Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) dimensions Economic, Social, and Environmental on restaurant business performance in Kendari, as well as the role of managerial competency moderation. The results show that the three dimensions of TBL have a significant positive influence, with the Economic and Social dimensions directly improving performance, and environmentally friendly policies also play an important role. Managerial competence strengthens TBL's positive impact on business performance. These findings imply the importance of managerial competence in maximizing the benefits of TBL to support business sustainability holistically

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the four hypotheses, namely to partially test and analyze the effect of market orientation, e-commerce on MSME performance, market orientation on e-commerce, and the mediating role of e-commerce on the effect of market orientation on MSME performance in Kendari City. The population in this study were all MSME owners with a sampling technique using proportional stratified random sampling, which is a technique for determining sample size when the population is proportionally stratified. The sample of this study was 100 respondents divided into 10 districts. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially market orientation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, market orientation had a positive and significant effect on e-commerce, e-commerce had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, and tested the role of e-commerce as a mediating variable in the relationship. market orientation towards the performance of MSMEs resulted that e-commerce as a perfect mediator

Abstract

Good quality of public services and effective complaint handling are important factors in increasing community satisfaction with the services provided by the village government. However, there is still a gap in understanding how these two variables affect the level of community satisfaction in rural areas, especially in the Puuloro Village Office, Sampara District, Konawe Regency. The lack of research specifically examining the relationship between service quality and complaint handling at the village level suggests that there are gaps in the literature that need to be filled. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and Slovin sampling technique, involving 86 respondents to test the influence of these two variables on community satisfaction. The findings of this study show that the quality of service and handling of complaints simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Practically, the results of this study provide recommendations for village governments in improving the quality of service and responsiveness to community complaints, which ultimately contributes to increasing community trust and loyalty to government agencies. This research has limitations on the scope of objects limited to one village, so further research is recommended to expand the variables and objects of research.

Abstract

This research aims at paternalistic leadership in improving cooperation between stakeholders and community services in South Kabaena District. The benefit of this study is to find out the application of the theory and additional reference sources for human resource management theory. In addition, this research is expected to be useful as additional knowledge and reference materials as well as considerations for further research. It is hoped that it can provide input and add sources of thought to find out the behavior of paternalistic leadership in South Kabaena District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by observation, interview . The subjects of the study are employees of the board of directors or editors-in-chief who are considered to have the intensity of interaction. The results of this study describe the leadership style applied by South Kabaena District, namely the Paternalistic leadership style with three types, including: (1) Benevolent Leadership, (2) Morale Leadership, and (3) Authoritarian Leadership. Meanwhile, the implications of implementing a transformational style include: (1) helping employees outside of their work, (2) providing solutions to every problem that arises, (3) motivating their members to work hard to achieve the company's goals, (4) controlling the work of staff as previously planned, and (5) leaders rewarding outstanding employees by giving them appreciation. The results of the research can be suggested, namely in terms of references that may still be few, so that these limitations and shortcomings can be understood by readers and subsequent researchers to be able to be further researched, and with a wider scope and in a paternalistic leadership style, of course, a leader figure who is able to stimulate the creativity of his subordinates is needed. The low leadership in showing the leader's stance in working as well as the lack of leadership in attracting the attention of subordinates and the inability of the leadership to stimulate their subordinates can cause lethargy in working so this can be addressed by improving the way the leadership communicates with his subordinates.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: Human resource development in supporting Productivity at PT. Sulawesi Bumi Mine. The benefits of this study are For the development of science, the results of this research are expected to add information and knowledge about human resource development strategies in supporting worker productivity at PT. Sulawesi Bumi Mine, contribution of ideas and as input material to support the basis of similar and relevant research theories. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by observation, interview .The results of the study are: (1) Human resource development at PT. Bumi Sulawesi (FFB) Mine with training that is carried out every time there is a new product or program from the company's management, (2) PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (TBS) organizes additional education and refresher education to increase cooperation between workers, and (3) In increasing Work Productivity at PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (FFB) each worker must analyze their work and master their respective job description.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: (1) The influence of incentives, career development and leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (2) The effect of incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (3) The effect of career development on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (4) The influence of leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch which totals 33 employees and at the same time is used as a respondent in this study using census techniques. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely SPSS. The results of the study stated that: (1) Incentives, career development and leadership have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Service quality is a crucial factor in increasing customer satisfaction, especially in the competitive restaurant industry. However, the challenge in maintaining service consistency, especially in the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness, is a problem that is often faced by restaurants, including Eva Permata Restaurant. This research fills the knowledge gap by exploring the implementation of service excellence based on the SERVQUAL dimension (reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness) to improve service quality. The qualitative descriptive methodology is used through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews with informants that include managers, employees, and regular customers. The results of the study show success in the dimensions of assurance, tangibles, and empathy, while the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness require improvement, especially in operational management during crowded conditions. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the SERVQUAL literature in the restaurant industry and offers practical solutions in the form of strengthening SOPs, competency-based training, and the use of technology. By strengthening areas that need attention, this research can be a strategic reference to improve customer satisfaction holistically in the restaurant sector.

Abstract

Peningkatan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) merupakan elemen penting dalam mempertahankan stabilitas operasional dan daya saing di sektor perbankan. Bank Mandiri KCP Kendari Lepo-Lepo menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan DPK di tengah persaingan ketat dan perubahan perilaku nasabah di era digital. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi adanya gap dalam pemanfaatan inovasi produk dan teknologi digital yang belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam strategi pengelolaan DPK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap pimpinan, staf manajemen, dan nasabah prioritas sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman pentingnya inovasi produk dan adopsi teknologi digital dalam strategi bisnis perbankan serta memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi digital di sektor perbankan.Kata kunci: Dana Pihak Ketiga; inovasi produk; strategi bisnis; teknologi digital

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilakukan karena adanya beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi seperti (1) Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang cegah dini bencana dan pemulihan pasca bencana; (2) Kurangnya Pengatahuan mengenai cara restrukturisasi usaha pasca bencana; (3) Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang strategi penjualan produk; (4) Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai Teknik pelayanan jasa; (5) Kurangnya modal Usaha. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Konawe Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Konawe Utara yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Konawe Utara. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Konawe Utara. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Konawe Utara. (4) Motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Konawe Utara.
