Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-learning fisika berorientasi Sains Teknologi Masyarakat serta keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan kreativitas siswa kelas XI IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan dengan desain pengembangan dari Sugiyono dan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest. Tahap-tahap pengembangannya, meliputi Analisis Kebutuhan (wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran angket). Dilanjutkan dengan Desain Produk, Validasi Ahli, Revisi Desain, Ujicoba Produk I, Revisi Produk I, Ujicoba Pemakaian, Revisi Produk II, dan Deseminasi Produk. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Denpasar. Setelah deseminasi produk, dilanjutkan dengan penelitian untuk menguji keefektifan produk. Teknik statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji-t dua sampel berpasangan (paired sample T test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) dihasilkan blueprint hypermedia yang terdiri dari menu utama, menu tambahan, dan konten pembelajaran; (2) Implementasi blueprint hypermedia mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika di kelas XI IPA; (3) berdasarkan validasi ahli, produk hypermedia layak untuk diujicobakan kepada responden; (4) produk hypermedia mendapat respon positif dari siswa kelas XI IPA; (5) produk hypermedia mendapat respon positif dari guru mata pelajaran fisika; (6) produk hypermedia efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep fisika siswa (t=149,371 ; α=0,05); (7) produk hypermedia efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa (t=25,37 ; α=0,05).Kata Kunci : efektifitas, hypermedia, masyarakat, sains, teknologi The aims of this study was to test the product advisability of physics e-learning oriented by science technology society and its effectiveness to improve the mastery of concept and student’s creativity of Science class, grade XI Science. This study is research and development by using Sugiyono’s development design and research design using one group pretest posttest. The phases of the development were; Need Analysis (interview, observation, and questionnaires). Then followed by Product Design, Validation by the expert, Design Revision, Testing Product, Product Revision I, Test Usage, Product Revision II, and Product Dissemination. The research’s subject are students of SMA N 1 Denpasar grade XI. After product dissemination, the tests of effectiveness were conducted. Statistics technique used in this study was paired sample T Test. The result of this study shows that: (1) Produce the blueprint of hypermedia which have main menu, extended menu, and learning content; (2) Implementation of physics e-learning can produce learning media which advisable to use in learning physics of student grade XI; (3) Based on first expert validate, the hypermedia product can be used to the respondents; (4) Hypermedia obtains positive respond from the students of grade XI; (5) It was also obtaining positive respond from the physics teachers; (6) Hypermedia is very effective used for improving their mastery of concept (t=149,371 ; α=0,05); (7) It was also effective used by the students for increasing their creativity (t=25,37 ; α=0,05). keyword : effectiveness, hypermedia, society, science, technology

Abstract

Vocational education has a very strategic role. Graduates produced are equipped with the competence to open new job opportunities or at least ready to enter the workforce. Therefore, vocational education development, such as training facilities, teacher development, and learning process improvement, must be intensified. This study tries to develop an example-based learning model for vocational education adopted from the learning model on cultural activities that surround Balinese people's daily life. A three-stage prototyping method was used: preliminary research, prototyping stage, and assessment stage. The syntax of example-based learning models consists of six phases: (1) conveying goals and motivating students, (2) organizing students into study groups and distributing worksheets, (3) guiding learning groups to do analogies, (4) drawing conclusions, (5) doing evaluation, and (6) giving awards. The social system that occurs is active students collaborate under the principle of democracy, while the teacher's role as a facilitator, counselor or consultant, and an adequate source of information becomes a support system. The learning model developed has been tested in small classes. The expert assessment provides content validity of 0.75 and the consistency coefficient of 0.78. The model's practicality from the teacher reaches 82% and 73% of students. During the trial, the new learning model's effectiveness reached 74%, while the efficiency was only 72%. These findings indicate that the learning model is feasible to be implemented with several recommendations, including the addition of a heuristic approach to work backward and create a hierarchy of similarity levels of examples and tasks in analogy.

