Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi aplikasi m-paspor dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Kendari dan bagaimana dampak aplikasi m-paspor terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Ratminto & Septi Winarsih (2005) yaitu ada 5 (lima) dimensi dalam mengukur kualitas dan mengelompokkan kualitas pelayanan yaitu Tangibles (Berwujud), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiviness (Ketanggapan), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Emphaty (Empati). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penerapan dan penggunaan aplikasi m-paspor berjalan dengan baik dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dimana pelayanan semakin efektif dan efisien, hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa setiap pemohon merasa terbantu dan dengan menggunakan aplikasi m-paspor memberikan manfaat positif bagi masyarakat dan lembaga, selain itu ada beberapa masukan juga yang di berikan dan dikemukakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi m-paspor supaya lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan financial technology terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari, (2) Pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari, (3) Pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari, (4) Pengaruh financial technology terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh usaha mikro milik pengusaha muda yang ada di Kota Kendari sebanyak 88 orang. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin dan purposive sampling Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Literasi Keuangan, Inklusi Keuangan dan Financial Technology secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan financial technology pengusaha muda, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja keuangannya. (2) Literasi Keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari. Artinya, literasi keuangan mampu meningkatkan kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda namun peningkatannya tidak begitu berarti, (3) Inklusi Keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat inklusi keuangan, maka semakin tinggi kinerja keuangan. (4)Financial Technology secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pengusaha muda di Kota Kendari. Artinya, semakin tinggi financial technology, maka kinerja keuangan akan semakin tinggi atau baik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work culture and competence on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau. The determination of the number of samples in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of samples taken from the entire population of 46 employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using Microsoft Excel, and SPSS software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Leadership, work culture, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; (3) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; and (4) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak literasi digital, pemanfaatan media sosial, dan inovasi bisnis terhadap strategi pertumbuhan perusahaan. Peneliti menerapkan metodologi penelitian kualitatif, dengan menganalisis laporan perusahaan, wawancara mendalam dengan manajer senior dan eksekutif, serta analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital yang tinggi dalam organisasi memainkan peran sentral dalam mendukung kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengadopsi teknologi terkini dan merumuskan strategi inovatif yang tanggap terhadap perubahan pasar. Selain itu, pemanfaatan media sosial yang efektif mengintensifkan hubungan antara perusahaan dan pelanggan, meningkatkan kesadaran merek, dan memberikan dampak positif pada pengambilan keputusan strategis. Di sisi lain, inovasi bisnis yang diiringi oleh kemajuan teknologi digital memberikan keunggulan kompetitif yang lebih besar dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar yang cepat. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka hasil penelitian ini memberikan panduan berharga bagi praktisi bisnis, menggarisbawahi pentingnya berinvestasi dalam literasi digital, mengembangkan strategi media sosial yang cerdik, dan membentuk budaya inovasi yang kuat sebagai elemen kunci dalam manajemen strategi perusahaan di era digtal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahuidanmenganalisis (1) Promosi pariwisata dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau; (2) Program Budaya masyarakat lokal di Kota Baubau dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan; dan (3) Dampak kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima orang. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analysis Interactive Model dari Miles dan Huberman, yang membagi langkah-langkah dalam kegiatan analisis data dengan beberapa bagian yaitu pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conclutions). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Promosi pariwisata menggunakan advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, dan personal selling dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau; (2) Budaya masyarakat lokal yang dinilai dari alat-alat teknologi, sistem ekonomi, sistem keluarga, dan sistem kekuasaan politik dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau; dan (3) Kunjungan wisatawan yang dinilai dari peningkatan kedatangan pengunjung asing dan domestic, peningkatan pendapatan devisa dari sektor pariwisata, perluasan lapangan pekerjaan, peningkatan kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap PDB/PDRB dan peningkatan daya saing pariwisata di Kota Baubau berdampak baik untuk masyarakat Kota Baubau

Abstract

This article is the result of research on "Marketing Strategy Analysis in Increasing Home Sales Volume at PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method based on field studies that aim to analyze marketing strategies in increasing house sales volume at PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The interview technique used in this research is to ask questions to the authorities to obtain information about PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari's marketing strategy. This study uses swot analysis with a marketing strategy using the 4p namely product, price, promotion and place.

Abstract

Human activities based on economic benefits and environmental conservation have an important role in sustainable development. Improving the quality of human life through income from mining activities has both positive and negative impacts on the environment. PT Daka Group as a mining company faces environmental problems due to its activities. To overcome this negative impact, knowledge and environmentally friendly behavior of miners are needed. This study aims to analyze the influence of miners' knowledge and behavior on environmental management at PT Daka Group, filling the knowledge gap regarding the relationship. The methodology used is the census method with a population of 60 miners at PT Daka Group, with data collection through questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the knowledge and behavior of nickel miners had a positive and significant effect on environmental management. Good knowledge of the mining environment improves environmental management, while environmentally friendly behavior of miners also contributes significantly in supporting sustainable environmental management. The implication of this study is the importance of increasing miners' knowledge and environmentally friendly behavior through training and company policies to maintain and preserve the environment.

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT. Obsidian Stainless Steel Indonesia, Konawe Regency. This research is motivated by the importance of work motivation and organizational commitment in increasing OCB which has an impact on company performance. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap regarding the relationship between work motivation, organizational commitment, and OCB with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques. The main results of the study showed that work motivation had a positive and significant influence on OCB; organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on OCB; and job satisfaction as intervening variables strengthen the relationship between work motivation and OCB as well as organizational commitment and OCB. The study found that job satisfaction plays an important role in amplifying the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment to OCB. The implications of this study show that companies improve employee OCB

Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) dimensions Economic, Social, and Environmental on restaurant business performance in Kendari, as well as the role of managerial competency moderation. The results show that the three dimensions of TBL have a significant positive influence, with the Economic and Social dimensions directly improving performance, and environmentally friendly policies also play an important role. Managerial competence strengthens TBL's positive impact on business performance. These findings imply the importance of managerial competence in maximizing the benefits of TBL to support business sustainability holistically

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Value-oriented Storytelling on Tourist Loyalty, with the mediation of Customer Satisfaction and Destination Image, using a sample of 196 tourists who visited the "Diamond Triangle" in North Konawe Regency. The results show that Customer Satisfaction, Destination Image, and Value-oriented Storytelling have a significant influence on Tourist Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a direct impact on loyalty, while Destination Image plays a role in enhancing both satisfaction and tourist loyalty. Value-oriented Storytelling significantly strengthens Destination Image, which in turn increases Customer Satisfaction and drives Tourist Loyalty. Additionally, it was found that Value-oriented Storytelling also has an indirect effect on Tourist Loyalty through Destination Image and Customer Satisfaction, highlighting the importance of storytelling in destination marketing strategies. The limitations of this study include its specific focus on North Konawe and its short-term perspective. Future research is recommended to expand the sample size and use a longitudinal approach to explore the long-term impact of Value-oriented Storytelling on Tourist Loyalty
