Abstract

Implementasi perubahan organisasi adalah tantangan yang kompleks dan seringkali dihadapi dengan berbagai hambatan. Dalam menghadapi dinamika ini, pengidentifikasian faktor-faktor kunci yang menjadi leverage point dapat membantu merancang rencana implementasi perubahan yang lebih efektif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kunci yang berperan sebagai leverage point dalam merancang rencana implementasi perubahan organisasi yang berhasil. Metode analisis kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan fokus pada tinjauan literature. Hasil analisis menunjukkan beberapa faktor kunci yang menjadi leverage point dalam implementasi perubahan organisasi: kepemimpinan visioner, partisipasi karyawan, komunikasi efektif, kultur organisasi yang mendukung, pengelolaan perubahan.  Analisis ini juga mengidentifikasi bahwa keberhasilan implementasi perubahan tidak hanya bergantung pada faktor-faktor internal organisasi, tetapi juga pada kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan eksternal yang dinamis. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi praktisi dan pemimpin organisasi dalam merancang rencana implementasi perubahan yang lebih efektif. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor kunci sebagai leverage point, organisasi dapat meningkatkan kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan dari upaya perubahan mereka.Kata kunci: faktor kunci, implementasi perubahan, leverage points

Abstract

Perubahan organisasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang tidak terhindarkan bagi organisasi yang ingin tetap relevan dan berkembang di tengah dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang terus berubah. Saat ini, implementasi perubahan seringkali menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dan sulit diatasi. Salah satu faktor kunci ynag dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan rencana implementasi perubahan yakni pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai leverage point. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) mendefinisikan leverage point, 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rencana implementasi, 3) mengidentifikasi peran kunci leverage point dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan rencana implementasi perubahan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kajian pustaka adalah literatur review dengan mengkaji berbagai kajian pustaka khususnya jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil pembacaan dari berbagai teori dan hasil penelitian diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan tema penelitian, untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tekstual. Hasil analisis selanjutnya disimpulkan dengan mengacu pada rumusan masalah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi dan pemanfaatan leverage point yang tepat dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi perubahan. Faktor-faktor seperti pemahaman mendalam mengenai dinamika organisasi, kemampuan adaptasi, kepemimpinan yang kuat, serta keterlibatan aktif dari seluruh stakeholders menjadi kunci sukses dalam mengoptimalkan leverage point. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman tentang strategi implementasi perubahan organisasi yang efektif melalui pemanfaatan leverage point. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi pemimpin organisasi untuk memahami dan mengelola leverage point secara strategis guna meningkatkan keberhasilan rencana implementasi perubahan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif.Kata kunci: Leverage Points, Rencana implementasi, manajemen perubahan

Abstract

Perubahan strategis dalam organisasi seringkali menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang dapat menghambat keberhasilan implementasinya. Salah satu pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini adalah melalui identifikasi dan pemanfaatan leverage points atau titik ungkit. Leverage points adalah area dalam sistem organisasi yang dapat memberikan dampak besar dengan intervensi yang relatif kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran leverage points dalam optimalisasi rencana implementasi perubahan strategis. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) rencana implementasi perubahan, 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi optimalisasi implementasi strategis, 3) bagaimana leverage point mengoptimalkan rencana implementasi perubahan strategis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kajian pustaka adalah literatur review dengan mengkaji berbagai kajian pustaka khususnya jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil pembacaan dari berbagai teori dan hasil penelitian diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan tema penelitian, untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tekstual. Hasil analisis selanjutnya disimpulkan dengan mengacu pada rumusan masalah. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika sistem organisasi dan keterlibatan aktif dari semua pemangku kepentingan dalam proses perubahan. Dengan mengintegrasikan leverage points ke dalam rencana implementasi, organisasi dapat mencapai perubahan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam bidang manajemen perubahan dengan menawarkan kerangka kerja praktis untuk mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan leverage points dalam konteks perubahan strategis.Kata kunci: leverage points, optimalisasi, implementasi perubahan strategis

