Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest logistics costs in ASEAN. In this regard, the government needs to take strategic steps. One of them is the issuance of Presidential Instruction Number 5 of 2020 which is then used as the legal basis for the establishment of a national logistics ecosystem digital platform or National Logistic Ecosystem (NLE). This policy is the responsibility of the General Directorate of Customs and Excise under the supervision of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance. The objective of this research was to analyze the implementation of the NLE program in terms of increasing the performance of the national logistics system, improving the investment climate, and increasing the competitiveness of the national economy in Indonesia. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicated that of the six dimensions that were used as benchmarks, four dimensions had worked well. Only two dimensions were not going well. They were the dimension of implementers’ attitude and the dimension of communication. This was due to ongoing planning and policies that still needed to be disseminated more widely. By having the NLE platform, it would certainly increase the performance of the National logistics system, improve the investment climate, and increase the competitiveness of the National economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kata Kunci : Make A Match, Aktivitas Belajar Siswa

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the model Means-Ends Analysis on student learning outcomes (SD, SMP, SMA) and subjects (Mathematics, Social Sciences, Science). The data from this research is collected through indexing databases such as Google Scholar,Sintaand the Garuda Portal. From search results with keywords means-ends analysisand learning outcomes from 2013 to 2020 found 45 articles that met the research requirements. The results of the search for 45 data will be filtered to look for the values of N, Fcount, tcount, and rcount. The research method uses Meta-Analysis with a learning model menas-ends analysis on student learning outcomes. The results showed thatobtained summary effect value of 0.66 or 66%, including the strong category in influencing the improvement of student learning outcomes. The results of the moderator variable data analysis show that at the SD level it has an influence of 81% which indicates that the influence is very strong. Meanwhile, at the junior and senior high school levels, they have the same strong influence, namely, 64% and 66%. This shows that the Means-Ends Analysis method is suitable for all levels. Then for the results of the classification data analysis subjects obtained the strongest influence, namely social studies subjects with an effect of 75%. Meanwhile, mathematics has a strong effect of 68% and science has a moderate effect of 53%.

Abstract

The goal of 21st century learning in the independent curriculum is that students are able to deepen concepts and strengthen competencies. Efforts that can be made to achieve this goal are the use of teaching materials that are able to increase students' understanding of concepts. This research was conducted to develop teaching materials based on cognitive conflict integrated with augmented reality technology, so it is necessary to carry out a needs analysis as an initial stage of developing teaching materials. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the data collection instruments used are journal analysis and teacher and student analysis questionnaire sheets. Research was conducted to determine the need for developing open materials in schools. The results of the analysis of student needs show that physics learning is still teacher-centered, technology-integrated teaching materials, especially Augmented Reality, are not yet available, and learning models that overcome students' misconceptions are not yet used. The results of this preliminary research indicate the need to develop open physics materials that are able to increase student understanding of concepts and interest in learning. The solution to this is to develop cognitive conflict-based teaching materials that are integrated with technology by utilizing augmented reality technology.
