Abstract

The development of flipbook-based learning e-modules to improve learning outcomes is motivated by the lack of variation in the teaching materials used, too many files that must be saved, students tend to have difficulty understanding learning materials, especially Transaction Administration materials. This study is to determine the feasibility and practicality of developing interactive flipbooks in transaction administration subjects. This study was conducted using the Research and Development method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model at SMK Tamansiswa 1 Jakarta in class XI as many as 59 students. The data analysis techniques used were media expert tests, material expert tests and material and media expert tests. The results showed that the flipbook-based transaction administration learning e-module after being validated by material experts with a total score percentage of 80% was included in the good category. The assessment carried out by media expert validation with a score percentage of 70% on the Technical Format aspect was included in the good category and a score percentage of 90% on the Visual Design aspect was included in the very good category. The assessment carried out by media and material expert validation carried out by educators with a score percentage of 100% is included in the very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Scratch-based learning media in online business subjects in class XI Retail Business (BRI) 2 SMK Tamansiswa 1 Jakarta and analyze the validity of the Scratch-based learning media that has been developed. The research method used by the researcher is Research and Development (R&D) only up to Level 3, at this level the researcher develops existing products, research and development at level 3 is the researcher tests the product in order to develop existing products. The development model used is ADDIE which is modified according to the needs of the researcher into Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation. The results of the media expert validation analysis obtained a percentage of 72% included in the valid category. Further validation by material experts produced a score of 60% which fell into the fairly valid validity category. The results of the questionnaire assessment given to educators showed a level of achievement reaching 78% which fell into the valid category. Based on the validity results obtained, the Scratch-based online business material learning media is included in the valid category and is suitable for use as a learning medium in the student learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of (1) goal orientation on students' work readiness, (2) learning facilities on students' work readiness, and (3) goal orientation and learning facilities on students' work readiness at vocational high schools. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach, with an ex-post facto research type. The population in this study were students of Public Vocational Schools 10 Jakarta who would carry out field work practice. The sample of this study was 140 people. Sampling was carried out using with the proportional random sampling sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, using the SPSS 26 statistical application. The results of this study were: (1) goal orientation had an effect on work readiness, (2) learning facilities had an effect on students' work readiness, and (3) goal orientation and learning facilities together had an effect on students' work readiness. From the results of this study, it is suggested that students should better prepare themselves to enter the world of work because of the increasing competition in entering the world of work. Then, improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure and learning processes in schools needs to be considered.Goal orientation

