ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis tindak pidana yang diancamkan dengan pidana mati di Indonesia dan Korea Selatan serta bagaimana perbandingan pelaksanaan pidana mati antara Indonesia dan Korea Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa jenis tindak pidana yang diancamkan dengan pidana mati di kedua negara diatur dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana dan beberapa Undang-Undang Khusus masing-masing negara. Pelaksanaan pidana mati di Indonesia dilakukan dengan cara ditembak sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 2/PNPS/1964. Sedangkan pelaksanaan pidana mati di Korea Selatan dilakukan dengan cara digantung sesuai dengan ketentuan Criminal Code (KUHP) Korea Selatan Kata kunci: Perbandingan Hukum, Tindak Pidana, Pidana Mati, Indonesia, Korea Selatan ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the types of criminal acts punishable by the death penalty in Indonesia and South Korea and the comparison of its implementation in both countries. The type of research used is normative legal research. This research determines that the types of criminal acts punishable by the death penalty in both countries are regulated by the Criminal Code and several special laws in each country. The method of the death penalty in Indonesia is by shooting following Law Number 2/PNPS/1964. Meanwhile, the death penalty in South Korea is conducted by hanging under the South Korean Criminal Code (KUHP). Keywords: Comparative Law, Crime, Death Penalty, Indonesia, South Korea

The increasingly fierce competition in the food business currently causes food companies to always improve the quality of their food and services. McDonald's is a company that operates in the services and products sector that sells fast food. Fast food is in great demand by various groups because of how easy it is to get it. Mc Donald's is a fast food restaurant that is very popular with consumers in various regions. This restaurant serves a variety of ready-to-eat foods that offer various other aspects such as service, price, and so on. This is expected to satisfy consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics of consumers who often or have used services at Mc Donald's, to find out consumer satisfaction with the products provided by this Mc Donald's restaurant. Good service quality, affordable prices, attractive promotions and strategic locations are very important in building a franchise. This research aims to understand the quality of service provided by McDonald's restaurants by examining five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.

This research aims to determine consumer complaints when purchasing Honda Vario products at PT. Utama Niaga Sejahtera. The research method uses qualitative methods by providing several statements to the respondents. The population of this research is several people in Serang City who own Honda Vario vehicles. The sampling technique is using random sampling or random samples and distributing questionnaires, namely by distributing them online. There are 57 respondents who are willing to fill out the questionnaire so that the sample used is 57 samples. The results of the research show that the response regarding complaints about the Honda Vario motorbike among consumers is still responded well, where the complaints felt about the Honda Vario motorbike product are still at a reasonable stage so that these shortcomings have been covered by the specifications of the advantages of the Honda Vario motorbike which even other vehicle units do not have advantages.

Based on data released in 2023, the human need to use sunscreen is very important for every human being. Research results show that sunscreen is very important for teenage skin, because at the age of teenagers, facial skin has begun to be exposed to sunlight due to high levels of outdoor activity. However, choosing It is very important to do good sunscreen so that the skin does not become more problematic due to the chemicals contained in sunscreen products. Therefore, this research aims to find out how important it is to use sunscreen among semester 1 3 5 students of Bina Bangsa University. Based on that introduction, theoretical studies and data processing as well as discussions that have been carried out in the previous chapter. The main goal of this technique is to extract relevant information, identify patterns or trends, and gain a better understanding of the phenomena represented by the data. This quantitative research data analysis technique uses the help of Excel and SPSS. sunscreen products, that not using sunscreen can cause many dangers to skin health, such as premature aging, the appearance of blackheads and skin damage and cancer and can trigger the appearance of new lesions in several types of skin diseases.

The aim of this research is to find out how the quality of goods delivery or courier services affects JNE customer satisfaction. The population of this research is consumers who use JNE delivery services. The technique used in collecting data is using Google Form. The first stage we carried out was distributing the questionnaire URL via Whatapps to people who use JNE courier services. The target we hoped for was 100 respondents, and we managed to get it in approximately 3 weeks. In this research, there are 10 indicator questions that respondents must fill in, with each choice having a different weight. The research results show that the service elements in the index are in the very satisfied service interval for each indicator, courier discipline, courier responsibility, courier service ability, courier politeness and friendliness, conformity of fees paid with predetermined prices and accuracy in implementing the service time schedule. The results of the research are in the form of information that can be used to further improve the quality of JNE services so that it can achieve JNE's goals and vision.

