Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh status sosial ekonomi keluarga, dukungan orang tua, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling jenis simple random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdiri dari (1) status sosial ekonomi keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi; (2) dukungan orang tua berpengaruh secara positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi; (3) efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi; (4) status sosial ekonomi keluarga, dukungan orang tua, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

It is important to foster 21st-century skills in the context of modern education. However, integrating these skills into the curriculum remains challenging. This study addresses the gap by developing TPACK-based (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) video microlearning towards relevant curriculum in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to create effective video microlearning content that aligns with the TPACK framework. Utilizing Thiagarajan's 4D model—define, design, develop, and disseminate—the study employed a research and development approach. Data were gathered through expert evaluations of media and content, and feedback from teachers and students. The sample included 10th-grade Marketing students at SMKN 12 Jakarta. The findings demonstrated a 95% feasibility rate for the media and a 92% success rate for the content, indicating high effectiveness and suitability for instructional purposes. Further testing with teachers and students yielded positive responses of 94% and 95%, respectively. These results highlight the significance of TPACK-based video microlearning as a valuable instructional tool, capable of enhancing 21st-century skills in students. The novelty of this research lies in its application of the TPACK framework to video microlearning, addressing the urgent need for innovative educational strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh social media marketing terhadap purchase intention produk tabir surya pada Generasi Z di DKI Jakarta, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari brand image dan health consciousness. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial sebagai saluran pemasaran serta tingginya kesadaran akan pentingnya perawatan kulit di kalangan konsumen muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 180 responden dari Generasi Z yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan pernah melihat promosi tabir surya melalui media sosial. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, health consciousness, dan purchase intention. Selain itu, health consciousness juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention, sedangkan brand image tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial efektif dalam meningkatkan niat beli, khususnya ketika dikaitkan dengan nilai kesehatan dan edukasi produk. Namun demikian, citra merek belum menjadi penentu utama dalam mendorong minat beli Generasi Z terhadap produk tabir surya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan pemasaran yang berbasis edukasi kesehatan dan nilai fungsional produk dalam menjangkau konsumen muda. Selain memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan Theory of Planned Behavior dalam konteks pemasaran digital, penelitian ini juga memberikan masukan praktis bagi perusahaan untuk menyusun strategi komunikasi yang lebih relevan dan sesuai dengan preferensi Generasi Z.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and assess the feasibility of Microsoft Access-based learning media as a digital archive tool. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the study follows the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The participants included one media expert, one material expert, one language expert, and 33 class X MPLB students at SMK Negeri 49 Jakarta. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and questionnaires rated on a Likert scale, evaluated by experts and students. The findings show that: 1) The Microsoft Access-based media, developed for the MPLB basics subject, can be run on laptops or computers; 2) The media suitability received an 81.3% rating ("Very Appropriate"), material suitability 89.3% ("Very Appropriate"), and language suitability 100% ("Very Appropriate"). In the trials, individual testing with three students yielded 89.6% ("Very Eligible"), small group testing with 10 students received 75.7% ("Decent"), and field testing with 20 students reached 86.8% ("Very Eligible"). 3) The product is deemed highly suitable by experts, with strong support from small group and field trials, confirming its effectiveness as a learning tool.

Abstract

The digital revolution has transformed various aspects of education, including assessment practices. This article explores the pedagogical implications and challenges of rethinking assessment in the digital age. Grounded in current literature, the article presents a conceptual framework for digital assessment and discusses the key aspects of assessment innovation, technological integration, and equity concerns. Drawing from recent empirical and theoretical contributions, this study argues that assessment must evolve to reflect the demands of 21st-century learning. The results and discussion are organized into three sections: innovative assessment models, technology integration in assessment, and equity and accessibility. Each section includes an analysis supported by a data table. The study concludes with a call for reflective and inclusive assessment design responsive to digital learning environments.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of perceived university support on entrepreneurial intention through attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among university students enrolled in entrepreneurship programs or engaged in entrepreneurship activities. Using a quantitative causal design, data were collected via an online questionnaire from 210 students involved in entrepreneurial activities in higher education. The research employed five main variables measured on a 6-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. Findings reveal that perceived university support positively and significantly influences attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, which in turn, substantially affect entrepreneurial intention. university support indirectly shapes students’ entrepreneurial intentions through mediating factors. This study enriches entrepreneurship literature in higher education and provides practical implications for universities and policymakers to enhance institutional support for fostering students’ entrepreneurial aspirations.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive PowerPoint-based learning media on Marketing Mix (7P) material for retail business vocational high school students and determine the feasibility level of the developed media. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The resulting product is an interactive PowerPoint learning media equipped with learning materials, learning videos, interactive quizzes, Marketing Mix (7P) simulations, learning evaluations, and navigation that makes it easier for students to learn independently or with the teacher. Feasibility testing was carried out by material experts, media experts, and instructional design experts, as well as tested on students through small group and large group tests. The results showed that the developed learning media obtained material expert validation scores of 94%, media experts 96%, and instructional design experts 86%, all of which were in the Very Feasible category. The results of trials on students showed a feasibility percentage of 88% in the small group and 99% in the large group with the Very Feasible category. Overall, the interactive PowerPoint-based learning media obtained an average feasibility of 93% in the Very Feasible category. These results indicate that the developed media is feasible to use as a learning medium on Marketing Mix (7P) material, able to increase student engagement, provide a more interactive learning experience, and help students understand marketing concepts more effectively.
