Abstract

The community is responsible for the implementation of the community early awareness, meanwhile the government is obliged to facilitate it. A good role of the Community Early Awareness Forum or Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat (FKDM) followed up by the government can save the community from security threat or disaster and minimize losses by anticipating the security threats and disaster. This research uses qualitative approach. Concept operationalization in this research refers to the used strategy, the SWOT analysis. The FKDM strategies in social conflict early prevention are: 1) inserting early warning system by increasing institutional capacities which include three elements; government, private sector, community through dialogue, 2) National Unity and Politics Agency or Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) of DKI Jakarta actively making dialogue persuasively and finding solution, 3) budgeting of conflict handling according to the Government Regulation gives opportunity to strengthen community resilience to protect the community, encourage community participation, handle social conflict, and preserve local wisdom to maintain peace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the final value of the results of Aleta Leather's supply chain management performance measurement. The data was then analyzed using SCOR and AHP methods. The results showed that the final value of Aleta Leather's supply chain management performance measurement results was 90.11 which was included in the excellent category. This result is obtained from the multiplication of the score value and the weight of selected performance indicators from 16 existing performance indicators. From the results of the analysis, two performance indicators were found that had values below the target, namely planning cycle time and material efficiency (yield). The conclusion of this study is that SCOR and AHP methods can be used to measure the performance of Aleta Leather's supply chain management well. Suggestions for performance improvement are training and development of natural resources, making agreements with suppliers and improving data analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of government accounting systems and the role of APIP on the implementation of good governance (PGG) with quantitative methods. The population in this study was the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) which amounted to 32 OPD (using purposive sampling technique). The data collection technique used a questionnaire with respondents consisting of the head of the office at the Palembang City OPD, the head of the finance subdivision, the finance staff, the head of the planning and program subdivision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques using SPPS version 29. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variables of government accounting systems and the role of APIP partially have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of good governance (PGG). Simultaneously, the government accounting system and the role of APIP have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of good governance (PGG). This study concluded that the government accounting system and the role of APIP (Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus) are very influential in the implementation of good governance in the Palembang City OPD. An effective accounting system helps local governments perform their functions well. APIP also plays an important role in conducting internal supervision, supporting the implementation of the principles of good governance implementation. Overall, both have a significant positive impact on the management of Palembang City Government. Keywords: SAP, Role of APIP, PGG

Abstract

Tingkat kecemasan seringkali muncul akibat tekanan psikologis. Salah satu bentuk olahraga untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan adalah permainan Jenga (menumpuk dan menarik balok kayu untuk membentuk menara). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan Jenga terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan peserta pelatihan di Pusdiklat ASI Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan Bulan Juni 2023. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah kuasi dengan tipe two groups pre and post test design. Sampel yang berjumlah 24 orang dipilih secara purposive sampling, dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 12 responden. Variabel terikatnya adalah kecemasan sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah permainan Jenga. Analisis data meliputi univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Uji-T. Intervensi berhasil menurunkan mean kecemasan pada kelompok intervensi dari 29,50 menjadi 10,58 dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,000. Mean kelompok intervensi sebesar 17,58 lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dengan p-value sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan Jenga efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan. Permainan Jenga sebaiknya diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan pada saat proses pelatihan berlangsung sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi rasa cemas, sehingga tingkat kelulusan uji kompetensi meningkat lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Gerupuk merupakan daerah penghasil rumput laut di Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Mayoritas masyarakat Gerupuk menekuni kegiatan budidaya rumput laut dan menjadi penggerak perekonomian masyarakat. Budidaya rumput laut merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian penduduk Gerupuk. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya peningkatan ekonomi melalui pendampingan budidaya rumput laut dengan metode rakit apung. Kegiatan dilakukan di Dusun Gerupuk, Desa Sengkol, Kecamatan Pujut, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah pembudidaya rumput laut di Gerupuk. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendampingan yang memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu: Persiapan Rakit Apung, Persiapan Tali Ris, Pengikatan Bibit, Pengangkutan Rakit Apung, Penanaman Bibit, Monitoring Rakit Apung, Pemanenan dan Pasca Panen. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah budidaya rumput laut dengan metode rakit apung dapat dilaksanakan oleh tim kegiatan bersama pembudidaya rumput laut dan mampu meningkatkan produksi rumput laut. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah kondisi perairan Gerupuk mendukung untuk untuk dilakukannya budidaya rumput laut metode rakit apung dan dapat meningkatkan produksi rumput laut

