Abstract

This study explains the concept of inheritance in Islam, a system that regulates how a deceased treasure is given to his heirs. Inheritance, also known as a faraid, is a certain portion of the treasure given to the heir and is a way to show devotion to the Creator. The inheritance of Islam is closely related to the faith, which is reflected in the practice of the Quran and the Sunnah of His Messenger. The main principle is the principle of equity for men and women, in which both rights are considered equal, although the sum of rights may differ, as long as the respective rights and obligations are equal and equitable. For a successful inheritance division, every heir must understand the law of inheriting. From Arab tradition to Islamic influence, this study deals with the history of heritage in Islam. In addition, he revealed a lack of understanding of the Muslim community about heritage today.The research methodology is qualitative and uses library sources to gather data. Important factors such as the definition of inheritance, its legal basis, and the principles of Islamic heritage are discussed in depth. The aim of this study is to improve the understanding of the Muslim community and to ensure the implementation of the teachings of Islam by further explaining the history, laws, and procedures for implementing the division of inheritance in Islam. This research has resulted in a broader understanding of Islamic heritage not only as a rule of sharing wealth but also as value.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda Indonesia, khususnya di perguruan tinggi yang berperan sebagai institusi pendidikan dan pengembangan nilai-nilai moral. Pancasila, sebagai ideologi dan dasar negara, perlu diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari guna menciptakan generasi yang berintegritas dan berjiwa nasionalisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sejauh mana nilai-nilai Pancasila diterapkan di lingkungan kampus dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dan civitas akademika. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Medan (Unimed). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa Unimed memperhatikan dan menganggap penting nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan kampus, dengan persentase 82.6% sering memperhatikan dan 95.7% menganggap penting peran dosen dalam mengajarkan nilai-nilai tersebut. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, seperti perbedaan interpretasi, pengaruh globalisasi, serta kurangnya pemahaman dan komitmen dari seluruh elemen kampus. Meski demikian, sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki pandangan positif terhadap implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di kampus, meskipun ada ruang untuk perbaikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Providing clean water is an effort to meet the community’s need for clean water, which is a basic need for the community. Providing clean water is carried out in various ways, such as drinking water supply systems (SPAM), regional drinking water companies (PDAM) and construction of water strage tanks. Water supply clean water is carried out, namely by building a system of water storage tanks for community ablutions. There is also a goal of providing clean water, namely to improve the level of community health. In providing clean water, students have a work program to fulfill the results or value of KKN. Therefore, in order to manage development As the provision of clean water becomes more well planned, a database is needed that accommodates information regarding the availability of clean water in a location. Nagari atan Korong which can then be developed by Ekasakti University KKN-PPM Students 2024.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause problematic financing and analyze the strategies used in dealing with problematic financing at BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, discussions with the parties who manage BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang, as well as from several other article sources. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that there are two factors that cause problematic financing at BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang, namely internal and external factors. In internal factors there are several causes, including Weaknesses in Analyzing and Lack of Employees or Human Resources (HR). Meanwhile, in external factors, there are also several causes, including the Covid-19 Pandemic and Bankruptcy or Customer Business Failure. In addition, BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang implements several ways to overcome non-performing financing, including Rescheduling, Reconditioning, Restructuring, Collateral Foreclosure

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Fish Buying and Selling Practices through the Lebak Lebung Auction Tradition in the Study of Islamic Economics in Muara Batun Village, Jejawi Oki District. This research aims to find out how the process of buying and selling fish through the Lebang Lebung auction tradition is when viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses qualitative methods, with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion from this research is that in the practice of buying and selling fish using the Lebak Lebung auction system, if viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, there is still one condition that has not been fulfilled, namely that it is the object of the goods, so that this transaction cannot be said to be valid. It is as if the quality and quantity of fish in Lebak Lebung is not yet clear which is the object of buying and selling. Thus, failure to fulfill one of these conditions will result in this buying and selling containing elements of Ghror (unclarity) and maisir (gain or gambling) which are prohibited in Islam

Abstract

Manajemen laba merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen perusahan dalam hal memanipulasi jumlah laba yang tercatat didalam laporan keuangan. Tindakan tersebut dilakukan untuk melindungi perusahaan atau bahkan atas dasar pribadi sehingga memberikan gambaran yang salah kepada para pengguna laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen laba pada laporan keuangan perusahaan perusahaann sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah data sebanyak 11 perusahaan farmasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan pendekatan dicretionary accrual.

