Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyze the impact of AI implementation on the labor market by integrating the Maqashid Syariah perspective as an ethical framework. Methodology: This research employed a qualitative approach with library research methods. Data was collected from journals, books, research reports, and academic publications. Analysis was conducted using content analysis through data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Findings: The implementation of AI has three main effects on the labor market: (1) productivity effect, namely increased efficiency, productivity, and work safety, (2) replacement effect, namely the shift in human roles due to automation, especially in routine work, and (3) recovery effect, namely the creation of new jobs that require high skills and digital competencies. AI increases productivity and opens up new job opportunities, but also raises challenges such as structural unemployment, skills gaps, and ethical implications. From the perspective of Maqashid Syariah, these impacts can be directed so that technological progress remains oriented towards the benefit through the principles of hifz al-mal (protection of property), hifz al-nafs (protection of life), and hifz al-'aql (protection of reason). Theoretical Contribution: This research integrates Islamic ethics in understanding the transformation of the digital labor market. Research limitation and implication: This research is limited to literature sources without empirical data support. The implications of this research can form the basis for formulating inclusive and sustainable employment policies.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of live duplicate abuse on the Shopee platform and analyzes its economic impact through the lens of Islamic economics. Using a qualitative approach with content analysis and online interviews involving Shopee affiliates and customer service representatives, this research explores the ethical and economic implications of the misuse of live streaming features. The findings reveal that the practice of duplicating live broadcasts across multiple accounts not only violates Shopee’s policies but also creates unfair competition, decreases affiliate engagement, and reduces consumer trust in the platform. From an Islamic economic perspective, such actions contradict the principles of sidq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), and adl (justice), which are essential for maintaining fairness and transparency in digital transactions. The study suggests that implementing maqasid al-shariah values and reinforcing regulatory control over live commerce can prevent unethical practices, protect market integrity, and promote a more sustainable e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

A company must have a desire to achieve the goals that have been targeted, but in an uncertain situation a company must make decisions that can be detrimental to its business and must continue the company's vision and mission, so that the business continues to be sustainable without experiencing considerable losses, then a company must cooperate with other companies such as partnering with the Collective Enterprise system that based on Islam so that companies participating in the Collective Enterprise feel not disappointed and foster a high sense of solidarity, a Collective Enterprise in a barber business partnership has a characteristic that distinguishes it from other businesses, when doing a business will not be able to stand alone but still needs the support of the business system which has easier system support in the sustainability of the business, In this sustainability, business partnerships are very much considered so that they use Islamic partnerships because Islam is the religion that Rahmatan Lil Alamin is considered to be.
