Abstract

The focus of this research is the implementation of religious moderation in the cultural sector. The local wisdom possessed by the Jrahi people is not just a cultural symbol. However, it functions as a means of creating religious moderation. By prioritizing attitudes of tolerance, mutual cooperation and mutual respect in the practice of local wisdom, it can encourage peace and harmony in a multicultural society. Therefore, it is important to explore how local wisdom can function as a mediator in the process of religious moderation. This research aims to analyze the values of religious moderation in the local wisdom of the Jrahi Gunungwungkal Pati community. The research method used is qualitative research with field research. Then the researcher used interview and documentation techniques to collect data. Interviews were conducted both structured and unstructured with three informants, namely the Head of Jrahi Village and the Jrahi community who had an understanding of local wisdom. Meanwhile, documentation is carried out by looking for written references that can support the researcher's research. The results obtained from this research are that currently there is still some local wisdom preserved by the Jrahi community in the form of alms to the earth, barikan, nlungi cows, and dawuhan. Through this local wisdom, there are values of religious moderation that can be analyzed, such as tawassuth, tasamuh, musawah, shura', La 'unf, and I'tibar al-'urf.

Abstract

Jrahi Village has enormous potential to be developed into an advanced rural tourism destination. This is because the village has interesting natural characteristics and unique socio-cultural life. The amount of potential that exists must be encouraged and developed in accordance with the socio-cultural characteristics of the local community. The purpose of this study is to analyse the local potential of Jrahi village and the efforts to develop a sustainable tourism village. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. For data collection, researchers used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that there are various local potentials developed by this tourism village ranging from natural, cultural, religious, craft and culinary tourism. Embung mini jrahi is a superior tourist attraction that attracts tourists both locally and outside the region. The implications of the development of the Pancasila Jrahi Tourism village are able to contribute to increasing the income of local communities involved in tourism activities and being able to increase the village's original income. Local people who initially worked in the agricultural sector are now slowly plunging into the tourism sector. On the other hand, the sustainability of tourism villages is important in the midst of existing challenges, so that the main aspects of tourism village development referring to attractions, accessibility and amenity must be pursued optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X.8 di SMAN 10 Makassar melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik role-playing. Kepercayaan diri merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan pribadi siswa, dan rendahnya kepercayaan diri dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja akademik serta kesehatan mental. Dalam penelitian ini, metode eksperimen dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Group digunakan, melibatkan 32 siswa. Pre-test dan post-test dilaksanakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepercayaan diri sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa di kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan kepercayaan diri yang signifikan setelah mengikuti empat pertemuan bimbingan dengan teknik role-playing. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswa dengan kategori rendah dan sangat rendah menurun, sementara jumlah siswa dengan kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi meningkat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik role-playing dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal efektif untuk membangun kepercayaan diri siswa, mendorong partisipasi aktif, serta memperbaiki keterampilan sosial. Rekomendasi diberikan agar teknik ini diterapkan secara luas dalam program bimbingan di sekolah untuk mendukung perkembangan kepercayaan diri siswa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada praktik pendidikan yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Keywords : kepercayaan diri siswa, bimbingan clasikal

Abstract

This study aims to find out, analyze and describe the effect of operating cash flow and net income on stock returns in 2022-2022 in agricultural sector companies. This study uses secondary data contained in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. With the sample technique carried out by the author, the authors obtained a sample of this research as many as 7 companies from 21 companies in the agricultural sector, from 2022-2022 with annual data from operating cash flow and net income on stock returns resulting in 32 data in this study.

