Abstract

This study aims to conceptually analyze the integration of multicultural values based on character education in Social Sciences (IPS) learning in elementary schools. The focus of the study is directed at the mapping of essential multicultural values, their integration strategies in social studies learning, and their impact on the formation of students' character in the context of a multicultural Indonesian society. This research uses the library research method by examining various library sources in the form of academic textbooks, reputable national and international journal articles, curriculum documents, and relevant previous research results. The data analysis technique is carried out through systematic content analysis with the stages of identification, theme classification, interpretation, and conceptual synthesis of selected literature. The results show that multicultural values such as tolerance, empathy, equality, social justice, and respect for diversity have been substantially contained in the goals and scope of social studies learning, but are still implicit and have not been optimally integrated in learning practices. The integration of multicultural values based on character education through social studies has been proven to have the potential to strengthen the formation of students' social character, especially in the development of tolerant, democratic, and inclusive attitudes. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen a holistic, participatory, and contextual social studies learning design so that social studies learning is not only oriented to cognitive aspects, but also to internalizing values and forming students' multicultural character

Abstract

Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM) merupakan komplikasi obstetri yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu serta neonatus, terutama melalui risiko infeksi dan persalinan prematur. PROM bersifat multifaktorial dan hingga kini masih menjadi tantangan dalam pelayanan kesehatan maternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan determinan kejadian PROM pada ibu bersalin di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Atika, AMd.Keb di Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu bersalin dengan PROM yang tercatat pada register rujukan bidan periode Januari 2025–Desember 2025 sebanyak 30 kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis uji bivariat dan regresi logistik multivariat untuk menentukan faktor determinan independen PROM.Hasil dari penelitain ini adalah determinan PROM terbanyak adalah trauma (41,5%), diikuti oleh peningkatan tekanan intraabdomen (26,2%), serviks inkompeten (10,8%), kesempitan panggul (8,5%), infeksi (7,8%), dan kelainan letak janin (5,4%). Kesimpoulan dari penelitian ini adalah trauma merupakan determinan dominan kejadian PROM. Diperlukan penguatan edukasi antenatal dan deteksi dini faktor risiko untuk menurunkan kejadian PROM serta komplikasinya.

Abstract

Indonesian women within the 20-to-44-year age bracket are particularly vulnerable to experiencing depression or anxiety in the context of vaginal childbirth, with a reported risk of 10% to 25%. Of this cohort, a notable proportion, specifically 10% to 15%, may experience these psychological difficulties as complications during the delivery process, and the risk of anxiety in caesarean section patients is 15-25%. This was pre-experimental research with a One-Group Pretest and Posttest design. The sample was 40 respondents taken by a Non-Random Sampling technique; Accidental Sampling. This research was conducted October 15 - November 10 2023. The instrument used a questionnaire sheet. A Wilcoxon test was employed for data analysis, demonstrating a significant decrease in anxiety levels after an educational intervention. The mean anxiety score decreased from 2.74 before education to 1.83 afterward, yielding a p-value of 0.001 (which is less than the significance level of 0.05). These results underscore the importance of healthcare providers delivering more comprehensive education on anxiety management to pregnant women facing childbirth, with the aim of alleviating pre-delivery fear and apprehension.

Abstract

The financial performance of a region can serve as an indicator of the local government’s overall performance. One methode of analyzing such financial performance is by examining financial ratios based on the Regional Revenue an Expenditure Budget (APBD) that has been determined and implemented. This study aims to measure the financial performance of the local governments of the regencies and cities surrounding the New Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan Province during the periode 2020 – 2024. Several ratios used in the analysis of financial performace include Share and Growth, rhe Regional Financial Capability Maping, and the Financial Capability Index (IKK). Based on the financial performance analysis conducted over five years for the four regencies and cities supporting the New Capital City (IKN), the following results were obtained. The share ratio of Samarinda City during the five-year period 2020 – 2024 falls under the low category. The share ratios of Penajem Paser Utara Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency fall under the very low category. Meanwhile, Balikpapan City and Penajem Paser Utara Regency falls under the low category. Kutai Kartanegara Regency shows a moderate growth ratio, while Balikpapan City is categorized as very low. Based on the Share and Growth analysis within the Regional Financial Capability Maping, two regions are positioned in Quadrant IV (Samarinda City and Penajem Paser Utara Regency), one region in Quadrant II (Kutai Kartanegara Regency), and one region in Quadrant III (Balikpapan City). Based on the Financial Capability Index (IKK), three regions fall under the high financial capability category, while one region is categorized as moderate.

Abstract

In the educational process, of course, it cannot be separated from the teaching and learning process which requires interaction between teachers and students. In order to achieve the goal of Islamic education, namely to produce people who serve themselves to Allah SWT, it is necessary to have rules that accompany the interaction process between students and their teachers. Ethics in learning and teaching includes principles and values that teach about what is right and wrong. To explain this ethics, the main basis is Islamic ethics, which comes from the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Therefore, this research aims to explore the ethics of learning and teaching contained in the Al-Qur'an. This research discusses the ethics of teaching and learning according to the interpretation of Al-Maraghi Q.S An-Nahl: 125 and Q.s Al-Mujadilah verse 11. This research uses a qualitative approach and literature study as the analysis method. The research results show that the application of ethics in learning and teaching is a very important part of the learning process. Both educators and students involved in teaching and learning activities must respect each other and maintain ethics. Tafsir al-Maraghi, the work of a great scholar from Egypt, provides extensive insight into how to understand the Al-Qur'an in a social, political and cultural context. This journal examines the importance of ethics in learning and teaching tafsir, with a focus on thematic tafsir in the style of al-Maraghi. This research aims to identify the ethical values contained in al-Maraghi's tafsir.

Abstract

Limited digital literacy and low understanding of digital marketing remain major obstacles for MSMEs in improving their business competitiveness. These issues were also found in MSMEs under the guidance of Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Medan, which have been relying on conventional marketing methods. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to provide digital marketing education as an effort to empower MSMEs to be able to utilize digital media in marketing their products. The methods used in this activity included preliminary interviews with Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Medan, delivery of material through seminars, question and answer sessions, and evaluation of participants' understanding using pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the basic concepts of digital marketing, as indicated by the post-test results, which were better than the pre-test results. Participants also showed enthusiasm and active involvement throughout the activity. Thus, this digital marketing education activity is considered effective in increasing the knowledge and readiness of Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Medan's SMEs to adopt digital marketing as a business development strategy.
