has been implemented but is not effective; (2) the factors that affect the effectiveness of the service for the extension of the Motorized Vehicle Number Certificate in the perspective of criminal law at the One Roof Manunggal Administration System Office (SAMSAT) Bone are law enforcement factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, community factors, and legal counseling factors.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan masing-masing perusahaan industri persemenan di Indonesia pada periode 2015-2019. trend kinerja keuangan industri semen di Indonesia pada periode 2015-2019 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan industry semen di indonesia periode 2015-2019 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu analisis yang didasarkan pada perhitungan data. Untuk data yang digunakan yaitu data skunder berupa laporan keuangan periode tahun 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Analisis Rasio Keuangan, 1) Rasio lancar (Current Ratio), INTP dan SMBR memiliki kinrja keuangan yang terbaik bagus karena rasio lancar perusahan diatas rata-rata industri semen 2) Rasio utang terhadap equitas (Debt To Equity Ratio), SMCB dan SMBR sudah memiliki kinerja yang cukup bagus karena secara keseluruhan DER berada diatas rata-rata industri semen, 3) Rasio Perputaran Total Aset (Total Assets Turn Over), PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk yang terbaik di antara ke 4 perusahaan lainnya. Berdasarkan  TATO secara keseluruhan berada diatas rata-rata industri semen., 4) Rasio Hasil Pengembalian atas Ekuitas WTON,diantara 4 perusahaan lainnya karena secara keseluruhan rasio hasil pengembalian atas ekuitas lebih besar dari rata –rata industri semen. Analisis Trend, 1) Trend Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) SMCB,WTON, mepunyai nilai B positif menggambarkan dari tahun 2015-2019, perusahaan cenderung mengalami kenaikan rasio lancar, 2) Trend Debt to Equity Ratio SMCB, INTP,SMBR dan WTON, mengalami peningkatan  yang disebabkan porsi hutang meningkat setiap tahunnya, 3) Total Assets Turn Over WTON, cenderung mengalami kenaikan TATO, 4) Trend Return On Equity, SMCB, cenderung mengalami kenaikan rasio hasil pengembalian atas ekuitas. The purpose of this study is to analyze 1) the financial performance of each cement industry company in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period. 2) trends in the financial performance of the cement industry in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period. 3) factors that affect the financial performance of the cement industry in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period.This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, namely analysis based on data calculations. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements for the 2015-2019 period The results show that Financial Ratio Analysis, 1) Current Ratio, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Baturaja Tbk have the best financial performance because the company's current ratio is above the cement industry average. 2) Debt to equity ratio ( Debt To Equity Ratio), PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, and PT Semen Baturaja have good performance because overall the debt to equity ratio is above the cement industry average 3) Total Assets Turn Over Ratio, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk is the best among 4 other companies. Based on the total asset turnover as a whole, it is above the cement industry average. . 4) Return on Equity Ratio PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, has the best financial performance among the other 4 companies because the overall return on equity ratio is greater than average – cement industry average. Trend analysis, 1) Trend of Current Ratio (Current Ratio) PT Hplcim Indonesia Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, has a positive B value depicting from 2015-2019, the company tends to experience an increase in current ratio, 2) Trend ratio Debt to Equity (Debt to Equity Ratio) PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, PT Semen Batu Raja Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, experienced an increase in the debt to equity ratio due to the annual increase in debt portion, 3) Trend Total Assets Turn Over Ratio, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, tends to experience an increase in the total asset turnover ratio, 4) Trend Return on Equity Ratio, tend to experience an increase in the return on equity ratio

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence between leadership and leadership variablesintellectual capital on achievement motivation, knowing and analyzing leadership,intellectual capital and achievement motivation on teacher performance, knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership andintellectual capital on teacher performance moderated by achievement motivation. This study used primary data through a questionnaire of 98 respondendendents and used the entire population as a sample. This research was conducted for 2 months and started from November 2022 to December 2022. The research method used is a quantitative approach which emphasizes analysis of numerical data. processed by statistical methods, with data analysis techniquesPartial Last Square Smart-PLS. The results of the study show that: [1] Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation (Y1), [2]Intellectual Capital (X2) has a positive but not significant effect on Achievement Motivation (Y1), [3] Achievement Motivation (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y2), [4] Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y2 ), [5]Intellectual Capital (X2) has a positive but not significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y2), [6] Achievement Motivation (Y1) has a negative and insignificant effect mediating the relationship between Leadership (X1) and Teacher Performance (Y2), [7] Achievement Motivation (Y1) positive effect but not significantly mediate the relationship betweenIntellectual Capital (X2) and Teacher Performance (Y2). Abstract

