Abstract

Red mud, yang merupakan residu utama dari proses Bayer dalam pengolahan bauksit, masih mengandung sejumlah oksida logam berharga seperti Al₂O₃, Fe₂O₃, SiO₂, dan TiO₂. Karakteristik ini menjadikan red mud potensial sebagai sumber sekunder logam, meskipun selama ini lebih banyak diperlakukan sebagai limbah berbahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas berbagai jenis pelarut asam kuat, yaitu HCl, H₂SO₄, dan HBr, dalam proses leaching konvesional menggunakan labu ukur 2 dengan penutup kondensor spiral magnetik, guna mengetahui kondisi operasi optimum serta kecenderungan selektivitas pelarutan terhadap unsur-unsur utama. Metode yang digunakan adalah leaching dengan konsentrasi asam 0.5 M untuk larutan HCl dan H2SO4 waktu 6 jam dan konsentrasi 4.41 M waktu 4 jam pada larutan HBr kondisi refluks diikuti analisis residu padat menggunakan X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis pelarut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap komposisi residu red mud. Perlakuan dengan HCl memperkaya kandungan Al₂O₃ dalam residu hingga 59,23%, menunjukkan selektivitas tinggi terhadap pelarutan pengotor. Sebaliknya, H₂SO₄ menurunkan Al₂O₃ menjadi 50,44% disertai peningkatan Fe₂O₃ dan SiO₂, sedangkan HBr menghasilkan penurunan drastis Al₂O₃ hingga 28,53% dengan pengayaan signifikan pada Fe₂O₃ dan SiO₂. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pemilihan jenis pelarut menentukan arah pemanfaatan red mud: HCl lebih sesuai untuk memperkaya alumina dalam residu, sementara H₂SO₄ dan HBr lebih potensial untuk menghasilkan residu kaya oksida besi, silika, dan titania. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap strategi pemanfaatan red mud sebagai sumber sekunder logam bernilai, sejalan dengan prinsip ekonomi sirkular dan pengelolaan limbah berkelanjutan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Phenomenon-Based Experiential Learning integrated with Formative Assessment on improving students’ scientific literacy in the topic of static fluids. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a control group Pre-test–Post-test design, involving 71 eleventh-grade students from one of the Islamic Senior High Schools (MAN) in Padangsidimpuan, Indonesia. The experimental class received instruction using the Phenomenon-Based Experiential Learning model accompanied by Formative Assessment, while the control class was taught through conventional learning. Data were collected using eight essay questions covering the topics of hydrostatic pressure, Pascal’s law, and Archimedes’ principle. The findings revealed a significant difference between the two classes, with an N-gain score of 0.66 (medium category) in the experimental class and 0.29 (low category) in the control class. The analysis of each scientific literacy indicator also showed that the Explain Phenomena Scientifically (EPS) and Interpret Data and Evidence Scientifically (IDES) indicators achieved high improvement categories, while the Evaluate and Design Scientific Enquiry (EDSE) indicator increased within the medium category. These results indicate that Phenomenon-Based Experiential Learning integrated with Formative Assessment is effective in enhancing students’ scientific literacy skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value in PT United Tractors Tbk for the period 2014–2023. The variables used in this research include capital structure measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability measured by the Return on Assets (ROA), and firm value measured by the Price to Book Value (PBV). This research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that partially, capital structure (DER) has no significant effect on firm value, with a significance value of 0.100 > 0.05. Meanwhile, profitability (ROA) has a significant and negative effect on firm value, with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of –0,069. Simultaneously, capital structure and profitability significantly influence firm value, as evidenced by the F-statistic of 9.836 greater than the F-table value of 4.74 with a significance level of 0.009 < 0.05. These findings suggest that the combination of financing decisions and profitability performance jointly shapes investor perceptions of firm value, although DER individually does not play a significant role.

Abstract

Taggungjawab Pemerintah Daerah dalam pemberdayaan perempuan diatur dalam undang - undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2024 tentang Pemerintah Daerah yang terdiri dari kualitas hidup perempuan. tak terkecuali Provinsi Jawa Tengah melakukan kewajiban tersebut dengan mengeluarkan peraturan local seperti Provinsi Jawa Tengah pula telah mengambil berbagai kebijakan , misalnya melalui peraturan lokal seperti Peraturan Daerah ( PERDA) Provinsi Jawa Tengah Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang pengarusutamaan Gender. Namun adanya peningkatan kebijakan terkait pemberdayaan perempuan berdasarkan state of obligation dalam CEDAW dan Analysys Gender pathway yang tepat. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian Hukum yuridis normatif dengan bahan hukum primer, skunder , tersier. Hasil penelitian ini mendapat beberapa fakta bahwasanya penyusunan Gender Anlysis Pathway belum ada ketentuan yang rigid dan tidak adanya sanksi kepada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah yang tidak melakukan kebijakan yang berbasis gender.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in strengthening the character of elementary school students in Serang City through the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5). The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation across several public elementary schools in Serang. The results indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum provides flexibility for teachers to integrate character values—such as independence, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and Banten’s local wisdom—into the learning process. The primary challenges faced include the adaptation of teaching modules and inconsistent character assessment methods. Overall, however, the Merdeka Curriculum is effective in enhancing students' ethical awareness and social behavior within the school environment.

