Abstract

Keterampilan membaca sangat mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Dalam menguasai keterampilan membaca, media pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan dapat membantu peserta didik untuk menarik minat membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang membantu peserta didik menguasai keterampilan membaca pemahaman teks narasi berbentuk Digital Scrapbook. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE yaitu Analysis (Analisis), Design (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Pelaksanaan), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Teknik analisis data penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Setelah melalui tahap expert review, uji pengguna one to one evaluation, uji pengguna small group evaluation, dan melalui tahap perbaikan produk. Media pembelajaran digital scrapbook dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan. Skor kelayakan expert review sebesar 93% dan skor kelayakan uji pengguna sebesar 100% dengan 15 responden. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran dapat membantu guru dan menarik minat membaca peserta didik dalam membaca pemahaman teks narasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 02 Cipayung Pagi in Indonesian language learning under the Merdeka Curriculum. The importance of speaking skills as a foundation for literacy and active student participation is the main reason behind this problem. This is reinforced by initial findings that indicate that students' speaking skills are still lacking. Using a qualitative phenomenological method with 15 fourth-grade students as subjects, data collection was carried out through direct observation (presentation of story journals, questions and answers, discussions), interviews with teachers and students, as well as documentation and literature studies. Data analysis used the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results showed that all students (15 people) were in the "Fair" category with scores of 14-24, and none reached the "Good" category (score ≥ 25). The highest scores were achieved in the aspects of relevance, diction, mastery of material, and pronunciation. Suggested solutions are building self-confidence, practicing non-linguistic aspects, improving literacy, and involving the role of parents.

Abstract

The minimum thickness of vertical type pressure vessel of column type distillation, must be planned in accordance with the recommended code of ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineering) VIII Div 1. Based on this code, the study aims to determine the feasibility of a pressure vessel that used by PT Pertamina (Persero). For this reason, and to be able to use this ASME code, various data was needed, especially the data sheets and some required data from the field. Based on the data that has been collected, it is then processed and was made a 3D modeling and was simulated using Autodesk Inventor software to test its feasibility. Based on the results of the study, the minimum thickness was obtained, namely head 13.66 mm, shell 13.69 mm, and skirt 3.47 mm, respectively. Taking into account the availability of materials on the market, namely SA-516 Grade 70, the recommended thickness of the head and shell sections was 14 and 5 mm, respectively. From the results of the safety analysis, it was found that at the stress of 0.217, 0.197, 0.196, and 0.195 MPa, the Von Mises stress that occurred ware 0.249; 0.226, 0.225 and 0.224 MPa. From these data, based on the distortion energy failure theory, the head and shell materials which have yield strength of 260 MPa can be categorized as very safe because it does not exceed the yield strength of the material used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana nilai dan falsafah Gusjigang diintenalisasikan kedalam kurikulum pendidikan pesantren al-Mawaddah Kudus. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat remaja terhadap kearifan lokal (local wisdom) dan implementasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pondok pesantrean al Mawaddah Kudus merupakan salah satu pesantren yang mengapresiasi local wisdom Gusjigang, bahkan mengimpelentasikannya dalam bentuk internilasisasi nilai Gusjigang kedalam kurikulum pendidikannya. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, peneliti melakukan pengamatan, wawancara, dan melakukan studi dokumen. Selanjutnya menganalisisnya dengan teknik kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren al-Mawaddah melakukan internalisasi falsafah Gusjigang peninggalan Sunan Kudus kedalam kurikulumnya. Implementasi nilai dan falsafah Gusjigang kedalam kurikulum bertujuan agar alumni pesantren al-Mawaddah memiliki kecerdasan spiritual, sosial, dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Adapun bentuk internalisasi nilai Gusjigang adalah: Nilai Gus “Bagus” diinternalisasikan kedalam kurikulum pendidikan akhlak, nilai Ji ”Ngaji” diinternalisasikan kedalam kurikulum pendidikan pengetahuan spiritual. dan nilai Gang “Dagang” diinternalisasikan kedalam kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyse the methods of preaching and education applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the book Aṣālību ar-Rasūl Ṣallallāhu ʿAlaihi Wa Sallama fī ad-Da‘wah wa at-Tarbiyah to reveal their relevance and contextualisation with formal education today. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with text analysis, which aims to contextualise the values of the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) methods of preaching and education in today's formal education system. The researcher found three important points outlined in the book. First, the nature and characteristics of the Prophet consist of eight traits, namely: compassion, patience, intelligence, humility, generosity, forgiveness, integrity of character, and love for his profession. Second, the methods of da'wah used by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, such as the strategy of giving, the strategy of gifts, and the strategy of sending letters. Third, the Prophet's educational methods included lectures and hands-on practice, motivating students, active learning through question and answer methods, fostering emotional bonds between educators and students, paying attention to students' physical and psychological development, and instilling the value of ukhuwah (brotherhood). The results of this study show that the methods of da'wah and education used by the Prophet Muhammad SAW are relevant for application in modern formal education systems.

