Abstract

Strengthening student character is an important effort in forming a generation that is intelligent and has integrity, especially in the Society 5.0 era which is marked by technological advances and the industrial revolution. This community service report aims to provide understanding to students at SMAN 2 Indrajaya, class 3 of SMA, regarding the importance of character in facing global challenges. This service involves lecturers and students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, using learning methods based on discussions, lectures and character values ​​simulations. The results of the activity show that students can better understand the importance of moral values, ethics and responsibility in everyday life. It is hoped that this character formation can support the creation of a generation that is not only intelligent in academic aspects, but also has high integrity.

Abstract

Pembina keluarga tentang gizi seimbang dan tumbuh kembang balita merupakan upaya edukasi dan berdampingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan sikap dan praktik orang tua dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi anak serta memantau tumbuh kembangnya program ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan pola makan gizi seimbang meliputi konsumsi karbohidrat protein lemak vitamin dan mineral sesuai dengan kebutuhan balita selain itu pembina juga mencakup kan informasi tentang pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif dan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI MPASI yang tepat serta memilih makanan sehat untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang optimal di sisi lain pembina ini membantu keluarga memahami tahapan tumbuh kembang balita dengan pembina yang tepat keluarga diharapkan dapat lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan gizi kesehatan balita sehingga mendukung tercapainya tumbuh kembang yang optimal serta mencegah timbulnya masalah gizi seperti stunting atau kegemukan program ini juga merupakan langkah strategis yang meningkatkan kualitas generasi penerus sebagai bagian dari upaya membangun sumber daya manusia yang unggul

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Calculator.oi application integration in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in Elementary Schools. This study focused on fourth-grade students at SDN 22 Ketapang and used a quantitative approach with an experimental method. In this study, the experimental method was applied to compare the differences in students' learning outcomes before and after using the Calculator.oi application. Learning outcome data were collected and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, after the normality test showed that the data were not normally distributed. The results showed a significant increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes after using the Calculator.oi application. Analysis of the differences between pre-test and post-test scores revealed that all students experienced significant progress in their understanding and achievement in mathematics. The significance value obtained from the statistical test was below 0.05, indicating that this application had a significant positive impact and was effective in improving students' learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Calculator.oi application be integrated more widely into the mathematics learning process in Elementary Schools. The use of this application is considered an innovative and effective learning medium in supporting the understanding of mathematical concepts. Further research is recommended to involve a larger sample size and different class variations in order to obtain more comprehensive and representative results. In addition, exploration of students' perceptions regarding the use of this application as a learning tool is also important. This will provide a deeper understanding of how the Calculator.oi application can be accepted and utilized in a broader learning context.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning using the Discovery Learning Learning Model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that the Discovery Learning Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 40.89%, the first cycle 68.87% and in the second cycle increased to 90.32%. Thus, the Discovery Learning Learning Model can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Education Through the Problem Based Learning Model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to improve student learning outcomes in developing a character of mutual respect and observation is used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that Learning through the Problem Based Learning Model can improve learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of completeness of improving student ability results in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 45.54%, the first cycle 78.57% and in the second cycle increased to 89.57%. Thus, learning through the Problem Based Learning Model can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya para pelaku usaha, dalam upaya mengembangkan inovasi produk kuliner di Desa Lanona, Kabupaten Morowali. Desa ini dipilih karena memiliki potensi sumber daya alam berupa bahan baku yang mendukung produk kuliner lokal khas Morowali, yaitu "Ranggina." Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali pelaku usaha dengan keterampilan manajemen usaha, kreativitas, serta kemampuan inovatif dalam menciptakan produk kuliner. Melalui rangkaian kegiatan berupa workshop dan pendampingan, diharapkan para pelaku usaha di Desa Lanona dapat meningkatkan wawasan mereka terkait pengelolaan potensi kuliner lokal dan menciptakan produk yang lebih inovatif. Pelaksanaan program dimulai dengan identifikasi potensi bahan baku serta jenis kuliner yang dapat dikembangkan di desa tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan analisis kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat setempat. Program ini juga mencakup pemberian pengetahuan tentang teknik pengolahan produk agar memiliki tekstur yang lebih baik serta menciptakan variasi produk yang praktis dan ekonomis. Selain itu, pendampingan langsung akan dilakukan untuk memastikan para pelaku usaha dapat mengimplementasikan keterampilan yang telah mereka peroleh. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan keterampilan SDM dan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola produk kuliner yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan mereka. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan potensi kuliner di Desa Lanona serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha melalui SDM yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif

Abstract

Abstract Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of this research was to determine effect of female commissioner and COVID-19 pandemic on financial distress in property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022 with liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, and firm size as control variables. Background Problems: Competition and development of property and real estate companies that fluctuate cause high costs that must be faced by companies, but companies that are unable to deal with high costs will experience unstable financial conditions and potentially experience financial distress. Research Methods: Logistic regression analysis method was used in analysing this research. There were 43 companies as samples with the research period 2017-2022 so that sample of 258 observation data was obtained. Finding/Results: Female commissioner significantly effect on financial distress, while COVID-19 pandemic has no effect on financial distress. Conclusion: The existence of female commissioner is worthy of company’s attention because they tend to be careful and make low-risk decisions. Female commissioner is considered capable of providing signals about condition of the company and minimize conflicts of interest to reduce risk of financial distress.

Abstract

Bunga Telang (Clitoria ternatea) merupakan tumbuhan yang merambat sehingga mudah tumbuh dalam kondisi apapun, namun karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan bunga telang yang mengakibatkan tanaman telang ini menjadi terbuang begitu saja.. Bunga telang mengandung pigmen antosianin yang memiliki potensi dikembangkan sebagai pewarna alami lokal pada berbagai produk pangan. Pewarna alami lokal pada berbagai produk pangan selain meningkatkan atribut mutu warna juga dapat memberikan efek antioksidan, antikanker, maupun anti-inflamasi. Warna pada bunga telang selain ungu juga berupa biru dan merah yang disebabkan oleh adanya senyawa antosianin. Antosianin adalah subkelas dari flavonoid yang larut dalam air yang bertanggung jawab atas warna merah, ungu dan biru pada buah, sayuran, sereal, bunga. Sehingga antosianin dapat menjadi pewarna makanan alami, selain itu, antosianin juga dipercaya sebagai antioksidan. Rentang manfaat yang luas menjadikan bunga telang sebagai salah satu bahan potensial baik untuk pangan fungsional maupun nutrasetikal. Pada kegiatan KKN kali ini produk yang sudah dihasilkan dari ekstrak bunga telang adalah puding bunga telang, yogurt bunga telang, teh bunga telang dan klepon bunga telang.