Research related to the development of human capital based on cultural diversity is still minimal, so this study aims to find a human capital development model based on cultural diversity, self-leadership, and team management. The research instruments used questionnaires with samples of 146 respondents; the data was processed using SEM. The results showed that human capital performance could improve if supported by solid self-leadership despite cultural diversity. However, the research staff has not been able to do knowledge sharing because the management team has not entirely run well among local and foreign research staff. The novelty of this study lies in the ability to communicate between local and foreign research staff despite the cultural diversity between them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dimensi pelayanan publik yang terdiri dari: responsivitas, responsibilitas, dan akuntabilitas terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program kartu identitas anak (KIA) di Dukcapil Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui pemberian quesioner kepada masyarakat pengguna program KIA pada wilayah kerja Dukcapil Kota Makassar sebanyak 115 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) Variabel responsivitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA. Hal ini bermakna bahwa semakin baik responsivitas dirasakan maka kepuasan masyarakat pengguna KIA juga akan semakin meningkat, yang tercermin dari indikator ketepatan waktu dalam memberikan pelayanan dan Daya tanggap pegawai dalam merespon kebutuhan masyarakat. 2) Variabel responsibilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA, Hal ini bermakna bahwa semakin baik responsibilitas yang dirasakan maka kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA juga akan semakin meningkat, yang tercermin dari indikator ketepatan layanan administrasi dan kecepatan layanan masyarakat, 3) Variabel akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA. Hal ini bermakna bahwa semakin baik akuntabilitas pegawai maka kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA juga akan semakin meningkat. Abstract

A laboratory is a facility schools must own to support the teaching and learning process in schools or tertiary institutions. This research aims to analyze the perceptions and the outcomes obtained by the students from practicum activities at the Science Laboratory at FKIP UNMUL, namely the biology laboratory, chemistry laboratory and physics laboratory. This research employed a qualitative method in which the data were collected via interviews with laboratory assistants and questionnaires to Physics Education students in Batch 2022. The data analysis technique used in this research was quantitative descriptive analysis which described the data collected. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the practicum system in the three laboratories is nearly identical, including the preparation, the praticum, and the evaluation after the practicum. However, the perceptions of the students and the results obtained from the practicum are different, meaning that the students tend to understand the practicum only in a certain laboratory.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan mitra terkait masih rendahnya kemampuan inovasi usaha, perilaku konsumsi tuak beralkohol, dan produk kelompok belum tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan life skill kelompok melalui inovasi teknologi berbasis ekonomi kreatif dalam pengelolaan nira aren menjadi gula semut. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM dalam bentuk edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra sasaran sebanyak 9 kelompok pengolah nira aren yang ada di Desa Timbuseng, dengan jumlah anggota kelompok 70 orang. Evaluasi pelaksanaan program pelatihan dilakukan melalui evaluasi reaksi, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi perilaku. Evaluasi terhadap ketercapaian tujuan program Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa potensi nira aren di Desa Timbuseng sangat prospek dikembangkan dengan tingkat produksi rata-rata 2500 liter perhari, akan tetapi 75% dijual dalam bentuk tuak beralkohol. Sehingga hal ini berdampak pada menurunya produksi gula aren di Desa Timbuseng. Hasil evaluasi proses dan dampak dari program pelatihan dan pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan menyatakan mendapatkan informasi baru dari materi-materi yang disampaikan tim PKM.Abstract: Partner problems related to the low ability of business innovation, consumption behavior of alcoholic palm wine, and group products not yet halal certified. This PKM activity aims to:increase life skills group through technological innovation based on creative economy in the management of palm sap into ant sugar. The method of implementing the PKM program is in the for meducation, training and assistance to target partners as many as 9 groups of palm sap processing in Timbuseng Village, with a total of 70 group members. Evaluation of the implementation of the training program is carried out through evaluation of reactions, evaluation of learning, and evaluation of behavior. Evaluation of the achievement of program objectives The PKM results show that the potential for palm sap in Timbuseng Village is very prospected for development with an average production rate of 2500 liters per day, but 75% is sold in the form of alcoholic wine. So that this has an impact on decreasing palm sugar production in Timbuseng Village. The results of the process and impact evaluation of the training and mentoring program show that 85% of training and mentoring participants statedget new information from the materials presented by the PKM team.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi Pengaruh Kompetensi modal manusia, modal relasional dan modal organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Gowa. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 45 orang, dengan mengunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu Teknik penentuan sampel dengan menjadikan semua anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kusioner dengan analisis data dengan mengunakan perhitungan statistic melalui aplikasi statistical package for the social science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi modal manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai, modal relasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai dan modal organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Gowa. Abstract

Abstract The banking industry has experienced a weakening of the intermediary function in the last 2 years which can be seen from the low-profit growth. Based on the observation at 5 branches of PT. Bank Sulselbar, profit achievement in 2020-2021 in all branches has not yet reached the target of 100%. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of family support, organizational support, and work culture on employee performance. This associative study used a quantitative approach. It involved 118 employees from 5 branches of PT. Bank Sulselbar as samples. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and data were analyzed using PLS-SEM analysis. The results of the study showed that family support, organizational support, and work culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Family support and organizational support had a positive and significant effect on work culture. The Sobel test showed that work culture can mediate the influence of family support and organizational support on employee performance in some branches of PT. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 118 karyawan dari 5 cabang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dukungan keluarga, dukungan organisasi, dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dukungan keluarga dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya kerja. Hasil uji sobel test bahwa budaya kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada beberapa cabang PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar.Kata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, Dukungan Organisasi, Budaya Kerja, Kinerja
