Abstract

Good Corporate Governance is the most well-known principle in the world for maintaining the integrity of world organizations. Almost all international locations in all countries adhere to the foundation of building responsibility and openness. Unfortunately, in its application, GCG does not explain the values of stakeholders. The study aims to reconstruct GCG (OECD version) and look for a more appropriate Sharia Concept. Of course, this will provide a solution to the problem itself. After analyzing the values and character of SET, we built a modern GCG positioned on Islamic concepts. These concepts are; One; deeper sympathy from stakeholders, second; principles regarding stakeholder rights: third, equality in stakeholder behavior, fourth, the principle of openness, finally, regarding corporate accountability.Weak GCG practices in Indonesia are caused by the low level of protection for investors, law enforcement, transparency and ineffective public company audit committees. This condition strongly encourages the need for effective and efficient global corporate governance. Islamic Corporate Governance The Islamic perspective lies in the Islamic Company Theory which has greater concern for wider stakeholders which include God, humans and nature. The difference in goals between conventional Corporate Governance and Sharia GCG which tends to adhere to Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). SET equates material and spiritual values. This shows that Sharia GCG does not only achieve material benefits, but also spiritual values. SET also equates egoistic values with altruistic values, which in Islamic law are realized in the form of worship.

Abstract

All countries need a system of government to regulate the wheels of government. Indonesia as a democratic country that adheres to a presidential system, applies the Trias Politica concept as an effort to separate power into three branches, namely executive, legislative and judicial. The 1945 Constitution implicitly supports this concept by explaining each task and authority of the branch of power in different articles. The duties and authorities of the President as an executive body are regulated in Article 4 paragraph 1, Article 5 paragraph 2, and Article 20 paragraph 4. The DPR as a legislative body is clearly regulated in Articles 19 to 22. While the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court as judicial branches are regulated in Article 24. This paper tries to unravel the pattern of political and legal relations in the policy of moving the State Capital from DKI Jakarta Province to East Kalimantan Province. The President as the executor of the Act certainly needs support from the DPR as the legislator in order to realize the implementation of the transfer of the new state capital. This is important because the stipulation and implementation of laws is supervised by the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court as judicial institutions. The hope is that the administration of government can run according to the laws and regulations and the stability of the country is maintained This is important because the stipulation and implementation of laws is supervised by the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court as judicial institutions. Abstract

This article discusses the importance of multiculturalism in Early Childhood Education (ECE) as an effort to shape character and inclusive social values among children. With the increasing diversity of cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds in society, multicultural education has become crucial to address potential conflicts and prejudices arising from these differences. Through an educational approach that emphasizes the values of tolerance, democracy, equality, and justice, ECE can serve as a platform for teaching children the importance of respecting diversity. The method used in writing this article is library research, which involves gathering various references from books, journals, and studies related to ECE and multiculturalism. The research also highlights that the ages 0-6 are a golden period for instilling these values, given the rapid psychological and social development of children at this stage. Multicultural education not only focuses on religious and ethnic diversity but also covers social and economic aspects that influence children's experiences. By equipping children with positive understanding and experiences of diversity, it is hoped that they can grow into individuals who are open-minded and able to interact harmoniously in a pluralistic society. Overall, this article emphasizes that the implementation of multicultural education in ECE is not only beneficial for the individual development of children but also contributes to creating a more peaceful and respectful society in the future.
