Abstract

Peningkatan pemahaman teknologi Artificial Intelligence di kalangan siswa SMP Islam Al-Muhajirin Padurenan 3 menjadi pokok permasalahan yang mendesak di era digital saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan program edukasi interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep dan aplikasi AI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen, di mana siswa dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang mengikuti program edukasi interaktif dan kelompok kontrol yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa mengenai teknologi AI setelah mengikuti program edukasi interaktif, ditunjukkan dengan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan perbedaan nilai yang mencolok. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa edukasi interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang teknologi Artificial Intelligence, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif metode pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan untuk diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah, khususnya dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan teknologi di masa depan. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tetapi juga membangkitkan minat mereka terhadap bidang teknologi, yang sangat penting untuk perkembangan karir mereka di era digital.

Abstract

This study examines the policy of premarital course in Indonesia and Malaysia. The premarital course aims to equip the bride and groom with the knowledge and skills of making good family besides attempting to reduce the high rate of divorces in both countries. Premarital course conducted by BP4 Institutions in Indonesia and JAKIM in Malaysia applied different approaches and policies. This study tries to elaborate pre-marital course in Indonesia and Malaysia by examining policies and substantial issues. The data was collected through library research, examining regulations and rules applied in both countries. This study showed that the procedure and mechanism of premarital course in Indonesia and Malaysia were different. Premarital course in Malaysia is mandatory and one of the requirements of marriage registration document whereas in Indonesia is voluntary. Both countries, however, applied a similarity approach and strategy in delivering course materials.

Abstract

This study examines the integration between the paradigm of Islamic law and maritime affairs and national resilience. The maqāṣid al-sharīʻa play a significant role in providing a mechanism and its practical strategies on how maritime affairs and national resilience are to be developed. This study aims at highlighting how Islamic law is integrated with maritime affairs and national resilience in the way they are connected with the spiritual-religious values in their development. The maritime affairs and national resilience are used as the object of analysis in an attempt of integrating Islam and natural and social sciences. The study comes to justify the significant role of Islamic values to be put in maritime affairs and national resilience as the foundation to protect life, assets, and future generation.

Abstract

This article aims to describe that religious moderation is a preventive measure against religious radicalism. This research is a type of library study. The data collected in this research is qualitative data. The results of this research indicate that the city of Bandung needs a comprehensive concept of religious moderation to overcome the problem of religious radicalism through the concept of moderation. The threat of radicalism should not be considered normal, so it is very important to instill and demonstrate religious moderation to prevent the influence of radicalism. Tolerance is a concept that can reduce religious radicalism. The essence of the concept of tolerance is to provide space for other people to express their beliefs, convey their thoughts, voice their ideas and opinions even if they differ from other people opinions.

Abstract

The philosophical discourse on legal justice, certainty, and benefits paradigm in the reality of Indonesian law reflect a strong indication of legal positivism in the Supreme Court decision. It causes a loss in the sense of justice and the hope for the community to meet legislative candidates with a clean track record and full of integrity. This study is normative-philosophical legal research applying the theory of justice developed by John Stuart Mill and John Rawls in highlighting the concept of legal justice, certainty, and benefits. The construction of justice in this decision applies the concept of justice as fairness as seen in the court consideration focusing on individual freedom (political rights to vote and to be elected). This is taken to protect the natural rights which are irreplaceable by any other rights. Meanwhile, the use of legal benefits and certainty is to reinforce the legal positivism paradigm. As the result, the study shows the three legal values (justice, certainty, and benefits) share equal positions in the country’s legal framework.Keywords: Legal Justice; Legal Certainty; Legal Benefits; Law; Supreme Court Decision Konstruksi Keadilan, Kepastian, dan Kemanfaatan Hukum dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 46P/HUM/2018 Abstrak Wacana filosofis paradigma keadilan, kepastian, dan kemanfaatan hukum dalam realitas hukum Indonesia mencerminkan indikasi kuat positivisme hukum dalam putusan Mahkamah Agung. Hal tersebut menyebabkan hilangnya rasa keadilan dan harapan masyarakat untuk bertemu calon legislatif dengan rekam jejak yang bersih dan penuh integritas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normative-filosofis yang menerapkan teori keadilan yang dikembangkan oleh John Stuart Mill dan John Rawls dalam menyoroti konsep keadilan, kepastian, dan kemanfaatan hukum. Konstruksi keadilan dalam putusan ini menggunakan konsep keadilan sebagai fairness yang terlihat dalam pertimbangan pengadilan yang menitikberatkan pada kebebasan individu (hak politik untuk memilih dan dipilih). Hal ini dijadikan pertimbangan untuk melindungi hak alami yang tidak dapat digantikan oleh hak lainnya. Sedangkan kemanfaatan dan kepastian hukum dijadikan pertimbangan untuk memperkuat paradigma positivisme hukum. Hasilnya, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga nilai hukum (keadilan, kepastian, dan manfaat) memiliki kedudukan yang sama dalam kerangka hukum negara. Kata Kunci: Keadilan hukum, kepastian hukum, kemanfaatan hukum, hukum, putusan Mahkamah Agung. Конструирование справедливости, определенности и преимущества закона в Постановлении № 46P/HUM/2018 Верховного суда АннотацияПостановление Верховного суда № 46P/HUM/2018 вызвало раскол в правовой парадигме в Индонезии. Философский дискурс между справедливостью, определенностью и преимуществами закона в реальности индонезийского законодательства отражает сильные симптомы правового позитивизма в постановлении Верховного суда. Это приводит к потере чувства справедливости и надежды сообщества на получение репутации чистых и порядочных кандидатов. Данное исследование является нормативно-философским правовым исследованием. Подход, основанный на теории справедливости Джона Стюарта Милля и Джона Ролза, был использован для понимания концепции справедливости, преимущества и правовой определенности в постановлении. Конструирование справедливости в постановлении использует концепцию справедливости как равенства (справедливость как честность), что можно увидеть из соображений судей, подчеркивающих индивидуальную свободу (политические права, право быть избранным и голосовать) как форму попытки отстоять либертарианские права или естественные права, которые не могут быть отменены свободой других людей. Между тем аспекты преимущества и определенности подчеркивают позитивную парадигму закона. В этом исследовании сделан вывод о том, что три юридические значимости (определенность, преимущество и справедливость) занимают не менее важное место в рамках правовой системы страны.Ключевые Слова: Справедливость; определенность; преимущество закона; закон; постановление Верховного суда.

