Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Industri kuliner di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan pesat setiap tahunnya. Kondisi ini disebabkan peningkatan daya beli masyarakat, perkembangan gaya hidup, dan berkembangnya tren berburu kuliner di berbagai daerah. Persaingan yang ketat mendorong pelaku industri kuliner untuk menciptakan makanan dengan cita rasa yang khas sehingga berbeda dari kompetitor lainnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Ayam Penyet Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive samping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian yaitu pelanggan Ayam Penyet Bandung dengan jumlah sampel 190 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 5) Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 6) Kepuasan pelanggan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan 7) Kepuasan pelanggan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and leadership on work efficiency and human resource (HR) performance at PT Tabira Petro Energi. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using a survey conducted on the entire population of 52 employees through a census technique. Data were collected via questionnaires and anssalyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that AI and leadership have a positive and significant impact on work efficiency and HR performance. Furthermore, work efficiency is proven to positively affect HR performance and serves as an intervening variable mediating the influence of AI and leadership on HR performance. These findings suggest that proper AI implementation and supportive leadership can enhance efficiency to optimize No Halaman Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Bisnis, Volume X, Nomor X, Bulan Tahun:hal pertama-hal terakhir HR performance in the digital transformation era. Abstract

This study examines the influence of Brand Image and Service Quality on Satisfaction Mediated by Trust (Student Smart Gate User Study). A quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS was applied to test the proposed hypothesis. The sample in this study consisted of 388 students obtained through purposive sampling. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on satisfaction, while Servqual had no significant effect on satisfaction. Brand image was found to have an effect on trust, and the direct effect of Servqual on trust was significant. Trust was found to have a direct effect on satisfaction. In addition, trust was a full mediator in the relationship between brand image and satisfaction, and a partial mediator in the relationship between Servqual and satisfaction. The practical implications of this study are for Malang State University in managing Smart Gate including strengthening brand image through consistent communication to increase satisfaction and trust. Improving service quality is focused on system reliability and data security to build trust as a key determinant, thereby supporting operational efficiency and optimal student experience.

Abstract

PT Litera Mediatama, one of the indie publishers, has successfully negotiated the difficulties posed by the COVID-19 outbreak and its aftermath. Litera Publisher is still very much committed to helping its staff perform better. Through the mediation of perceived usefulness, this research aimed to ascertain the direct and indirect impacts of proactive personality traits and growth mindset on employee performance. All full-time and part-time workers at Litera Publisher were included in the research. One hundred and fifty-five people were surveyed using an online questionnaire; the participants were chosen using a saturation sampling method, often known as a census. The quantitative data that was gathered was evaluated using PLS-SEM analysis with SmartPLS software. Through perceived usefulness as a mediating variable, the findings demonstrated that proactive personality traits and a development mindset significantly impact employee performance, both directly and indirectly. It is anticipated that a qualitative method or a formative indicator model would be considered in future study. Researchers may try it out on other publishers or recruit people from different indie publishing houses in Indonesia to verify the unbiased framework model.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi prioritas utama bagi setiap organisasi, termasuk dalam sektor pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan POSI. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan POSI. Metode analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis parsial dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan responden sebanyak 53 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga variable, hanya variable budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja yang secara parsial dan simultan signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan POSI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and the owner's personal branding on customers' decision to use training services, through customer trust, at PT Kemilau Cahaya Inspirasi, Sidoarjo. The study used primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to training participants who had attended training more than once during the period from January 2023 to September 2025, with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique was non-probability purposive sampling. The data were analyzed quantitatively using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that service quality and the owner's personal branding have a positive and significant effect on customer trust; however, they do not directly affect the decision to use training services. Customer trust significantly affects the decision to use training services and serves as a mediating variable. The main finding of this study shows that customer trust is a key factor that bridges the influence of service quality and personal branding on customers' decisions to use training services. Accordingly, trust plays a strategic role in strengthening the decision to use training services.

Abstract

Abstrak Persaingan antar lembaga pelatihan profesional menuntut penyedia jasa pelatihan untuk memahami faktor-faktor utama yang membentuk kepuasan peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelatihan, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan kualitas trainer terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan pada Business Wisdom Institute Surabaya, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 35 peserta pelatihan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Instrumen penelitian disusun menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran dan kualitas trainer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan, sedangkan kualitas pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kualitas trainer merupakan variabel dengan pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan peserta. Secara simultan, kualitas pelatihan, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan kualitas trainer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,708 yang menunjukkan kemampuan model dalam menjelaskan variabilitas kepuasan peserta tergolong kuat. Temuan ini memperkaya kajian kepuasan peserta pelatihan dengan menegaskan bahwa pengalaman belajar yang dirasakan secara langsung melalui interaksi dengan trainer dan dukungan fasilitas pembelajaran memiliki peran yang lebih menentukan dibandingkan desain program pelatihan semata.
