Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Puuloro, Kecamatan Sampara, Kabupaten Konawe, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi lokal. Topik ini dipilih karena tingginya potensi ekonomi desa yang belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan akibat rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam manajemen usaha dan pengembangan produk. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan mencakup pendidikan masyarakat, pelatihan, difusi ipteks, mediasi, dan advokasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penyuluhan tentang manajemen usaha, pelatihan dalam penggunaan teknologi sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel untuk pengelolaan keuangan, serta pendampingan dalam pengembangan produk dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta di berbagai aspek yang diajarkan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan usaha dan inovasi produk. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan yang komprehensif dan partisipatif dalam memberdayakan masyarakat desa, serta perlunya dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang dari program pengabdian ini. Hasil ini relevan untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan di daerah-daerah yang memiliki karakteristik serupa.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja melalui mediasi motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research yang melakukan studi tentang hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel, kemudian berusaha untuk menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari sebanyak 60 Responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkaatan motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Safinah Samudera Shipping Kendari, Artinya bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of Prov. Southeast Sulawesi; (2) The effectiveness of the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi; (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi. The analysis tool used is the Analysis Interactive Model by dividing the steps in data analysis activities with several parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. This study shows that (1) The performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi, which is judged from quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and presence, is good; (2) The effectiveness of the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi, both in terms of completeness, condition, and use, plays an important role in supporting optimal employee performance, including aspects of quality, quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, and attendance; (3) Supporting factors for the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi is a personal or individual factor, a leadership factor and a system factor. While the most important inhibiting factor is human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to design an effective supervision model in supporting the sustainability of cooperatives in North Konawe Regency. This research design is a model research approach which is also a data analysis design. The informants of this research are 3 employees of the North Konawe Regency Cooperative and MSME Office, consisting of the Head of the Service, the Head of Supervision and Control, the Expert Cooperative Supervisor-first, and 3 Cooperative Members. The type of research uses qualitative descriptive. The data sources in this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation guidelines. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the effective supervision model in supporting the sustainability of cooperatives in North Konawe Regency is the Technology and Community-based Supervision Model   , which is a cooperative supervision approach that integrates digital technology, such as data management platforms, web-based applications, and accounting software, with the active participation of the cooperative member community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze: Human resource development in supporting Productivity at PT. Bumi Mine Sulawesi. The benefit of this study is that for the development of science, the results of this research are expected to add information and treasures about human resource development strategies in supporting worker productivity at PT. Sulawesi Earth Mine, a contribution of thought and as input material to support the basis of similar and relevant research theories. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews.  The results of the study are that: (1) Human resource development at PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (TBS) with training that is carried out every time there is a new product or program from the company's management, (2) PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (TBS) organizes additional education and refresher education to increase cooperation between workers, and (3) In increasing Work Productivity at PT. Tambang Bumi Sulawesi (TBS) Every worker must analyze the work and master their respective jobdesks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze: 1) Financial performance of PT. Southeast Sulawesi Regional Development Bank before and during the Covid 19 pandemic; 2) Differences in the financial performance of PT. Southeast Sulawesi Regional Development Bank before and during the Covid 19 pandemic.The results showed that: 1) The financial performance of PT. The Southeast Sulawesi Regional Development Bank before the Covid 19 pandemic was classified as healthy and during the Covid 19 pandemic it was quite healthy when viewed from the Loan to deposit ratio (LDR) indicator. Very healthy when observed from the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) indicator. Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Return on Assets (ROA). Very healthy when observed from the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) indicator. Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Return on Assets (ROA); 2) There is no significant difference in financial performance before the pandemic and during the Covid 19 pandemic at PT. The Southeast Sulawesi Regional Development Bank reviewed the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer tastes and product differentiation on purchasing decisions in the Building Era. The population in this study amounted to 96 obtained by accidental sampling technique. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Based on the research conducted, the research results show that simultaneously the variables of consumer taste and product differentiation have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, consumer tastes have a positive effect on purchasing decisions and partially product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Building Era.