Abstract

Bali is one of the provinces with profitable tourism opportunities. It has led to many businesses related to tourism, which is a travel agent. Travel agents in Bali usually offer variety of tour packages with different prices and specifications. The problem experienced by tourists in determining tour packages is that the price of tour packages is quite high and does not match the tourist budget. In addition, the schedule of visits from tour packages is also inflexible. This problem can be overcome by making a decision support system for forming tour packages. This study uses the BWM method to determine each criterion’s optimal weight and the MARCOS to rank alternative tourism objects that will form a tour package. Testing results using confusion matrix get an accuracy value of 74.19%, precision of 81.25%, recall / sensitivity of 72.22% and specificity of 76.92%.

Abstract

One of practical example of CVRPTW is delivery. Important factors in delivery are cost, speed, service and consistency. In order for these factors to be met optimally, the capacity and time windows must be considered. Capacity affects service and consistency, so the right route must be choosen with the shortest distance and the right capacity. Time windows affects on the speed and costs so that the delivery must be carried out according specified time and company operating hours. This research purpose to produce delivery routes that consider capacity and delivery time. There are two steps in calculation, which is clustering and searching of optimal delivery route. The clustering step uses a polar angle and the optimal route searching uses the nearest neighbour and the tabu search. The test show that the delivery route generated by the system can make efficiency distance of 12.18%, time of 5.54% and capacity of 1.27% and cost of 12.18%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembang-kan perangkat pembelajaran matematika realistik yang teruji validitas, kepraktisan dan efektivi-tasnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa SMP kelas VII. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Plomp yang terdiri atas lima tahap yaitu: (1) investigasi awal, (2) desain, (3) realisasi, (4) tes, evaluasi, dan revisi, dan (5) implementasi. Subjek coba pada uji perorangan, kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan adalah siswa SMPN 2 Semarapura yang masing-masing berjumlah 3, 12, dan 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran tergolong kriteria baik yang telah memenuhi persyaratan validitas dan kepraktisan. Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asesmen formatif bentuk kinerja terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, yang mana sebanyak 48 siswa terpilih secara random sebagai sampel. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes uraian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t satu ekor (ekor kanan) yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji Lilliefors dan uji Bartlet untuk mengetahui normalitas dan homogenitas varians. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan asesmen formatif bentuk kinerja adalah 78,47, sementara rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan asesmen formatif bentuk uraian adalah 65,35. Untuk uji t satu ekor (ekor kanan) diperoleh besarnya thitung = 4,27 sedangkan t(46;0,05) = 1,67. Ternyata thitung > t(46;0,05), sehingga rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan asesmen formatif bentuk kinerja lebih tinggi dari pada rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan asesmen formatif bentuk uraian. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh asesmen formatif bentuk kinerja terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.Kata Kunci : asesmen formatif, asesmen kinerja, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika This experiment research was aimed at knowing the influence of formative assessment in performance form towards mathematical problem solving ability of students. Population in this research are all of the 8 grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja school year 2013/2014, which 48 students are chosen by random as sample. Data of students’ mathematical problem solving abilities were collected by using essay. The collected data was analyzed by using one-tailed-t test (right tail) after doing Lilliefors test and Bartlet test to know normality and variance homogenity. The results of this research showed that the average of students’ mathematical problem solving abilities who were taught by formative assessment in performance form was 78,47, while the average of students’ mathematical problem solving abilities who were taught by formative assessment in narrative form was 65,35. The outcome of research by using one-tailed-t test (right tail) shows that value of t =4,27 and t(46;0,05)= 1,67. According to those results,it turned out t > t(46;0,05), it means that the average of students’ mathematical problem solving abilities who were taught by formative assessment in performance form higher than the average of students’ mathematical problem solving abilities who were taught by formative assessment in narrative form. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian aktivitas belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar berorientasi pendidikan karakter yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengikuti tahapan pengembangan yang meliputi: (1) mengumpulkan informasi, (2) perancangan instrumen, (3) validasi instrumen, (4) revisi instrumen, (5) uji coba instrumen, (6) analisis hasil uji coba, dan (7) perakitan instrumen final. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kecamatan Buleleng dengan melibatkan 166 siswa kelas V sekolah dasar sebagai sampel ujicoba. Instrumen penilaian aktivitas belajar matematika yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini, disusun berdasarkan karakteristik pelajaran matematika sekolah dasar, karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar, dan nilai-nilai karakter positif yang dapat ditanamkan melalui pembelajaran matematika sekolah dasar. Uji validitas yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas isi dengan formula Gregory dan uji validitas konstruk dengan korelasi product moment. Uji reliabilitas yang dilakukan meliputi uji reliabilitas internal instrumen dengan formula Alpha Cronbach dan uji reliabilitas interrater dengan formula Ebel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli, instrumen yang dihasilkan telah dinyatakan memenuhi validitas isi dengan koefisien validitas isi sebesar 1. Perhitungan validitas konstruk menunjukkan setiap butir yang dibuat telah valid. (2) Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan reliabilitas instrumen digolongkan sangat tinggi berdasarkan kriteria Guilford, yaitu sebesar 0,935 berdasarkan data yang diperoleh observer I dan II serta 0,926 berdasarkan data yang diperoleh observer III. Perhitungan reliabilitas interrater dengan formula Ebel memberikan hasil koefisien reliabilitas interrater sebesar 0,99 yang mengindikasikan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan oleh para observer konsisten satu sama lainnya.