This research aims to analyze the market potential for Wardah cosmetic products. This research method uses qualitative, sampling techniques using random sampling techniques with the process of disseminating statements carried out online and publicly as many as 88 student respondents from Bina Bangsa University who filled out statements. Based on the research results, it shows that the market potential of Wardah cosmetic products is growing rapidly because Wardah products have product quality that is halal certified and Wardah products pamper consumers with the expansion of outlets in malls, supermarkets and traditional markets so that consumers are more likely to decide to purchase Wardah products. even though many similar new products have emerged.

This research aims to examine the influence of customer based brand equity on consumer loyalty with the research object being the Fast Food Resto Rhiceese Factory in Serang City. The results of this research include Based Brand Equity on consumer loyalty at the Rhiceese Factory fast food restaurant in Serang City. The case study at Richesee Factory Indonesia, this research uses quantitative methods and is then analyzed using validation and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothetical tests using SPPS. In this variable test table, the results of data management based on the data table show that all statement items in the Brand Equity questionnaire are declared valid, while in this variable test table, the results of data management based on the data table show that all statement items in the Loyalty questionnaire are declared valid. The reliability statistics table shows the results of the analysis from the reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha = 0.878 out of 9. The number of items is a moderate value so that this questionnaire is said to be consistent (reable). The influence of customer based brand equity X1 in influencing each additional variable Y, consumer loyalty is influenced by other factors.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product attributes, price, the need to seek variety and dissatisfaction on the decision to switch brands to the Samsung Galaxy series. The results of the research show that product attributes and price have a negative and significant effect on the decision to switch brands, while the need to seek variety and dissatisfaction have a positive and positive effect. significant impact on brand change decisions. In order to avoid brand switching, the company developed a marketing strategy by innovating product attributes, setting prices in accordance with consumer needs. Apart from that, Samsung's strategy is to attract potential buyers by providing attractive promotions and discounts. Companies must continuously create a brand image for Samsung brand smartphones. This is done as an effort to build a strong brand. Through a strong brand image, companies can satisfy customers and minimize customers' need to look for product variations outside of Samsung brand smartphones.

This study aims to analyze snack consumption habits among employees of the Department of Transportation of Serang Regency, specifically in the Control and Operational Division. Using a descriptive quantitative method and an online questionnaire distributed to 36 respondents, the research explores snack consumption patterns, timing, stockpiling behavior, purchasing locations, and factors influencing purchase decisions. The findings reveal that most respondents are young to middle-aged and tend to consume snacks in relaxed or social contexts. Minimarkets and local stalls are the main purchasing points, with taste being the most important factor in choosing snacks. Most respondents are also highly open to trying new snack brands. These findings highlight the importance of product and marketing strategies that focus on individual preferences and consumption moments.

Communication is a social process in human life, one thing that is very basic and very necessary in human life. As time goes by, communication technology has become a basic need for various groups, initially telephones were only used to make calls and send messages, now they have developed into smart phones or smartphones which have many features so that smartphones have become an important need and a special priority among today's students. In this research study, many researchers have carried out consumer behavior, purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. Some related results from previous research are as follows: the first research was conducted by SH Amalia and SH Syahril (2017) with the title "Analysis of consumer behavior towards the iPhone purchasing decision process". This research aims to understand iPhone product management in depth about consumer behavior that will be the target, including the consumer decision making process. The method used in this research is quantitative or statistical. Quantitative research methods are methods used for research on certain populations or samples and are based on the philosophy of empiricism. Thus, this approach will allow analysts to find out the extent of consumer behavior towards iPhone users among Bina Bangsa University students in the city of Serang. It can be concluded that communication is a social process in human life, one thing that is very basic and very necessary in human life.