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, teknologi memainkan peran penting sebagai leverage point dalam implementasi perubahan organisasi. Pemanfaatan teknologi dapat mempercepat proses transformasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas perubahan yang diterapkan. penggunaan teknologi dalam rencana perubahan juga menghadirkan tantangan tersendiri. Organisasi harus menghadapi resistensi dari karyawan yang mungkin merasa terancam oleh perubahan teknologi, serta kebutuhan akan pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan baru untuk memastikan adopsi teknologi berjalan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran teknologi dalam mendukung rencana implementasi perubahan organisasi, dengan fokus pada strategi-strategi yang dapat diadopsi untuk memaksimalkan potensi teknologi. Melalui tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), sistem manajemen digital, dan platform kolaborasi online merupakan komponen kunci yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan rencana perubahan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam integrasi teknologi, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kebutuhan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi manajer dan pemimpin organisasi dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan perubahan yang efektif melalui pemanfaatan teknologi.Kata kunci: teknologi, leverage point, implementasi perubahan, transformasi organisasi, strategi manajemen.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and academic supervision on teacher performance at the Raudhatul Athfal School, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. Some of the problems faced regarding teacher performance include the teacher's inability to prepare lessons, manage the class well, and use varied learning strategies, which leads to boring learning for students. The purpose of this research is to determine and test the influence of: (1) leadership style on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision on teacher job satisfaction, and (5) academic supervision of teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach, and data is collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.2 and structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision does not have a positive effect on satisfaction teacher work, and (5) academic supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance. The implications of this research indicate that improving leadership styles and effective academic supervision can contribute to improving teacher performance, although academic supervision does not directly affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends, opportunities, and challenges of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in primary education based on a systematic literature review. The research method employed the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Data collection techniques involved searching references from reputable journal databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, Taylor & Francis Online, and Wiley Online Library, resulting in 45 studies (2016-2024) selected based on relevance to AI in primary education. The study results indicate that (1) AI trends in primary education are dominated by Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Adaptive Learning Systems; (2) Opportunities for AI in primary education include the development of more effective and measurable AI technology innovations and their widespread application to improve student learning outcomes; and (3) Challenges in implementing AI in primary education include technological disparities, high costs, uneven infrastructure, lack of teacher training, and insufficient technological and budget support, and student data privacy. The study concludes that AI in primary education has the potential to enhance learning quality through AR, VR, LMS, and Adaptive Learning, yet still faces challenges related to technological disparities, costs, infrastructure, and teacher training. This study offers insights for policymakers and educators to strengthen teacher competence, improve infrastructure, and ensure equitable AI access in schools.

Abstract

Education is essential for human development and the progress of the Indonesian nation in various fields, including science. An effective school principal must view the school as a unique entity and fulfill their leadership role adeptly. Teachers are crucial to education quality, and elements like transformational leadership, work environment, and commitment significantly enhance their performance. Transformational leadership inspires and empowers educators, fostering a supportive work atmosphere that boosts their satisfaction and motivation. High levels of teacher commitment, shown through dedication to educational activities, also improve performance. This study uses a quantitative survey method conducted in State Junior High Schools in Cilegon, with a sample of 85 teachers selected from a population of 546. The findings highlight the importance of effective transformational leadership by principals in enhancing organizational commitment within schools. Furthermore, the significant direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance at SMPN in Cilegon indicates that enhancing the principal's transformational leadership is crucial for improving teacher performance. Lastly, the significant direct effect of the work environment on teacher performance at SMPN in Cilegon further emphasizes the importance of a supportive work environment.

Abstract

In the educational environment, schools have a critical role in determining the quality and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. Transformational leadership that focuses on motivation and innovation is considered capable of responding more effectively to the challenges of modern education. In Cilegon City, there is an observation that performance has a direct impact on teacher discipline and mentality, which in turn affects the quality of teaching by teachers. Several factors that can improve performance are transformational leadership and work discipline. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and the application of discipline on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in elementary schools in Jombang District, Cilegon City. In an era of increasingly complex education, the role of transformational leadership is crucial in building a work culture that is inspiring and oriented towards improving the quality of teaching. The application of discipline is also considered an important factor in shaping teacher behavior and work ethic. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving a number of teachers as respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that transformational leadership and the application of discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to be an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of transformational and disciplinary leadership on teacher performance. These findings indicate that efforts to improve teacher performance do not only depend on aspects of leadership and discipline, but must also consider the level of job satisfaction felt by teachers. The practical implication of this research is the importance of school principals adopting a transformational leadership style and strengthening the application of discipline in order to increase job satisfaction and overall teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period. This study is based on the phenomenon of increasing demand for pharmaceutical products during the pandemic, which significantly affected the company's revenue structure, profitability, and efficiency. With the end of the global health crisis, it is important to understand how the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies has changed and whether there have been adjustments to their business strategies in facing the new normal. The research method uses a quantitative approach with financial ratio analysis covering liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity. Data are taken from the annual financial reports of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023, representing the periods before, during, and after the pandemic. Comparative analysis was conducted using different tests (paired sample t-test and ANOVA) to assess the significance of changes in performance between periods. The results show that in general, pharmaceutical companies experienced a significant increase in financial performance during the pandemic, particularly in profitability ratios. However, after the pandemic ended, there was a decline in revenue and profit margins due to the decline in demand for emergency health products. Nevertheless, several companies were able to maintain positive performance through product diversification and healthcare service innovation. These findings are relevant for corporate management, investors, and policymakers in understanding the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry in the post-pandemic era and the adaptation strategies needed to maintain business sustainability amid fluctuating healthcare sector demand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets and Return on Equity on firm value in automotive sector issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Profitability is viewed as a fundamental factor influencing market valuation and investor confidence, particularly in the automotive sector, which experienced significant pressure during the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges of post-pandemic economic recovery. The research method employed a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual stock prices. The sample was determined through purposive sampling of automotive companies consistently listed on the IDX throughout the study period. Firm value was measured by the Price-to-Book Value (PBV) ratio, while the independent variables were ROA and ROE. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test to ensure model sphericity.The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that ROA and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value (p < 0.05). Partially, ROA has a positive and significant effect, indicating that efficient asset utilization directly increases firm value. Meanwhile, ROE also had a positive effect, but with a lower level of significance, indicating that return on equity also supports increased firm value, although it does not influence ROA.