Abstract

The development of financial literacy is very rapid because of digital technology which makes it possible for all groups to access various kinds of financial services. Even though the OJK regulator has implemented quite strict age limits and requirements in accessing these financial facilities, many of the general public, especially students who already have ID cards, ignore the terms and conditions in accessing these financial services, this has an impact on the phenomenon of many students who entangled in online loans, and even e-commerce transactions that make it easier for people to get into debt, this service tries to provide counseling or outreach to the public, especially students, to better understand financial literacy and to thoroughly examine the impacts and benefits. The student chosen as the object of this service is MAN 1 Pulau Harapan, Kep Seribu, Jakarta. The methods used in this community service activity are training, lectures and questions and answers, and discussions. The result of this activity is to increase knowledge of digital financial literacy for teachers and students/I MAN I Pulau Harapan Kep Seribu.. The conclusion of this activity is very useful for students in understanding digital finance in terms of advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in the subject of Citizenship Education (PKn) at SD Negeri Simaja through the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) method assisted by quartet card media. The issue raised is the low learning outcomes and lack of student activity caused by conventional teaching methods. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles with a total of 23 student subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests, observations, and documentation. The research results show a significant improvement in student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle stage, only 8 out of 23 students (34.78%) achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). In cycle I, the number increased to 15 students (65.21%), and in cycle II, 20 students (86.95%) achieved KKM, resulting in an increase of 52.17% from the initial condition. These findings indicate that the application of the TSTS method assisted by quartet card media is effective in improving learning outcomes and student engagement in civic education. This method encourages interaction, active participation, and a deeper understanding of the material. Thus, this approach can be recommended as a learning strategy to improve the quality of Citizenship Education learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of students in the learning process which is still dominated by conventional methods, making students quickly bored, less enthusiastic, and less active. To overcome this problem, innovative, interesting learning media are needed, and are able to increase student motivation. This study aims to determine the differences in learning motivation of fourth-grade students of State Elementary School 1 Arjawinangun using digital gamification-based learning media Blooket and question card media. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type, involving 70 fourth-grade students (35 per group). Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, where student learning motivation was measured using a validated 24-item Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, t-test, and N-Gain test using SPSS version 27. The results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group using Blooket media and the control group using conventional question card media. The t-test results showed a significant difference (p < 0.001, t = 3.793), where the experimental class with Blooket media obtained a higher increase in learning motivation compared to the control class. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of digital gamification-based learning media, especially Blooket, is more effective than question card media in increasing the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at State Elementary School 1 Arjawinangun. This finding provides practical implications that educators should prioritize the use of digital gamification learning tools as a strategy to increase student learning motivation, especially in the context of social studies learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of increasing Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) in the digital era that encourages self-obsession and narcissistic behavior, while secular Western therapeutic approaches have not fully aligned with the spiritual values ​​of the Muslim community. The main objective of this research is to develop an Islamic counseling model based on akhlaq karimah (good character) in transforming NPD through the tazkiyah al-nafs approach. The method used is a qualitative research with an instrumental case study design, with participants being six students and alumni of the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School aged 18-35 years who have NPD characteristics based on the NPI-16. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, participant observation for 3-4 months, and document analysis, then analyzed using thematic analysis with an inductive-deductive approach. The results of the study show four main themes of transformation: decreasing narcissistic characteristics through spiritual awareness, increasing akhlaq karimah (good character), the strategic role of Islamic boarding school spiritual guidance, and the dynamics of the tazkiyah al-nafs process which includes the stages of takhalli, tahalli, muhasabah, and tajalli. These findings indicate that Islamic counseling based on noble character is effective in systematically and sustainably transforming egocentric orientations toward theocentric ones. Based on these results, this study concludes that the Islamic counseling model using the tazkiyah al-nafs framework is capable of producing deeper and more meaningful personality transformation than conventional approaches. The implications of this research are expected to provide an alternative, culturally appropriate therapeutic approach for the Muslim community and enrich the development of an evidence-based, contemporary Islamic psychological framework.

Abstract

This training was aimed at fostering students’ creativity through a tie-dye batik workshop for fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Pasalakan. The program was implemented in three stages: (1) preparation, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation. The preparation stage involved observing students’ creative activities at school, planning the training program, forming a committee, and drafting a budget plan. The observation showed that SDN 1 Pasalakan had never previously conducted batik training. The activity was organized by the Pre-service Teacher Professional Education (PPG) students, Cohort 2 of 2024, Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. The training was successfully carried out and produced several tie-dye batik fabrics with various patterns that reflected students’ creativity. The recommendation for SDN 1 Pasalakan is to design follow-up programs to further develop students’ creativity, such as workshops on handicrafts made from plastic waste. Practical activities of this kind can engage students physically and mentally, thereby supporting creativity and nurturing love for national culture as reflected in the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

This study aims to address the main research question: How do teachers play a role in implementing literacy programs to improve the reading comprehension of third-grade students at Plumbon 1 State Elementary School? The research focuses on three aspects: teachers' roles, learning strategies employed, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in literacy program implementation. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving 15 third-grade students (6 boys and 9 girls) along with their classroom teacher. Data were collected through systematic observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. Findings reveal that the literacy program, implemented for 1.5 years, had a positive impact: 80% of students showed high enthusiasm; reading comprehension improved in explicit meaning (73%) but remained low in implicit meaning (47%). Teachers assumed multidimensional roles as facilitators, models, individual guides, evaluators, and collaborators, applying 14 instructional strategies including a daily 15-minute reading routine, differentiated instruction, and the creation of text-rich environments. While the study provides in-depth insights, its limitations include the small sample size and the single-case design, which restrict the generalizability of findings. Nevertheless, the results emphasize that literacy program success requires systemic support from schools, teachers, parents, and home environments. The study implies that other elementary schools can adapt this literacy model by considering contextual factors and student characteristics. Furthermore, it offers a foundational reference for policymakers to enhance systemic support for the School Literacy Movement (GLS), including teacher training, resource allocation, and strategies for parental engagement.