Abstract

Abstrak Program Diseminasi Produk PkM Karya Inovatif Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Bantul bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para guru yakni kurangnya produktivitas di sekolah yang hanya terbiasa untuk mengajar tanpa melakukan aktivitas lainnya, salah satunya seperti menulis buku bahan ajar. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi menulis di kalangan guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penulisan buku. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan oleh dosen program studi pendidikan sosiologi,  Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) dan diikuti 20 guru dari SMA Negeri 1 Bantul. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi, pelatihan, diskusi, dan demonstrasi dengan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa 3 orang guru berhasil menyelesaikan buku, meskipun terdapat kendala seperti padatnya jadwal bekerja baik itu mengajar maupun membimbing siswa di sekolah dan kesulitan dalam menyusun sistematika bahan ajar. Program ini berhasil memotivasi guru untuk lebih produktif dan meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif bagi guru, institusi, dan masyarakat luas.Kata kunci: Diseminasi, Inovasi Guru, Kompetensi Menulis, PkM (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat).

Abstract

Learner autonomy has become one of the main topics in the current research and conferences in Indonesia. This suggests that learner autonomy has received more attention in Indonesian contexts. However, there has been no space for discussions about the meaning of learner autonomy from high school teachers points of view. A multi-case study conducted by Agustina (2017) has found diverse understanding of autonomy as reported by Junior High School English teachers in Magelang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. This paper discusses those teachers understanding in a more detailed way along with the implications when the concept is understood differently. This paper supports Agustinas argument that the diversity in understanding and developing autonomy should be anticipated since teachers have different beliefs about autonomy. Referring to Agustinas findings this paper proposes the need to consider the consequences of allowing the presence of various understanding of learner autonomy particularly when it is set as an educational goal.

Abstract

Background: Plantar fasciitis is a fascia inflammation characterized by symptoms of severe pain in the heel caused by microtrauma to the plantar fascia. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) and plantar stretching exercise (PSE) are two physiotherapy intervention strategies that can be used to treat plantar fasciitis. Method: This study was conducted at Poltekkes Jakarta 3 in March-May 2023 using a quasi-experimental method with two groups pre-posttest with a control group design. The sample size was 28 persons, divided into two groups of 14 people each, the intervention and control groups, and chosen using the purposive sampling method. The dependent variable was the foot functional ability of the as measured by the Foot Function Index (FFI). The independent variables were ESWT and PSE intervention in the intervention group and PSE in the control group. Data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate with paired sample t-test and independent t-test. Results: The mean FFI values in the intervention and control groups before and after intervention were 44.44, 18.17, 47.80, and 32,13, respectively. The probability value of the paired sample t-test results in the intervention and control groups was 0.000, while the independent t-test results before the intervention were 0.606 after 0.002. Conclusion: The provision of ESWT intervention plus PSE was more effective than PSE alone in improving the functional ability of the feet in plantar fasciitis sufferers.

Abstract

Same as other companies, banking companies are also oriented to make a profit every period. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of ROA, ROE and NPM on profit growth either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research is in banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2015-2019. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 23 companies from 45 companies. The variables used in this study are: ROA (X1), ROE (X2), NPM (X3) and Profit Growth (Y). This research uses secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of companies obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS version 26. The results show partially that ROA has no significant effect on profit growth, ROE has a significant effect on profit growth, and NPM has no significant effect on profit growth. The results of the research show that simultaneously there is a significant influence between ROA, ROE and NPM on the profit growth of banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.
