Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kompetensi kepribadian guru berdasarkan perspektif Al-Qur'an sebagai landasan pengembangan standar kompetensi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kualitas kompetensi kepribadian guru yang tercermin dari berbagai kasus pelanggaran etika profesi guru di Indonesia dalam lima tahun terakhir. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis tafsir tematik terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi kepribadian pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur'an memberikan landasan yang komprehensif mengenai kompetensi kepribadian yang meliputi aspek akhlak mulia, integritas, keteladanan, dan profesionalisme. Implementasi nilai-nilai ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik di Indonesia.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan agama Islam memiliki tanggung jawab utama dalam menyebarluaskan pengetahuan tentang Islam, menjaga tradisi Islam, dan mempersiapkan masa depan yang mampu menghadapi perubahan karakter dan generasi. Karya ini menggunakan teknik kepustakaan yang menitikberatkan pada penelitian kualitatif. Untuk memasuki masa masyarakat 5.0, setidaknya dibutuhkan enam kemampuan mendasar untuk menganalisis informasi dari kehidupan digital. Selain itu, pemahaman tentang teknologi juga penting, termasuk kemampuan mengoperasikan perangkat yang semakin canggih dan memahami aplikasi-aplikasi penting di era 5.0, antara lain prinsip-prinsip rekayasa, pembelajaran mesin, kecerdasan buatan, coding, dan bioteknologi. Selain itu, penting juga untuk memahami prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, cara berkomunikasi, dan mendesain. Seiring berjalannya waktu, setiap institusi pendidikan perlu mempersiapkan diri, terutama dalam mengelola nilai pendidikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa kebutuhan akan pendidikan yang berkualitas harus sesuai dengan kemajuan di era 5.0. Lembaga pendidikan agama Islam dituntut untuk memberikan pendidikan yang terbaik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat 5.0, sehingga lembaga pendidikan agama Islam dapat menunjukkan peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tinggi yang mampu bersaing dengan pendidikan umum lainnya.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi transendensi diri dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam. Motivasi adalah seperangkat kekuatan energik yang timbul di dalam dan di luar diri  karyawan, yang mempertimbangkan intensitas, menentukan arah dan kesinambungan usaha seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan, dan sebagai suatu proses yang menyebabkan usaha yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan itu berhasil. Peranan manajemen tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sumber daya manusia, karena manusia merupakan subyek dari segala pekerjaan dan tugas yang diciptakan oleh manusia. Sebaliknya proses dan hasil kerja manusia ditentukan oleh kemauan bekerja. Perilaku motivasi akan lebih efektif bila tujuannya jelas, dapat dicapai, dan memenuhi kebutuhan orang yang termotivasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dan metode kualitatif merupakan pendekatan berupa pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan analisis data. Motif transendensi diri dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam membawa arah yang lebih dalam dan bermakna dalam proses pendidikan. Dengan kata lain, hal ini membimbing individu untuk melampaui kepentingan pribadinya dan berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan orang lain, yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penerapan konsep transendensi diri dalam  lembaga pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, memungkinkan individu (baik peserta didik, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya) mengatasi kepentingan pribadi dan egonya sendiri serta mengejar tujuannya sendiri diartikan sebagai upaya untuk mendorong orang agar berprestasi. Misalnya tujuan yang lebih luhur seperti mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan, mengabdi pada masyarakat, dan berkontribusi positif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has advanced rapidly through curriculum reform, including the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aims to explore the impact of teacher training in supporting the implementation of this curriculum in classrooms. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative and descriptive approach, analyzing data from various relevant literature and academic journals. The findings indicate that teacher training plays a crucial role in enhancing pedagogical and professional competencies, as well as addressing challenges that arise during curriculum implementation. Trained teachers are better equipped to create adaptive and inclusive learning environments that support student character development. Furthermore, ongoing training helps teachers integrate technology into their teaching, thereby increasing student engagement. These findings suggest that targeted professional development efforts can significantly influence educational quality and the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Islamic aesthetics-based education management is an approach to education management that is oriented towards Islamic aesthetic values. The Islamic aesthetic values referred to include beauty, harmony, balance and harmony. This approach emphasizes the importance of creating an educational environment that is beautiful, harmonious and comfortable for all parties involved in the educational process. Islamic aesthetics-based education management has several advantages, including: Can improve the quality of education, because a beautiful and comfortable educational environment can motivate students to study harder.Can create an atmosphere that is conducive to the teaching and learning process, because students will be more comfortable and at home studying in a beautiful and comfortable environment. Can form positive student characters, because a beautiful and comfortable educational environment can foster a sense of love and beauty in students.This approach can be applied at all levels of education, from early childhood education to higher education. Implementation can be done in various ways, including:Creating beautiful and comfortable building designs and educational facilities.Create a clean, neat and wellorganized learning environment.Creating a conducive learning atmosphere by implementing good classroom management.Using interesting and innovative learning media. Organizing aesthetic activities, such as art, music and drama. Education management based on Islamic aesthetics is one approach that can be used to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence online-based new student admission services have on student satisfaction at MAN 3 Pekanbaru City. This research includes correlation research consisting of online-based PPDB service variables (X) and student satisfaction variables (Y). The methodology in this research is quantitative. The population used in this research was all students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City, totaling 835 people. Because the population was large, the researchers took 105 people to be respondents. This sampling technique uses a systematic sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. This research data was analyzed using quantitative percentages and simple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that 1) the level of online-based admissions services for new students, namely 83%, is classified as very good, 2) the level of student satisfaction, namely 70.6%, is classified as good, 3) there is a positive influence between online-based PPDB services on student satisfaction in Madrasas. Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City with a correlation value of 10,203. This is proven by the correlation test with a Tcount value of 10.208 which is greater than Ttable at the 5% significance level, namely 1.986 (10.208>1.986). The calculation result of the coefficient of determination R square is 0.503. This shows that the influence of online-based new student admission services on student satisfaction at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City is 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. So, the better the online-based student admission service, the higher the level of student satisfaction.

