Abstract

Abstrak          : This study discusses the service learning for school students Autism in inclusive education providers. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of services for students Autism that is given by 4 SMK Padang which is a regular school and be an inclusive school organizers. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach through techniques of data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the school is not providing maximum service to the Autism students and teachers do not understand how inclusive education for children with special needs. Based on the above description, the author can draw conclusions related to the cultivation of noble morals in learning at Al-Munadi Medan JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, as follows: a) What teachers face in the cultivation of noble morals is from the environment and place where students make friends, just how a student performs and takes the positive side of every noble moral learning to guide students on the cultivation of noble morals. b) The way teachers instill noble morals in learning is: 1) Given an understanding of the importance of religion; 2) Assessing their efforts; 3) Paying attention to students in the cultivation of noble morals

Abstract

Implementasi penegakan kode etik terhadap oknum anggota polri yang melakukan tindak pidana pencurian adalah melalui penerapan sanksi administratif berupa rekomendasi Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat sebagaimana tersebut dalam pasal 22 (1) huruf a dikenakan melalui Sidang Komisi Kode Etik Polri terhadap pelanggar yang dengan sengaja melakukan tindak pidana dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara 4 (empat) tahun atau lebih dan telah diputus oleh pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap. Upaya-upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana pencurian yang dillakukan oleh anggota polri adalah melakukan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan hukum, melakukan operasi kepolisian seperti penegakan disiplin (upaya represif) dan melakukan pembinaan kepribadian dan mental bagi Oknum yang telah melakukan pencurian.

Abstract

The Minangkabau tradition is unique in that it adheres to a matrilineal family system. The family system, which outlines descent from the mother's side, certainly affects the inheritance system. In the Minangkabau customary law system, assets are basically classified into 2 (two) namely high inheritance and low inheritance assets, and one more is livelihood property. When Islam entered the Minangkabau realm, there was a fear that the foundations of Minangkabau customary law would be eroded by the arrival of Islam. However, it turns out that the arrival of Islamic law does not necessarily change drastically and radically the provisions of the customary law. For high heirlooms, the Minangkabau traditional inheritance law system is used; while low inheritance and basic livelihood assets are faraidh.

Abstract

Bullying is a phenomen on that is already familiar in Indonesia and abroad. This often happens in elementary to upper level schools, even at the university level. This study aims to examine further about acts of bullying that have a negative impact on both perpetrators and victims based on the existing law in Indonesia, namely the Child Protection Law No. 35 of 2014. This research method is descriptive, using normative juridical law research methods. The results of this study indicate that in Indonesia itself there are regulations regarding the crime of bullying, namely Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. In Article 76C which provides protection that leads to physical violence, but violence is not only physical but there is non-physical violence, and acts of bullying are non-physical acts of violence but can have a lifelong psychological trauma for the victims, as well as rules for sanctions. punishment given.Keywords:Legal Protection Efforts, Bullying Violence

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the mediating role of satisfaction in the influence of experiential marketing on word of mouth on Islamic bank customers. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study were 130 customers of BSI KC Palembang Demang using the accidental sampling method. The results show that experiential marketing has a positive impact on satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive impact on word of mouth, and experiential marketing has a positive impact on word of mouth, and satisfaction successfully mediates experiential marketing on word of mouth.

Abstract

Cash flow is the basis for financial calculations and the management of financialstatements carried out by the company and its routine activities. Improper financialstatement management and unstable income and expenditure streams will result in acrisis for the company in the future. The effectiveness of cash flow is a measure of theextent to which the success of cash flow has an impact on the achievement andconsideration of the consequences that will be received by the company. The purpose ofthis study was to determine whether the management of financial statements owned byPT. Mabar Mitra Bersama affects the effectiveness of cash flow. The population of thisstudy are 42 employees of PT. Mabar Mitra Bersama where 30 employees of the financedepartment are the sample in this study. Simple linear regression test is a data analysistechnique used by the author in this study with the type of data used in the form ofquantitative data collected from respondents who filled out questionnaires. Based on theresults of the research that has been done, the value of the financial statementmanagement variable has a significance smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or thevalue of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected. Variable X has a t arithmeticvalue (21.935) greater than t table (2.048) so it can be concluded that the managementof financial statements has a significant influence on the effectiveness of cash flows andit can be seen that the contribution of financial management in influencing theeffectiveness of cash flows is 94 .5% while other variables only affect 5.5%.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan apa yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan penjatuhan sanksi pidana pelatihan kerja, serta faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat didalam pelaksanaan pidana pelatihan kerja terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Yuridis Empiris.Data primer diperoleh melalui penelitian lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap responden dan informan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dengan membaca referensi dan literatur yang berkaitan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 kasus yang terjadi di wilayah Pengadilan Negeri Takengon pada tahun 2019 dan 2020, dipidana dengan pidana pelatihan kerja artinya Hakim telah menerapkan pidana pelatihan kerja terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum meskipun pemerintah belum membuat aturan pelaksanaannya. Penegakan hukum dalam menjatuhkan pidana tersebut didasarkan pada beberapa pertimbangan yang dilakukan oleh hakim yang tentunya penjatuhan pidana tersebut yang terbaik pula bagi anak.Pelaksanaan pidana pelatihan kerja bagi anak berlangsung di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA), LPKA merupakan tahap akhir dari proses sistem peradilan pidana yang diberikan kewenangan oleh Negara dalam melakukan pembinaan serta memberikan pengayoman kepada anak didik pemasyarakatan yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kondisi anak yang menjadi pelaku tindak pidana. Disarankan kepada pemerintah agar dapat segera membentuk peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai pelaksanaan pidana pelatihan kerja tersebut guna tercapainya harapan serta tujuan dari pengadilan tindak pidana anak.Kata Kunci : Anak, Sanksi Pidana, Pidana Pelatihan Kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate in depth the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in company risk management. By analyzing how GCG principles are implemented, this research will identify their impact on organizational risk management. The focus involves concrete evaluation of policies, organizational structures and monitoring mechanisms related to GCG. This research uses a qualitative method which is a natural research design, meaning that the researcher does not try to manipulate the research setting, but rather carries out a study of a phenomenon. The research results are expected to provide in-depth insight into how the implementation of GCG can improve the efficiency of risk management and overall corporate welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to find out in depth the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in improving the performance of PT employees. North Sumatra Bank. By analyzing the principles of implementing GCG, this research will identify the impact of implementing GCG on employee performance. This research uses a qualitative research method which is a research design that has a natural nature, in the sense that the researcher is not manipulating research but conducting a study of a phenomenon. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the application of Good Corporate Governance principles in improving the performance of PT employees.