Abstract

Masjid sebagai salah satu pusat dakwah dan kegiatan Ibadah masyarakat Muslim memiliki peran penting dalam membangun dan memberikan manfaat sosial kepada masyarakat. Banyak kegiatan baik berupa penghimpunan maupun pendayagunaan program yang dilakukan di Masjid. Hal ini tidak terkecuali masjid Kyai Muara Ogan. Mesjid ini juga tidak hanya merupakan pusat dakwah namun juga pusat pengembangan masyarakat disekitarnya melalui program-program yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh pengurus masji Kiya Muara Ogan dalam pengembangan masyakarat sekitar mengingat masjid ini memiliki potensi yang tinggi dari segi ekonomi. Dilihat dari lokasi, tempat haul hari-hari besar dan lain sebagainya. Dalam hal metode penelitian, peneliitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan mengungkap tata kelola masjid, kinerja masjid baik itu sumber pendapatan maupun strategi yang telah dilakukan atau yang akan dilakukan

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT) based weather station using NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller, BMP280 sensor, and DHT11 sensor. The main problem faced is the lack of weather monitoring system.real timewhich can be accessed remotely to support decision making based on current environmental conditions. To overcome this, this study designed a system that is able to automatically collect temperature, relative humidity, and atmospheric pressure data and transmit it to an online platform via a Wi-Fi connection. The collected data is displayed in graphical form on the application.Blynkto facilitate further analysis. The system testing was conducted for 21 days in Medan City with average air temperature measurements ranging from 29°C to 34°C and relative humidity between 63% and 76%. The preliminary results show that the system has a measurement accuracy of around 95%, with a fast and stable connection to the platformclouddepending on the quality of the internet service provider. This system allows monitoring of weather conditions in real time.real timevia Android or iOS devices, making it easy for users to monitor weather parameters from any location. This research not only proves the implementation of IoT in weather monitoring but also opens up opportunities for further development in environmental monitoring and resource management applications.

Abstract

The need for efficient and environmentally friendly electric two-wheeled vehicles is increasing along with awareness of the impact of pollution. One of the main challenges in the development of electric vehicles is controlling the speed of DC motors precisely and efficiently. This study aims to design and implement a DC motor speed control system on a two-wheeled vehicle using the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method. PWM was chosen because of its ability to regulate motor power efficiently through variations in the width of the digital signal pulse, thereby reducing energy waste and excess heat. The research methods include designing a microcontroller-based PWM circuit, simulating system performance using MATLAB/Simulink software, and direct testing on DC motors with input voltage variations of 3–12 volts. The test results show that the system is able to produce a linear speed response, with an increase in motor rotation from 0 rpm at 3 volts to 1500 rpm at 12 volts. This system is also proven to be energy efficient with power efficiency reaching 85% and reducing motor heat by 20%. Thus, the implementation of PWM as a DC motor speed controller on a two-wheeled electric vehicle not only improves performance and responsiveness, but also contributes to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to analyze hadhanah from the perspective of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection. There is no law that clearly and firmly regulates the obligations for child custody to be given to the biological mother or biological father after a divorce occurs. In Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 3 states that child protection aims to guarantee the fulfillment of children's rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity, as well as receive protection from violence. and discrimination, for the sake of realizing Indonesian children who are qualified, have noble character and are prosperous. There are various reasons that may make parents unable or unwilling to provide for their children. There are several common causes or factors that cause parents not to fulfill their obligations to their children, such as economic factors, personal relationships, or other legal problems.