Abstract

Penulisan sitasi dan daftar pustaka yang tepat merupakan bagian krusial dalam penyusunan skripsi. Namun, masih banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola referensi secara konsisten dan efisien. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam menyusun referensi ilmiah melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara luring dan diikuti oleh 30 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pre-test, pelatihan praktis, sesi pendampingan, dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pemahaman gaya sitasi, kemampuan teknis penggunaan Mendeley, dan ketepatan dalam penyusunan daftar pustaka. Rata-rata skor post-test mengalami peningkatan lebih dari 40% dibandingkan pre-test. Selain itu, lebih dari 90% peserta memberikan respons positif terhadap efektivitas pelatihan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa Mendeley dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan ilmiah mahasiswa serta mendorong terbentuknya budaya akademik yang profesional dan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) has been widely implemented in educational institutions to enhance quality through efficiency, productivity, and standardization. However, its application within Islamic education contexts presents epistemological and pedagogical tensions, particularly due to TQM’s roots in industrial and materialistic rationality, which may not fully align with Islamic education's holistic and spiritual aims. This study critically examined these tensions and proposes prophetic leadership as a conceptual alternative. The research analyzed the conceptual underpinnings of TQM, Islamic education, and prophetic leadership using a literature review and a descriptive-critical approach. The findings suggested that TQM often overlooks the spiritual and moral dimensions of learning, tends to homogenize student development, and orients educational processes toward market-driven outcomes. In contrast, prophetic leadership—grounded in values such as siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah—offers a more integrative framework that embraces intellectual, emotional, and spiritual development. This model resonates more closely with the foundational goals of Islamic education by promoting balance between worldly and transcendental aims and responding to the challenges of postmodern society. This study recommends integrating prophetic leadership values into Islamic educational policy design and teacher training programs. It suggests future empirical research to test the applicability and impact of this model across various Islamic schooling contexts.

Abstract

A common phenomenon in micro-leadership practices across various work environments is poor communication between leaders and team members. Many leaders fail to recognize the importance of open and honest two-way communication and lack the skills to convey instructions or expectations clearly. This study aims to examine in depth how effective communication skills, open communication, and clear communication play a role in supporting the practice of micro leadership (micro leading). The research method used is a literature study, by analyzing various scientific sources, including reference books and national as well as international journal articles relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that effective communication includes the ability to deliver messages accurately, empathetically, and to build two-way dialogue. Open communication creates a participatory space that fosters trust and psychological safety within the team. Meanwhile, clear communication ensures that each member understands their roles, tasks, and expectations accurately. These three aspects support one another and form an essential foundation for the success of micro leadership in building a solid, adaptive, and productive team.
