Abstract

Humanitarian crises, whether caused by war or natural disasters, often result in victims losing their wealth and becoming poor. Zakat, infak, and sedekah can assist them, but the legal aspects of their utilization must be considered. Zakat can only be given to the eight specified categories. This article aims to explore the use of ZIS for victims of humanitarian crises from the perspective of ijma’. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with library research, which involves collecting data from various sources, followed by data reduction, presentation, conclusion, and data verification. The results of the study show that the use of ZIS for humanitarian purposes is permitted based on the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) No. 23 of 2020, No. 66 of 2022, and No. 83 of 2023. These fatwas state that zakat distribution directly to disaster victims must meet the criteria of the eight asnaf. Meanwhile, for public welfare needs, it falls under the asnaf sabilillah. The MUI fatwa can be considered as an ijma’ of Indonesian scholars because its methodology is based on ijma’. However, if the MUI fatwa is not classified as ijma’, it can be considered ijtihad jama’i (collective ijtihad), which represents a consensus of Islamic law experts and other relevant specialists, and its results can be held accountable.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to analyze the form of an external quality assurance system (SPME). The library research method for studying the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) in Indonesian higher education involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting secondary data from various trusted sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, reports and official documents. The steps include identifying and selecting relevant literature, reviewing the literature to understand SPME concepts and practices, and organizing and synthesizing data to provide a comprehensive picture of SPME. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis for developing strategies to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The result of this work is that the implementation of the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) in Indonesian higher education institutions faces various obstacles such as limited human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as financial constraints, which hinder the effectiveness of quality assurance. To overcome these obstacles, increased resource support, technological infrastructure and ongoing professional training are needed. Collaboration between universities, accreditation institutions, government and industry is very important to improve the quality of higher education. With the right strategy, the quality of higher education in Indonesia can be improved, producing graduates who are competent and ready to compete on the global stage.

Abstract

Positive learning response is an important element of learning activities. Learning response to learning can attract students' attention in learning activities carried out. The purpose of this study was to analyze student responses after using an electronic module on the classification of living things integrated with Sidoarjo local wisdom. This research method is a quantitative research method using instruments in the form of questionnaires given to students. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that student responses when using the electronic module of living creature classification material integrated with Sidoarjo local wisdom obtained a good response with a percentage of 45.85%. Further research is expected to improve and develop 4 aspects of electronic modules based on local wisdom of other science materials, namely presentation of material, language, usefulness and graphics in order to get student response criteria at least in the good category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan media interactive book dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir dasar siswa sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. media interactive book bisa menjadi media komputer yang sangat menarik di masyarakat saat ini. Penggunaan Media interactive book juga meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Metode penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model plomp. Pengumpulan dan pengembangan media dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, menganalisis, mengorganisasikan, sumber artikel, buku, penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan Media interactive book lapangan . Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Media interactive book dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Communication And Collaboration Menghadapi Era Merdekasecara signifikan dibandingkan dengan strategi pendidikan ranah digital. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan reaksi positif terhadap penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran. Media interactive book juga memungkinkan guru membuat pertanyaan terbuka dan menantang yang memperkuat keterampilan berpikir dasar siswa. Media interactive book membantu siswa dengan cepat menemukan dan memperbaiki kesalahan mereka dan memeriksa hasil pembelajaran yang tersedia bagi siswa pada tahap ini juga membantu guru memantau kemajuan siswa dan memodifikasi metode pengajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Media interactive book merupakan alat yang berguna untuk mendukung pembelajaran dinamis dan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir dasar siswa dalam lingkungan pengajaran Pancasila. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media Media interactive book terbukti layak dan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemajuan mendasar dalam evaluasi hasil belajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar. Selain itu, guru disarankan untuk menggunakan Media interactive book dalam model pembelajaran sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan zakat produktif dalam mendukung program Desa Berdaya di Rumah Zakat perspektif hukum Islam. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi pengelolaan zakat produktif dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan fokus pada pendekatan yuridis empiris, adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan memberikan deskripsi dan analisis secara menyeluruh mengenai penerapan zakat produktif dalam mendukung program Desa Berdaya di Rumah Zakat perspektif hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Desa Berdaya memiliki pendekatan terintegrasi yang mencakup berbagai aspek, seperti pembinaan masyarakat, ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, lingkungan, dan kesiapsiagaan bencana. Penerapan program dilakukan melalui lima tahapan: pemetaan (assessment); wawancara (interview); observasi (observation); diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD); dan terakhir, perencanaan aksi (action plan). Pemberdayaan zakat produktif dalam program ini berlandaskan konsep zakat produktif, meskipun tidak secara eksplisit disebutkan dalam Al-Qur’an, tetapi memiliki dasar dari beberapa hadits, seperti HR. Bukhari nomor 6630 dan HR. An-Nasa’i nomor 2559, yang mendukung pemberdayaan zakat. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan bagaimana model Desa Berdaya di Rumah Zakat dapat menjadi contoh implementasi zakat produktif yang inovatif, dengan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan aspek spiritual, ekonomi, dan sosial dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan kesejahteraan umat.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai upaya membangun pemimpin masa depan yang berkarakter dan berdaya saing. Kepemimpinan dalam Islam tidak hanya berfokus pada kemampuan manajerial, tetapi juga pada pembentukan akhlak dan nilai-nilai spiritual yang kokoh. Kajian ini menganalisis berbagai pendekatan pendidikan dalam membentuk pemimpin, seperti integrasi kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai Islami, program mentoring, serta pelatihan kepemimpinan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Melalui metode literatur dan studi kasus, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran pendidikan Islam dalam menanamkan tanggung jawab sosial, integritas, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada calon pemimpin. Ditemukan bahwa pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan pendidikan formal, pengalaman praktis, serta pembinaan spiritual dapat menjadi landasan kuat bagi lahirnya generasi pemimpin yang tidak hanya kompeten secara profesional, tetapi juga memiliki kepemimpinan yang beretika dan visioner. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi strategi bagi institusi pendidikan Islam untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pengembangan kepemimpinan di masa depan. Kata kunci. Abstract

