Abstract

Mobile phones are a technology that is developing rapidly from year to year. Many new brands are emerging in the world cellphone competition that competes with each other to create products their flagship. Several factors can influence the decision consumer purchases, namely: brand image, price and product quality. Image A brand is an association of all available information about a brand The products, services and companies of this brand are the abstract of this journal article which reveals the background that mobile phones are a technology that is developing rapidly with the emergence of many new competing brands. Several factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions include brand image, price and product quality.

Abstract

People's lives have begun to change in this era of globalization, everything that is needed is required to be fast and practical. Several needs, including food, have become instantaneous, creating a very high level of development in the food business, especially in Indonesia. . With the current busy activities of society, business actors have the opportunity to create fast food products (Hernawan, 2019). Therefore, new businesses began to emerge known as fast food or fast food. Instant noodles are popular with everyone, both young and old. Therefore, the focus of the research entitled "BUSINESS COMPETITION ANALYSIS BETWEEN SEDAP NOODLE AND INDOMIE NOODLE BRAND" focuses on when purchasing a product, there are many factors that consumers consider to make a decision. In addition to the economic situation of each consumer. The method used in this research is quantitative or statistical. Quantitative research methods are methods used for research on certain populations or samples and are based on the philosophy of empiricism. Thus, this approach will allow analysts to find out the extent of business competition between the Sedap noodle and Indomie noodle brands among Bina Bangsa University Serang students. People currently choose instant noodles because they are cheap, easy to prepare and long-lasting (Cindy et al. , 2016). Currently, many companies competing in the instant noodle business make various different variations, providing superior products to offer to the public by producing instant noodle products such as Sedaap noodles, Indomie, Supermie, Sarimi, Gaga noodles, ABC, Success noodles and others. (Roisah et al., 2021). However, instant noodle products are currently very vulnerable to brand switching because many new products have emerged with new flavor variants, resulting in consumers switching brands for certain reasons (Indrawati & Untarini, 2017).

Abstract

The gallon drinking water market in Indonesia is one of the most competitive markets. This is due to several factors, including the high public demand for drinking water liters and the large number of competing brands. Ultimately, choosing the best brand of bottled water will be a decision based on individual needs. The purpose of this study is to help people make better decisions in choosing the appropriate gallon bottled water for consumption. The population in this research is consumers of gallon drinking water on the Aqua and Le Minerale brands in the Bina Bangsa Campus environment, especially regular management students 4 semester 5, with a sample size of 300 people. The results of hypothesis testing show Competition in the Gallon Drinking Water Market in the Aqua and Le Minerale Brands. We recommend that gallon mineral water in the Aqua and Le Minerale brands maintain quality by maintaining water purity.