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Instrumen, Penilaian aktivitas matematika This study was aimed at developing the valid and reliable instrument of mathematical learning activities assessment of elementary school students which character education orientation. This development research consisted of some development procedures; they were (1) gathering information, (2) designing instrument, (3) instrument validation, (4) instrument revision, (5) testing instrument, (6) testing result analysis, and (7) final instrument construction. The research was conducted in Buleleng district involving 166 elementary school students of grade five as the testing sample. The development instrument of mathematics learning activities assessment in this research was constructed based on the characteristic of elementary school mathematics learning, the characteristic of elementary school students, and the positive character values which can be integrated in mathematics learning of elementary school. This research used two validity tests, i.e content validity test with Gregory formula and construct validity test with product moment correlation. Two reliability test were done in this research, i.e. internal instrument reliability test with Alpha Cronbach formula and inter rater reliability test with Ebel formula.The result of this research showed that (1) based on the expert judgement result, the instrument that was produced had filled the content validity with the validity coefficient as 1. The construct validity computation showed that each descriptor which was made had been valid, (2) The result of reliability test showed that the instrument reliability was classified to very high based on Guilford criteria, that was 0.935 based on data that were obtained by the first and the second observer, and 0.926 based on the data result of the third observer. The computation of inter rater reliability using Ebel formula gave the result of reliability coefficient as 0.99 which indicated that the assessment results done by the observers were consistent to each others. keyword : Development, Instrument, Mathematics activity assessment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Group Investigation dengan metode Co-op co-op, model pembelajaran Group Investigation dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Lebih lanjut, dari perbedaan tersebut akan diselidiki siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran mana yang memiliki pemahaman konsep matematika yang paling baik. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Post-test Only Control Group Design. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII non unggulan SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2012/2013, yaitu sebanyak 182 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data hasil tes pemahaman konsep matematika dianalisis menggunakan Uji ANAVA Satu Jalur. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika pada ketiga kelas sampel. Lebih lanjut, diperoleh bahwa: (1) siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Group Investigation dengan metode Co-op co-op mempunyai pemahaman konsep matematika lebih baik daripada siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Group Investigation, (2) siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Group Investigation dengan metode Co-op co-op mempunyai pemahaman konsep matematika lebih baik daripada siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, dan (3) siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Group Investigation mempunyai pemahaman konsep matematika lebih baik daripada siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Group Investigation dengan metode Co-op co-op berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran Group Investigation, metode Co-op co-op, pemahaman konsep matematika This research is aimed to know whether there is any difference in mathematical concepts understanding between the students are learned by the Group Investigation learning model with Co-op co-op method, the Group Investigation learning model and conventional learning model. Furthermore, the differences will be investigated students who learned with the learning models which have mathematical concepts understanding are the best. The research design used in this research is the Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population in this research was all non-leading eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja in the academic year 2012/2013, as many as 182 people. The process of selecting the sample was done by a random sampling technique. The data of mathematical concept understanding were analyzed by ANAVA-one-way. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there are differences in the mathematical concepts understanding in third grade sample. Furthermore, obtained that: (1) students who learned by the Group Investigation learning model with Co-op co-op method have mathematical concepts understanding is better than students who learned with the Group Investigation learning model, (2) students who learned by the Group Investigation learning model with Co-op co-op method have mathematical concepts understanding is better than students who learned with the conventional learning model, and (3) students who learned by the Group Investigation learning model have mathematical concepts understanding is better than students who learned with the conventional learning model. It can be concluded that the Group Investigation learning model with Co-op co-op method has a positive influence on the student’s mathematical concepts understanding.keyword : Group Investigation learning model, Co-op co-op method, mathematical concepts understanding