Abstract

Universities, through halal centers, participate in supporting the implementation of halal certification. The halal center assists BPJPH in fulfilling halal obligations by providing halal assistance to MSME actors to obtain halal certification. The existence of the Halal Center plays an important role for business actors in the implementation of halal certification. However, there are several challenges, such as a lack of understanding among MSME actors regarding halal certification obligations and a lack of support from local governments and university institutions, which hinder its implementation. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used as a technique for data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation of the leadership of the UIN Madura Halal Center. This study aims to identify and determine the extent to which the UIN Madura Halal Center is capable of supporting the implementation of halal certification using several indicators, such as institutional, operational, collaborative, and socio-economic impacts. The results of this study indicate that the UIN Madura Halal Center is capable of supporting the implementation of halal certification for MSMEs. However, in its implementation, there are still problems such as a lack of financial support in building the LPH halal laboratory and a lack of halal assistants.

Abstract

This article reports the differences in social science learning outcomes for fourth-grade elementary school students by applying the inquiry learning model. The type of research used was a literature review, which was obtained from the research that has been conducted previously. Data collection was carried out by browsing journals through Google Scholar and Sinta. Based on the application of inquiry, it was selected 10 research outcomes to be analyzed. The average value before applying the inquiry learning model was achieved at 64.96. After applying the inquiry learning model, the students’ learning outcomes increased to 85.85. It can be said that learning with the inquiry model could improve social science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students.

Abstract

This article analyzes the use of various types of pencils to develop drawing skills by using shading techniques for PGSD students of UNJ. The research in this article involves three pictures owned by three PGSD students of UNJ who have learnt the Elementary Art Education subject course. The study is aimed to make PGSD students of UNJ able to pay attention to the picture elements such as points, lines, sides, space, light and dark, colour gradations, and textures. In addition, students can use various types of pencils such as B-coded pencils consisting of 2B, 4B, and 6B in drawing with shading techniques in order to produce pictures that have an aesthetic value. The research is a qualitative descriptive study with documentation and interview methods. Through the use of various types of Bcoded pencils, students can fulfil the picture elements such as the effect of light-dark drawing objects, colour gradations with high to low saturation, and textures. The use of various types of pencils in drawing with shading techniques can be developed if students can be consistent practice scratching various types of pencils diligently. If the picture elements have not been seen in the picture object by using the shading technique yet, students could practice drawing again diligently.

Abstract

The Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is a student-centred learning model. In this model, students are given a real project to work on. The PjBL model can be applied to the learning subject that has material about daily life, one of them is Art, Culture, and Craft (SBdP) learning subject. The purpose of the study described in this article is to find out how the implementation of the PjBL model in SBdP learning, one of them is derived from Tie-Dye Handicraft learning material. Tie-Dye Handicraft is a craft that produces motifs onthe surface of the clothes. It is applied to see the result of this study whether the PjBL model is effectively applied in learning the material or not. This research was conducted by using qualitative research, library research or literature research. The data were obtained from the research that has already existed on the internet. The results indicated that the implementation of the PjBL model for SBdP learning subject provided positive benefits for students and teachers. In other words, PjBL model could optimize SBdP learning subjects in elementary schools which was especially based on Tie Dye Handicraft learning material.

Abstract

The campus environment often exposes students to academic, social, andpersonal pressures that can af ect their mental health. As a result, peer counseling becomes anessential approach to support students facing psychological dif iculties. One key skill in peer counselingis Psychological First Aid (PFA), which provides initial emotional support to individuals experiencing psychological distress. This PFA training was conducted for third-semester BKI students to enhance their ability to provide psychological support based on Islamic principles. The method used in this activity combines a literature-based socialization approach with practical exercises through seminars, discussions, and counseling simulations. The results show that while participants understood PFA theory well, some still faced dificulties in applying the techniques, especially in formulating the right questions as counselors. In conclusion, furthertraining is needed to strengthen the application of these counseling skills.