Abstract

The Batu Hijau mine, an extensive copper-gold operation in West Sumbawa, Indonesia, employs an open-pit mining method and is characterized by its significant pit dimensions, with planned slope heights reaching up to 1000 meters. Given the scale of the operation, maintaining slope stability is critical, influenced by stress on the pit slopes, geological structures, mine geometry, and rock mass strength. This study investigates the impact of groundwater on slope stability, emphasizing the role of groundwater pressure in reducing shear strength and consequently affecting slope stability. A comprehensive sensitivity analysis was conducted to evaluate the influence of groundwater pressures on the stability of the Batu Hijau pit walls. This analysis utilized the SLIDE® software from Rocsience, incorporating Rock Mass Rating parameters derived from geotechnical drill hole logs and mapping data, which were integrated into a 3D block model using Minesight™. The analysis focused on two groundwater conditions: Water Surface and Pore Pressure Grid. Groundwater model conditions were based on piezometer data and a new groundwater conceptual model of the Batu Hijau pit walls. Results from sensitivity assessments shows that high pore pressure will decease the slope stability. This findings highlight the need to manage groundwater pressures within the pit walls to mitigate slope instability effectively,therefore, the safety of mining operational could be increased. This study provides valuable insights into groundwater pressure management and its implications for slope stability in large-scale open-pit mining operations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges and risks faced in the integration of digital finance in the Islamic financial market. The phenomena studied focus on regulatory uncertainty, limited digital infrastructure, and the difficulty of ensuring sharia compliance in the development of Islamic fintech products. The research approach used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by following the PRISMA protocol to ensure the accuracy of literature selection. Data were collected from the Scopus and Web of Science databases, with publication criteria in the last eight years (2017–2025). A total of 23 selected articles were analyzed using thematic and narrative techniques. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges in the development of Islamic digital finance include regulatory asynchronous, limited public literacy, digital infrastructure gaps, and limited DPS (Sharia Supervisory Board) competence in technology supervision. The identified risks include the risk of sharia non-compliance, the risk of losing market trust, data security risks, and the risk of innovation stagnation due to delays in technology adaptation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 360-degree feedback method in employee performance evaluation in the Preventive Maintenance department of PT. Doulton. Employee performance evaluation is a crucial element in an organization to ensure work effectiveness, competency improvement, and continuous development of human resource quality. This study uses performance assessment data from six employees with indicators in the form of assessment scores, performance categories, feedback, and corrective action plans. The results show that employee performance assessment scores range from 28.6 to 40.2, with the majority of employees falling into the “adequate” performance category. The findings also indicate that the dominant aspects of feedback are the need to improve consistency, communication, initiative, and work effectiveness. The most recommended follow-up strategy is coaching, while for employees with excellent performance, development through leadership training and promotion is recommended. Conceptually, the implementation of feedback-based performance evaluation has supported the principle of continuous development, but the implementation of the 360-degree method still requires strengthening, especially in the multi-source aspect of assessment to be more objective, comprehensive, and in accordance with the theoretical characteristics of 360-degree feedback. Thus, implementing this method can be an effective strategy for improving employee performance and career development in the Preventive Maintenance department if implemented systematically and involving various assessors.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a trial of employee performance evaluation of helper employees in the Nike Division of PT Nikomas Gemilang using a weighted checklist evaluation model. The research method used is descriptive research with data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, and performance checklist sheets. The research sample consisted of 5 helper employees in the Nike Division. The assessment instrument included 10 company performance indicators. The results showed that all respondents obtained the same total score of 100, indicating that all performance indicators had been met. The evaluation checklist model was considered simple, efficient, and easy to implement as an employee performance assessment tool. In addition, these results provide an illustration that the evaluation model can be applied in various other divisions to improve overall performance. In the future, the implementation of this weighted evaluation is expected to strengthen a work culture oriented towards achieving optimal results. This evaluation can also serve as a basis for development, training, and improvement of system performance in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance evaluation of four employees of the Maintenance Department of PT Golden Living Indonesia using the Graphic Rating Scale (GRS) model in a quantitative descriptive manner. The data used are the results of employee performance evaluations (scores 1–5) that are already available and documented by the company. This research approach is quantitative with descriptive analysis, calculating the average score, score range, and performance category of each employee based on predetermined criteria. The results show that the average employee performance score is 4.085 (scale 1–5), which is classified in the Good category. All four employees obtained a final result in the category “B” (Good), with a score range between 3.94 to 4.23. These findings indicate that employee performance is relatively consistent and meets organizational expectations. The application of the GRS model is considered effective in providing a clear, simple, and measurable overview of individual performance, and it can be used as a basis for managerial decision-making and future performance improvement efforts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan menggunakan Model Job Accomplishment Matrix (JAM) pada PT. MC PET Film Indonesia. Evaluasi kinerja karyawan menjadi aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan tahun 2024 yang diperoleh dari dokumen internal perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengolah skor dan persentase pencapaian kinerja berdasarkan indikator Job Accomplishment Matrix (JAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 karyawan yang dinilai, nilai kinerja berada pada rentang skor 70 hingga 95 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 85 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sebanyak 60% karyawan berada pada kategori kinerja baik, 30% pada kategori cukup, dan 10% pada kategori kurang. Hasil penilaian per indikator menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kehadiran karyawan tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 90%, sementara indikator produktivitas kerja dan pencapaian target memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82%, serta kualitas kerja sebesar 80%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kinerja karyawan telah memenuhi standar perusahaan, meskipun masih terdapat perbedaan tingkat pencapaian antar karyawan. Model Job Accomplishment Matrix (JAM) dinilai mampu memberikan gambaran kinerja karyawan yang lebih objektif dan terstruktur serta dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of the reward system on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya using the Behavior Observation Scale (BOS) model. This evaluation is crucial to ensure that the rewards given by the company are able to motivate work enthusiasm and achieve targets optimally. The results of the study indicate that positive work behavior can be reinforced through appropriate and fair rewards, which in turn encourages employees to maintain discipline, responsibility, and achieve targets in accordance with company standards.