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran, kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kualitas evaluasi pembelajaran, dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) B Negeri Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan subjek penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran terkategori baik dengan persentase skor perencanaan pembelajaran sebesar 87,5%, kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran terkategorikan baik dengan persentase skor pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 82,14%, kemampuan guru mengevaluasi pembelajaran terkategorikan cukup dengan persentase skor sebesar 75%, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran matematika yaitu belum tersedianya buku pelajaran khusus untuk SLB B, kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dengan siswa, belum adanya pengawas khusus SLB, kurangnya ketersediaan media pembelajaranKata Kunci : SDLB B, perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran The aim of this qualitative research are to thoroughly observe the qualities of lesson plans, implementations, evaluations and obstacles faced in the mathematics classroom of SDLB B N Singaraja. Purposive sampling was used to select the needed samples of the research. The data were gathered through observation, interview and document analysis. The data analysis showed that the teacher’s ability in order to construct the lesson plans was good (87,5%), the implementation of the lesson plan in the learning activities was good (82,14%) and the teacher’s ability to evaluate the instructional activities was enough (75%). Furthermore, it is found that some problems encountered in mathematics teaching-learning activities in SDLB B N Singaraja were caused by the lack of textbooks, the difficulties in teacher’s-students’ communication, the absent of supervisor specializing in special learning and the lack of media for learningkeyword : SDLB B, lesson plan, learning implementation, learning evaluation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kesiapan sekolah di SMP Negeri di Kota Singaraja dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran Matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yang mana pengambilan subjek penelitian dilakukan secara snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan penerapan kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja dan SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja seperti berikut. (1) Kesiapan perencanaan pembelajaran dalam kategori siap, (2) kesiapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam kategori siap, (3) kesiapan penilaian pembelajaran dalam kategori siap, (4) kesiapan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran dalam kategori siap. Dengan demikian kesiapan penerapan kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri di Kota Singaraja dalam kategori siap. Walaupun dari segi kesiapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian maupun sarana dan prasarana dalam kategori siap, ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu: pelatihan yang diikuti guru-guru perlu dilakukan beberapa kali, penggunaan dan sarana ICT perlu ditingkatkan, kapasitas siswa dalam satu kelas perlu dikurangi, serta banyaknya ruang kelas perlu disesuaikan dengan rombongan belajar.Kata Kunci : kurikulum 2013, kesiapan perencanaan, kesiapan pelaksanaan, kesiapan evaluasi, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana This study was aimed at describing readiness level of public junior high school in Singaraja to apply curriculum 2013 on mathematics. This study was a qualitative research, which is the subjects were conducted by snowball sampling. Data were collected by using questionnaire, interview, documentation, and observation.The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this research showed that the readiness level of applying curriculum 2013 on mathematics in SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja and SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja were as follows: (1) the readiness of learning plan was in ready category, (2) the readiness of learning implementation was in ready category, (3) the readiness of learning assessment was in ready category, (4) the readiness of tools and infrastructure was in ready category. Thus the readiness level of applying curriculum 2013 on mathematics in Junior High School in the city of Singaraja was in ready category. Eventhough the readiness of learning plan, learning implementation, learning assessment, and tools and infrastructure aspect were in ready category, there were several aspects which needed to be enhanced, they were: teacher training needed to be implemented several times, the use of ICT tools needed to be enhanced, the number of students in each class needed to be bounded, and the number of classroom needed to compatible with study groups.keyword : curriculum2013, planning readiness, implementation readiness, evaluation readiness, tools and infrastructure readiness
