Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Kendari. Adapun penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu jumlah sampel diambil dari keseluruhan  jumlah populasi sebanyak 69 pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan  sofware SPSS.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Kendari; (2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Kendari;(3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Kendari; dan (4) Etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Kendari.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Puuloro, Kecamatan Sampara, Kabupaten Konawe, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi lokal. Topik ini dipilih karena tingginya potensi ekonomi desa yang belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan akibat rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam manajemen usaha dan pengembangan produk. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan mencakup pendidikan masyarakat, pelatihan, difusi ipteks, mediasi, dan advokasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penyuluhan tentang manajemen usaha, pelatihan dalam penggunaan teknologi sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel untuk pengelolaan keuangan, serta pendampingan dalam pengembangan produk dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta di berbagai aspek yang diajarkan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan usaha dan inovasi produk. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan yang komprehensif dan partisipatif dalam memberdayakan masyarakat desa, serta perlunya dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang dari program pengabdian ini. Hasil ini relevan untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan di daerah-daerah yang memiliki karakteristik serupa.

Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja melalui mediasi motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research yang melakukan studi tentang hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel, kemudian berusaha untuk menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari sebanyak 60 Responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of Prov. Southeast Sulawesi; (2) The effectiveness of the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi; (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi. The analysis tool used is the Analysis Interactive Model by dividing the steps in data analysis activities with several parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. This study shows that (1) The performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi, which is judged from quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and presence, is good; (2) The effectiveness of the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi, both in terms of completeness, condition, and use, plays an important role in supporting optimal employee performance, including aspects of quality, quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, and attendance; (3) Supporting factors for the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi is a personal or individual factor, a leadership factor and a system factor. While the most important inhibiting factor is human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) Tourism promotion in increasing tourist visits in Baubau City; (2) The cultural program of the local community in Baubau City in increasing tourist visits; and (3) The impact of tourist visits in Baubau City. The informants in this study were five people.  The analysis tool used is the Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman, which divides the steps in data analysis activities into several parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Tourism promotion using advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, and personal selling can increase tourist visits in Baubau City; (2) The culture of the local community as assessed from technological tools, economic system, family system, and political power system can increase tourist visits in Baubau City; and (3) Tourist visits assessed from the increase in foreign and domestic visitor arrivals, increase in foreign exchange income from the tourism sector, expansion of employment, increase in the contribution of the tourism sector to GDP/GDP and increase tourism competitiveness in Baubau City have a good impact on the people of Baubau City.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: 1) The influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial behavior of STIE Enam Enam Kendari Management students, 2) The influence of financial literacy on the financial behavior of STIE Enam Enam Kendari Management students, 3) The influence of lifestyle on the financial behavior of STIE Enam Enam Kendari Management students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 60 students of STIE Enam Enam Kendari. Sampling in this study was using the slovin formula. The data analysis used was using descriptive analysis and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study show that; 1) Financial literacy and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of STIE Enam Enam Kendari students, 2) Lifestyle has a positive relationship and has a significant effect on financial behavior, 3) Financial literacy has a positive relationship and has a significant effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to design an effective supervision model in supporting the sustainability of cooperatives in North Konawe Regency. This research design is a model research approach which is also a data analysis design. The informants of this research are 3 employees of the North Konawe Regency Cooperative and MSME Office, consisting of the Head of the Service, the Head of Supervision and Control, the Expert Cooperative Supervisor-first, and 3 Cooperative Members. The type of research uses qualitative descriptive. The data sources in this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation guidelines. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the effective supervision model in supporting the sustainability of cooperatives in North Konawe Regency is the Technology and Community-based Supervision Model   , which is a cooperative supervision approach that integrates digital technology, such as data management platforms, web-based applications, and accounting software, with the active participation of the cooperative member community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze: Human resource development in supporting Productivity at PT. Bumi Mine Sulawesi. The benefit of this study is that for the development of science, the results of this research are expected to add information and treasures about human resource development strategies in supporting worker productivity at PT. Sulawesi Earth Mine, a contribution of thought and as input material to support the basis of similar and relevant research theories. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews.  The results of the study are that: (1) Human resource development at PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (TBS) with training that is carried out every time there is a new product or program from the company's management, (2) PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (TBS) organizes additional education and refresher education to increase cooperation between workers, and (3) In increasing Work Productivity at PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (TBS) Every worker must analyze the work and master their respective jobdesks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing on brand equity and consumer behavior of ABS mineral water in Kendari. The research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The sample consists of 164 respondents who are ABS mineral water consumers and active social media users in Kendari City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (path coefficient 0.626, p-value 0.00 < 0.05) and brand equity (path coefficient 0.721, p-value 0.00 < 0.05). Brand equity has a positive but limited significant effect on consumer behavior (path coefficient 0.152, p-value 0.050). However, brand equity does not significantly mediate the relationship between social media marketing and consumer behavior (path coefficient 0.110, p-value 0.056 > 0.05). The study concludes that social media marketing is more effective in directly influencing consumer behavior rather than through brand equity mediation in the context of ABS mineral water in Kendari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis inventarisasi barang milik daerah atas tanah pada Pemerintah Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder melalui dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Pemerintah Kota Kendari sudah berjalan dengan baik namun belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari proses inventarisasi barang milik daerah, dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan inventarisasi dalam pengelolaan aset tanah belum baik dikarenakan: 1) Pendataan aset yang belum sepenuhnya diselesaikan karena masih adanya aset tanah kurang tertib administrasi terhadap aset tanah seperti masih banyak tanah milik Pemerintah Kota Kendari yang tidak memiliki bukti kepemilikan yang sah sebanyak 786 bidang tanah. 2) Pencatatan aset, kendala yang dihadapi terkait dengan barang-barang yang sulit diidentifikasi, sehingga proses inventarisasi dilakukan secara bertahap. Seringkali terdapat perbedaan antara catatan yang ada dengan kondisi asli di lapangan. 3) Pelaporan aset, kendala yang dihadapi terkait aplikasi inventarisasi, khususnya saat melakukan pemindaian barcode atas barang-barang yang akan diinventarisasi. Ketika berada di daerah-daerah dengan jaringan yang tidak bagus atau sulit dijangkau, pemindaian barcode tidak dapat dilakukan karena aplikasi membutuhkan koneksi jaringan sehingga pelaporan dilaporkan secara manual. This research aims to determine and analyze the inventory of local government assets on land in Kendari City. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with the data sourced from primary data through interviews and secondary data through documentation. The results showed that the Management of Local Government Asset of Kendari City was operating well but is not yet fully compliant with Permendagri Number 19 of 2016. This can be seen from the inventory process of regional property, it can be said that inventory activities in land asset management are not yet good because: 1) Asset data collection has not been fully completed because there are still land assets that lack orderly administration of land assets, such as there is still a lot of land belonging to the Kendari City Government that does not have legal proof of ownership, totaling 786 plots of land. 2) Asset recording, the obstacles faced are related to items that are difficult to identify, so the inventory process is carried out in stages. Often there are differences between existing records and original conditions in the field. 3) Asset reporting, obstacles faced regarding the inventory application, especially when scanning barcodes for items to be inventoried. When in areas with poor networks or difficult to reach, barcode scanning cannot be done because the application requires a network connection so reporting is done manually.
