Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand and packaging design on the process of purchasing Kelom Sheny products. The purpose of the study was based on the fact that in the past year (2016) there had been a decline in sales of Kelom Sheny products. It is suspected that the cause of the decline was influenced by various factors, including the provision of incomplete products and rare price cuts, as well as declining consumer purchasing power. This research is descriptive and empirical. Descriptive research is conducted to obtain an overview of product attributes and the process of purchasing decisions. While empirical research is conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. Data collection techniques through questionnaires to 90 respondents. The objects in this study are all consumers who are around the Tasikmalaya City area. The study used a survey method with sampling techniques using random sampling techniques. The research data will be analyzed using multiple regression. In hypothesis testing on brand variables, it shows that the brand variables have a significant effect on the process of purchasing decisions, and the results of the recapitulation of respondents' questionnaires in the brand variables are obtained with agreed criteria. The magnitude of the effect of packaging design on the process of purchasing the Kelom Sheny product, where the hypothesis testing of the packaging design variables shows that there is no significant effect on the process of purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the influence of brand and packaging design on the purchasing decision process of Kelom Sheny can be concluded that the model is good, and is used to show the influence of brand and packaging design on the process of purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to see changes in student spending on consumption, transportation and the internet before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative, qualitative, and descriptive research with survey methods and literature studies. The questionnaire was submitted via Google Form with a total of 100 students as respondents distributed through various social media. The results of this study show that in the pre-pandemic period, students' needs for consumption ranked first with a percentage of 43%, followed by transportation needs at 38%, and the last order was the need for the internet. However, in the post-pandemic period there was a change, where the need for spending on the internet became the highest with a percentage of 59%, followed by consumption needs at 22% and lastly the need for transportation at 19%. This happens because students who migrate to study can return to their hometowns or parents' homes due to online lectures, so the need for consumption and transportation decreases, this is inversely proportional to the increasing need for the internet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of price on the decision to purchase Kelom Sheny products in the City of Tasikmalaya. This research is descriptive and empirical. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain an overview of prices and purchasing decisions. While empirical research was conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents randomly (randomly). The objects in this study are all consumers who are around the City of Tasikmalaya. The study used a survey method with a sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. The research data will be analyzed using simple linear regression, and the results of the discussion show that the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price on customer satisfaction of Kelom Sheny products in Tasikmalaya City. In this study using a quantitative approach with a simple random sampling technique with 100 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was more than 0.60. Then, linear regression analysis with t test value is 0.874. The value of r square is 0.008 or the effect of price on customer satisfaction is only 0.8%, it shows that 99.2% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of these data, the effect of price on customer satisfaction has no significant effect

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Pizza Hut Tasikmalaya di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Pizza Hut Tasikmalaya di masa pandemi. Promosi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Pizza Hut Tasikmalaya di masa pandemi. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Pizza Hut Tasikmalaya di masa pandemi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Bakso Baturetno Mangunjaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Bakso Baturetno Mangunjaya, secara parsial Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, sedangkan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Bakso Baturetno Mangunjaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of TikTok and E-WOM social media on buying interest in the Somethinc brand and their impact on purchasing decisions (a survey of TikTok users, students of the Management Study Program, University Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The respondents in this study were required to be who were students of the Management Study Program at the Perjuangan Tasikmalaya university who were TikTok users, 18 – 23 years old and have seen promotions or content of Somethinc brand at least once .The results of this study indicate that social media TikTok has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest in the Somethinc brand to TikTok users. E-wom has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest in the Somethinc brand to TikTok users. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price perception on visiting decisions tour the hot springs of Citiis Galunggung in Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 visitors Citiis Galunggung hot spring tour in Tasikmalaya regency. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25.0. The results showed that the location by visitors of Citiis Galunggung. Location had good criteria. The price perception of Citiis Galunggung had good criteria. Visiting decisions on visitors of Citiis Galunggung have good criteria. Simultaneously location and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing visit. Partially location has a significant influence on purchasing visit.. Partially price perception has a significant effect on purchasing visit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Price Perception and Service Quality on purchasing decisions at Tansoe Nature Coffee. The research method uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, the survey in this study to Tansoe Nature Coffee consumers with a sample of 100 consumers. The data used is primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique that is used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS Software v.25. The results of hypothesis testing research show that Price Perception and Service Quality have a Significant Effect on Purchasing Decisions at Tansoe Nature Coffee simultaneously Price Perception and Service Quality have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Partially Price Perception has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, the Quality of Service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price discounts on purchasing decisions (Survey of consumers at Wendy's Transmart Tasikmalaya). This study uses a survey method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 100 respondents from consumers and using the accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used in SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that product quality and price discounts simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Discounts partially have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions.