Abstract

With the increasing number of older people, this community’s protection, welfare, and independence must run well. This research will then be carried out to see how the implementation of elderly schools can empower the elderly to stay healthier and independent through non-formal education. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data obtained are sourced from various research results and studies that are relevant to this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of elderly schools in Central Java province has been carried out for a long time. The implementation of this elderly school is the implementation of lifelong education policies by participating in non-formal education, which is carried out regularly and well planned. Then in its implementation, the elderly school also provides various facilities such as mentors and health and social services carried out by various local institutions.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar agar peserta didik dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya secara optimal, melalui proses pembelajaran. Jalur pendidikan nonformal sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional berfungsi sebagai pengganti, penambah dan/atau pelengkap pendidikan formal dalam rangka mendukung pendidikan sepanjang hayat (life-long education) dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik dengan penekanan pada penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan fungsional serta pengembangan sikap dan kepribadian profesional. Dengan terjadinya putus sekolah (drop out) atau lulus tidak melanjutkan dapat berdampak pada bertambahnya kemiskinan dan pengangguran selanjutnya akan dapat memicu munculnya permasalahan sosial seperti kejahatan, penyalahgunaan narkoba, pergaulan bebas, perdagangan orang (trafficking), maraknya demo yang anarkis, dan lemahnya daya saing bangsa. Lahirnya Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) merupakan respon adanya berbagai permasalahan di Indonesia yang membutuhkan dukungan satuan pendidikan nonformal untuk memecahkannya. Model pembelajaran yang diajarkan di PKBM berkaitan dengan semangat wirausaha mandiri; bahkan kegiatan-kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pun bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai inisiatif dan kesiapan dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja secara mandiri, dalam hal ini disebut sebagai kematangan vokasional. Penelitian ini berhasil memberikan pencerahan akan pentingnya jiwa kewirausahaan bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia, terutama para warga belajar program pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Bina Mandiri Terpadu Kota Cimahi, apalagi dalam kerangka pembangunan sumber daya manusia (SDM) bangsa Indonesia yang cakap dan memiliki daya saing dalam menghadapi era AFTA dan MEA saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and measure the effectiveness of the andragogy-based writing skills model in improving the critical thinking skills of educators at SMAN 2 Cianjur. The training is designed as a transformation process, where educators are invited to realize their potential and habits in daily activities to build critical awareness. With the integration of technology in training, limited access to education and training in areas such as Cianjur can be overcome, expanding opportunities for digital literacy and collaboration between educators. A quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design was used in this study, where writing training was shown to improve teachers' writing and critical thinking skills. The trained teachers can produce articles, teaching materials, and documentation of good practices published on the Lentera Mahardika and PMM platforms. The study's results showed a significant improvement in writing skills and contribution to learning quality. This study emphasizes the importance of writing habits as a hobby for educators to strengthen innovation and relevance of education in the future.

Abstract

Abstract With the digitalization system among the current generation of students, namely Generation Z students, education and the use of investment in the Sharia capital market have become easily accessible and understandable. To support education for the public or students, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) also conducts periodic education and socialization programs that can be accessed by various groups. The purpose of this research is to exctend the level of understanding of Generation Z students regarding Shariah stock investment. In this research, the author used a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The data type in this study is primary data on Shariah stock investment. The sample size in this study was 380 respondents. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis. The research result indicated that the level of understanding of generation Z students of members the FoSSEI organization fall into the category of very high, indicating that the cooperation between FoSSEI and IDX in increasing students' literacy towards the Shariah capital market can be considered successful. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance on Segmental Partial Replacement Main Oil Line Project. The sample in this study is the employees CV. Putra Jaya who are in the Segmental Partial Replacement Main Oil Line project.  This research use quantitative method. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression. Leadership Styke and Motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance, Motivation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the variable that has the most significant influence is the Leadership Style
