Abstract

This research is made to determine (1) the influence between reward on perception of task teacher of state senior high school, (2) the influence between reward on organization commitment teacher of state senior high school, and (3) ) the influence between perception of task on organization commitment teacher of state senior high school. The research methodology that has been used was survey with path analysis technique in testing hypothesis. In this study, 96 teacher of state senior high school have been used as a sample by using simple random sampling techniques (simple random sampling). Based on the description of hypothesis test, the researches findings can be outlined as followed: (1) there is a positive direct effect of reward on perception of task; (2) there is a positive direct effect of reward on organization commitment; and (3) there is a positive direct effect of perception of task on organization commitment. The implication of this study is attempt of improving the organization commitment teacher of state senior high school that can be done through improve reward and perception of task. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh antara reward terhadap persepsi tugas guru SMA Negeri, (2) pengaruh antara reward terhadap komitmen organisasi guru SMA Negeri, dan (3) ) pengaruh antara persepsi tugas komitmen organisasi guru sekolah menengah atas negeri. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik analisis jalur dalam menguji hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, guru SMA Negeri yang berjumlah 96 orang dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Berdasarkan uraian uji hipotesis, maka temuan penelitian dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif reward terhadap persepsi tugas; (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif reward terhadap komitmen organisasi; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif persepsi tugas terhadap komitmen organisasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah upaya meningkatkan komitmen organisasi guru SMA Negeri yang dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan penghargaan dan persepsi terhadap tugas.

Abstract

Clitoria ternatea is a blue monocotyledonous vine that has long been used as a decorative plant for gardens and hedges. This legume plant originates from tropical Asia, which has spread to tropical countries such as Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the economy around the world, including Indonesia. The goal of achieving the business as an innovation in the use of butterfly pea flowers which has many benefits, being able to plan, build, implement and prepare financial reports for a business and being able to improve the economy of the surrounding community in this century of the COVID-19 pandemic by buying butterfly pea flowers. The data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively using descriptive methods. The data collection method used is by using primary data and secondary data. The innovation of processing Clitoria ternatea into herbal tea in Kepayang Village has great potential to improve the regional economy after the COVID-19 pandemic ABSTRAKClitoria ternatea merupakan tanaman merambat monokotil berwarna biru yang telah lama digunakan sebagai tanaman hias taman dan pagar tanaman. Tanaman polong-polongan ini berasal dari Asia tropis, kemudian menyebar ke negara tropis seperti Indonesia. Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan tercapainya usaha sebagai suatu inovasi pemanfaatan bunga telang yang mempunyai banyak manfaat, mampu merencanakan, membangun, melaksanakan dan menyusun laporan keuangan suatu usaha serta mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar pada abad ini. pandemi COVID-19 dengan membeli bunga telang. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Inovasi pengolahan Clitoria ternatea menjadi teh herbal di Desa Kepayang berpotensi besar meningkatkan perekonomian daerah pasca pandemi COVID-19

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif pengaruh kinerja dalam desain pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) kerja sama tim berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efikasi diri, (3) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap prestasi kerja. Berdasarkan temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kerja tim dan meningkatkan efikasi diri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan emosi terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala Sekolah Dasar/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah kecamatan Narmada kabupaten Lombok Barat tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah sebanyak 100 orang. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 50 kepala sekolah dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan; (2) emosi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan; (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap emosi. Pengambilan keputusan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya dan emosi organisasi.

Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming educational management worldwide, including in Indonesian higher education. This study aimed to explore how AI can optimize administrative processes, enhance decision-making, and improve institutional efficiency in this context. Using an exploratory case study design, data were collected from ten participants comprising university administrators, faculty members, students, and IT staff through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs). Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns and themes within the data. The findings revealed that AI significantly improves efficiency in enrollment, scheduling, and grading while supporting data-driven decision-making through predictive analytics. Despite these benefits, challenges such as data privacy concerns, cultural resistance, and insufficient infrastructure were highlighted as barriers to effective adoption. Participants emphasized the need for tailored AI solutions, robust ethical frameworks, and comprehensive stakeholder engagement to address these challenges. This research concludes that AI has transformative potential in educational management but requires context-sensitive implementation strategies. A limitation of this study is its general exploration of AI without examining specific tools used by participants, suggesting a need for future research to investigate the impact of distinct AI technologies in educational settings. These findings provide actionable insights for policymakers and institutional leaders seeking to leverage AI to enhance higher education management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolahpenggerak sebagai agent of change. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknikpenentuan subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive samping yaitu kepala sekolah, para guru,dan staff. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasisebagai metode pendukung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif mulai dari tahappengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitianmenyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah telah menerapkan pola kepemimpinandemokratis dengan cara membangun komunikasi dua arah, membangun kerja sama tim yang tangguh,meningkatkan kedisiplinan, bersikap adil, pengambilan keputusan bersama, apresiasi, dan motivasi,bersikap respek, melalui pendekatan sifat, pendekatan perilaku, dan pendekatan situasional dalamkepemimpinan; dan (2) kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah sebagai agent of change dilakukan melaluipeningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia para guru dan staf dengan cara perbaikan sistem danpengembangan kompetensi guru pada bidang teknologi informasi, membuat program literacy Al-Qur’anbagi siswa, dan mengimplementasikan program P5 dalam bentuk kegiatan penghijauan, pembuatankaligrafi, dan pemanfaatan barang bekas menjadi barang berguna.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Principal leadership is very important in improving the quality of education, because they are responsible for management that affects the learning process. The success of education depends on the principal's ability to manage the school and understand their duties. This study aims to examine the implementation of moral-based innovative leadership by the school principal in the development of learning at SMAN 1 Gangga. The study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to gain in-depth insights into the principal's role in creating an innovative learning environment based on strong moral values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, as well as direct field observations. The results of the study show that leadership innovations, such as technology-based learning and projects, significantly improve the quality of education, with systematic and integrated planning involving all components of the school, as well as implementation and supervision that focuses on identifying weaknesses and strengths and instilling creativity in students. The principal's innovations at SMAN 1 Gangga, such as technology-based learning and projects, have improved the quality of education. Innovation planning that involves all components of the school and includes moral values, as well as collaborative and supervised implementation, ensures better achievement of educational goals. ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, karena mereka bertanggung jawab atas manajemen yang memengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Keberhasilan pendidikan bergantung pada kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sekolah dan memahami tugas-tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan kepemimpinan inovatif berbasis moral oleh kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Gangga. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menggali wawasan mendalam mengenai peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berbasis pada nilai moral yang kuat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa, serta observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi kepemimpinan, seperti pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan proyek, secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dengan perencanaan yang sistematis dan terintegrasi melibatkan semua komponen sekolah, serta pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang fokus pada identifikasi kelemahan dan kekuatan serta menanamkan kreativitas pada siswa. Inovasi kepala sekolah di SMAN 1 Gangga, seperti pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan proyek, telah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Perencanaan inovasi yang melibatkan semua komponen sekolah dan memasukkan nilai moral, serta pelaksanaan yang kolaboratif dan terawasi, memastikan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the quality of service of the head of the Islamic elementary school in terms of the level of management knowledge and work environment. This research is a quantitative study carried out in the East Lombok Madrasah in East Nusa Tenggara Province with the number of respondents being 65 heads of Islamic schools. Data were obtained through interviews, review of documents and literal scale questionnaires that had been standardized using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the Lisrel 8.80 full version program. For data analysis using path analysis techniques (path analysis). The findings of this study reveal that the knowledge of school principals influences the quality of service. Thus the high and low quality of service of the head of the Islamic school can be influenced by the level of knowledge of management. The results of this study contribute to schools that have low-quality leadership services to serve as a basis for improvement.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) are designed to prepare students or graduates who are ready to enter the workforce and are able to develop professional attitudes in their fields. In addition, graduates are required to develop themselves in the path of entrepreneurship, so they can advance in entrepreneurship even in whatever conditions and situations. This policy was adopted after seeing the fact that most of the educated unemployed are secondary education graduates, which can be interpreted as a lack of secondary education graduates' skills to enter the workforce. One of the expertise programs for creating educated graduates at secondary schools is the tourism program. Seeing these conditions, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum policy on the travel business expertise program. This study uses a program evaluation method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study can be concluded that the evaluation of the program in the context component is in the category of "very good". Likewise, the results of evaluating the implementation of a productive curriculum in the travel business expertise program, the input components include curriculum programs, management of educators and education staff, management of financing and management of the education calendar in the "very good" category. The results of evaluating the curriculum implementation process of productive subjects in business travel expertise in the process components include the planning of the learning process, the implementation of the process, learning, assessment, and supervision of the learning process. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum implementation of productive subjects expertise travel business expertise in the process component with the category of "very good". The results of the evaluation of the product component of the travel business expertise program at SMK Negeri 4 Matara with the "very good" category.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to understand, explain and improve The Management Program based on Madrasah (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic State High School Jonggat sub-district. The results are, some weakness of programs to increase teachers human resources that are not master learning model media (cannot operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need dan low cost. The recommendation is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.