This article was written with the aim of identifying spiritual leaders in the development of Islamic education. This research uses a certain type of library research. Reviewing various periodicals and relevant reference volumes is known as library research. The research findings show that spiritual leadership is a strategy to persuade other people to carry out activities in accordance with the ideals and principles taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW to achieve a certain goal. Spiritual leadership is the process of persuading others to take beneficial actions to achieve certain goals. The Prophet Muhammad is considered an influence in Islam because of his leadership style. Loyalty is one of the main characteristics that characterizes spiritual leadership. In this context, loyalty shows that both leaders and followers must obey Allah SWT in terms of goals, uphold Islamic law and values, maintain integrity, be disciplined, be consistent, and not be arrogant. In Islamic educational institutions, spiritual leadership is implemented through instilling ideals that are focused on both life in this world and the afterlife. To fulfill their responsibilities, madrasah principals and teachers must do more than fulfill their administrative and instructional duties; they must also serve Allah SWT. By emulating the leadership qualities exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, such as effective communication between the head of the madrasah and its members, the head of the madrasah as a motivator, fairness, honesty, trustworthiness, deliberation, and applying the principles of discipline, madrasahs can also implement spiritual leadership.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online loans has become a pressing societal issue, affecting many individuals struggling with debt repayment, contributing to rising suicide rates. Zakat, as an Islamic social finance instrument, should help mitigate these negative impacts. This article examines the utilization of zakat funds as a solution to the online loan crisis from the perspective of Qawa’id Fiqhiyyah (Islamic legal maxims). Using a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis, this study explores the application of Qawa’id Fiqhiyyah in utilizing zakat funds to address online loan issues. The findings reveal that zakat can address online loan problems, aligning with the maxim that “harm must be eliminated.” Borrowers often experience harm, such as threats, intimidation, and data breaches when they cannot repay debts. Zakat offers assistance to victims, helping them avoid actions violating Islamic principles, in line with the maxim “hardship brings ease.” However, borrowers must meet the gharim criteria, especially if the loans were used to purchase prohibited items under Islamic law. This study provides a novel perspective on zakat by employing the Qawa’id Fiqhiyyah approach to tackle the issue of online loans in Indonesia. It aims to enrich the literature and broaden the application of Islamic legal maxims in social finance. Additionally, this research can serve as a reference for zakat institutions in designing policies and distribution mechanisms to assist communities affected by online loans.

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic education is an important aspect aimed at forming a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also strong in faith and morals. The basic concept of leadership in this context includes several key aspects, namely leadership based on Islamic values, noble character, and educational goals. Leaders in Islamic education are expected to serve as role models for students, implement the principle of shura (consultation) in decision-making, and emphasize the importance of beneficial knowledge. The purpose of this research is to understand the principles of leadership in Islamic education derived from the Qur'an and Hadith. Data was collected through literature studies and document analysis. The results of the research indicate that leadership in Islamic education must be based on Islamic principles such as honesty, justice, and wisdom. Islamic education leaders are responsible for guiding students towards optimal self-development, both academically, morally, and spiritually. The conclusion of this research shows that the concept of leadership in Islamic education must combine modern leadership principles with spiritual and ethical values of Islam to create a good leadership model. This research provides insights into the basic concepts of leadership in Islamic education.