Abstract

Psychology is a scientific discipline that aims to understand human behavior. The differences in human behavior in response to the presence of stimulus have proven that every human being is unique and not the same, and their needs are different. No human being is the same psychologically even though their physical condition looks the same to the naked eye. This affects human abilities as well when faced with the source of the problem at hand. Every human being must constantly develop their competence, so as not to experience a mental crisis that can eventually lead to pathological disorders. Understanding human uniqueness especially in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities will help in the smoothness of the counseling process. At SMAN 5 Tasikmalaya, the counseling process is not based on psychological theory alone, but depends on the student. How to approach students who have problems at this high school with one of the ways in each class there is 1 hour of counseling lessons a week, so that students do not have fear, but students become more courageous to consult the BK teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bio-komposit dari ampas tebu dengan matriks karet jenis ribbed smoked sheet (RSS) grade cutting, menggunakan variasi perbandingan massa serat dan perlakuan NaOH untuk meningkatkan sifat mekanik komposit. Metode yang digunakan meliputi preparasi serat ampas tebu dengan perlakuan NaOH untuk menghilangkan lignin dan hemiselulosa, serta proses cetak tekan panas dalam pembuatan komposit. Variasi dilakukan pada perbandingan massa serat terhadap matriks dan jenis serat (serat panjang dan serat serbuk). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan NaOH pada serat secara signifikan meningkatkan kekuatan tarik dan tegangan bending komposit. Kekuatan tarik tertinggi diperoleh pada perbandingan serat 1:5 untuk serat yang diperlakukan dengan NaOH, sedangkan tegangan bending tertinggi diperoleh pada perbandingan 1:8 dengan serat serbuk. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan serat serbuk menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih besar pada sifat lentur, sementara serat panjang memberikan kekuatan tarik yang lebih baik. Perlakuan NaOH meningkatkan adhesi antara serat dan matriks, yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan sifat mekanik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi besar ampas tebu sebagai bahan penguat yang ramah lingkungan dalam pembuatan komposit

Abstract

Abstrak PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk adalah sebuah perusahaan pertambangan unggul yang berkembang menjadi organisasi terintegrasi secara vertikal. Pada divisi Document Controller Adaro Group Legal Service (AGLS) PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk berperan sebagai pengarsipan dokumen yang membantu dan memberikan informasi dengan tepat kepada departemen legal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen arsip berbasis web. Sistem informasi manajemen arsip berbasis web merupakan solusi untuk memudahkan dalam hal mengelola dan mengorganisir data arsip. Sistem informasi manajemen arsip berbasis web yang dibuat menggunakan model pengembangan sistem waterfall SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yaitu proses perancangan bertahap. Model waterfall SDLC adalah metedologi untuk merancang dan membangun sistem perangkat lunak. Pada tahap analisis dan perancangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan bantuan sublime text dan database MYSQL. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip Berbasis Web Adaro Group Legal Service (AGLS) pada PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk, menujukkan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Arsip Berbasis Web ini dapat melakukan semua proses pengolahan file WF dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam memberikan informasi dokumen WF yang dibutuhkan oleh Lawyer selaku sebagai User.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a virtual reality application based on kodular and sketchfab called SIMUJI, as a medium in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) grade 5 SD on the material of the pillars of Hajj. The importance of this topic is in the need for students to improve their understanding of the Hajj pilgrimage, which is often only taught theoretically, resulting in a gap between knowledge and real experience. The method used in this research is Design & Development (D&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The findings show that the SIMUJI application can increase students' interest and understanding of the material on the pillars of Hajj, as well as provide an interactive learning experience. The conclusion of this study is that the use of VR technology in learning about the pillars of Hajj can overcome shortcomings in traditional learning methods, as well as provide an innovative alternative to improve the quality of Islamic religious education in elementary schools. This application is expected to be a reference for the development of other learning media in the future.

Abstract

The explosiveness of the leg muscles is an important component in supporting the performance of badminton athletes, especially for students who are members of extracurricular activities. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of circuit training models in increasing the explosiveness of leg muscles of high school badminton extracurricular students in Palembang City. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) involving expert validation and field trials. The validation results showed that the developed exercise model scored an average of 73.75% from academics, practitioners, and movement experts, which was included in the good category and worth testing. The small group trial at SMAN 8 Palembang obtained a result of 94.67%, while the large group trial at SMAN 9 Palembang showed a score of 92.5%. These results indicate that the circuit training model is very effective in increasing the explosive power of the leg muscles of high school badminton players. The conclusion of the circuit training model has proven to be effective and very good in increasing the explosiveness of the leg muscles of extracurricular badminton students. Practice model suggestions can be widely implemented by coaches or sports teachers as an alternative to physical exercise in badminton extracurricular activities in schools, as well as further research to test the effectiveness at different levels of education.