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of family environment and peer environment on the learning motivation of students majoring in Online Business and Marketing (BDP) at SMKN 44 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of all students majoring in Online Business and Marketing (BDP) in the 2023/2024 academic year totaling 174. From this population, a sample of 121 students was taken randomly using the probability proportional random sampling technique. The analysis in this study used SPSS 25 which includes classical assumption analysis, multiple regression, and coefficient of determination. The findings show a positive and significant influence between family environment and learning motivation, a positive and significant influence between peer environment and learning motivation, and a positive and significant influence between family environment, peer environment, and motivation to learn simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract   The lack of awareness about the importance of writing among teachers has long been a prevalent issue. Meanwhile, scientific publication is considered crucial for improving the quality of teaching. Teachers should be able to teach up-to-date material, which can be achieved by reading a wide range of scientific journals. The content of the writings and the types of journals should continuously improve. The higher the quality, the better our citations will be, and the global ranking of the university will improve. Therefore, this basic research skills training is aimed at both teachers and researchers, equipping them with the ability to maximize the use of supporting applications for writing scientific papers, such as Mendeley, Grammarly, and paraphrasing tools. The training is conducted in-person using a classical method with a lecture-based approach (presentation of material), practice, and discussion, ensuring it is well-received by participants or partners. The evaluation results from the training show that 59.3% of participants found the material relevant to their needs, and all participants agreed on the importance of holding regular training sessions.   Abstrak   Lemahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya menulis bagi guru menjadi sebuah fenomena yang sudah lama terjadi. Sementara itu publikasi ilmiah dianggap penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru. Guru semestinya bisa mengajarkan materi yang terkini. Hal ini bisa saja dilakukan dengan banyak membaca jurnal-jurnal imliah. Isi tulisannya dan jenis jurnalnya harus diupayakan terus membaik. Makin tinggi kualitasnya, sehingga sitasi kita membaik dan rank universitas secara global membaik. Oleh karena itu pelatihan keterampilan dasar penelitian ini ditujukan untuk guru maupun para peneliti agar dapat memiliki kemampuan dalam memaksimalkan aplikasi-aplikasi penunjang penulisan karya ilmiah seperti dalam menggunakan mendeley, grammarly dan paraphrase. Kegiatan pelatihan diselenggarakan secara langsung menggunakan metode klasikal dengan pendekatan ceramah (pemaparan materi), praktik, dan diskusi sehingga dapat diterima oleh peserta atau mitra dengan baik. Hasil evaluasi dari pelatihan yang diselenggarakan menujukkan bahwa 59,3% peserta menilai materi yang disampaikan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta serta dan semua peserta menilai perlu untuk diadakan pelatihan secara berkala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh online customer review terhadap purchase intention melalui trust pada produk skincare di platform TikTok. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna skincare berusia 18–24 tahun di wilayah Daerah Khusus Jakarta (DKJ) yang memiliki minat beli terhadap produk skincare di TikTok. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability purposive sampling dengan total 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4, dengan indikator analisis R-Square dan Effect Size (f²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust. Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, trust terbukti memediasi pengaruh online customer review terhadap purchase intention. Dengan demikian, kepercayaan menjadi variabel penting dalam memperkuat pengaruh ulasan pelanggan online terhadap niat beli konsumen di platform TikTok.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Koja District. This research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach and uses a survey method. The population in this study is MSMEs in Koja District. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique so that the population in this study was 998 MSMEs and the sample was 148 MSMEs. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) which is calculated using SmartPLS software version 3.3.9. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurship Orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Orientation, Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM bidang kuliner di Kecamatan Koja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berbentuk asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan memakai metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan UMKM di Kecamatan Koja. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 998 UMKM serta sampel berjumlah 148 UMKM. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) yang dihitung menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keugulan bersaing dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keugulan bersaing. Abstract

Tiktok menjadi aplikasi yang banyak digemari masyarakat. Karena, bisa menjadi media hiburan, media informasi, media promosi, dsb. Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara online consumer reviews terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara promosi menggunakan media sosial Tiktok terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan para pengguna media sosial Tiktok se-Jabodetabek. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear sederhana dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 213 responden se-Jabodetabek. Analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 22. Hasil dari uji analisis data diperoleh data terdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan yang linear. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara online consumer reviews terhadap keputusan pembelian dan terdapat pengaruh antara promosi menggunakan media sosial Tiktok terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of animosity and consumer ethnocentrism on willingness to buy through product judgement among consumers of pro-Israel fast food products in DKI Jakarta following the boycott movement. A quantitative method was applied using a survey of 231 respondents who had consumed KFC within the past six months. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS and AMOS. Results revealed that animosity significantly affects product judgement but not directly willingness to buy. Consumer ethnocentrism showed no significant effect on either product judgement or willingness to buy. Product judgement significantly influences willingness to buy and mediates the relationship between animosity and willingness to buy. The study contributes to understanding social-value-based marketing.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompetitif. Guru SMK memiliki peran strategis dalam memastikan lulusan memiliki keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi kendala dalam melakukan penelitian pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Rendahnya kapasitas penelitian di kalangan guru dapat berdampak pada kurang optimalnya inovasi dalam metode pengajaran dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan dunia kerja. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru SMK dalam melakukan penelitian pendidikan. Melalui pelatihan ini, guru akan dibekali dengan konsep dasar penelitian, metode penelitian yang relevan, serta teknik analisis data yang dapat diterapkan dalam praktik pengajaran mereka. Selain itu, program ini juga mendorong guru untuk mengembangkan penelitian berbasis tindakan kelas guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Luaran yang ditargetkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan penelitian pendidikan, publikasi artikel di jurnal Ber-ISSN, publikasi artikel di media-massa, publikasi video kegiatan di YouTube, bukti Keterlibatan Mahasiswa, Surat Rekognisi dari mitra/Keterangan Mitra tentang adanya peningkatan keberdayaan Mitra, Bukti Kemitraan Kolaborasi Pengabdian, HKI, Poster hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Profil pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta penerapan hasil penelitian dalam proses pembelajaran di SMK. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia.
