Abstract

The university engages in community service activities (KKN). In the village of Senaru, Bayan Subdistrict, North Lombok Regency, a group of students carried out various real work activities as part of the program, including the implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) aimed at reducing the incidence of stunting in Senaru Village. Senaru Village has 81 stunted children due to their poor health status. Stunting is a form of malnutrition caused by insufficient food intake over an extended period, resulting in nutritional deficiencies. The objective of this activity is to raise awareness among the community about the importance of nutrition for children and to provide SFP as a tangible measure to reduce the risk of stunting in Senaru Village. This activity was conducted through Focus Group Discussions involving stakeholders in Senaru Village, such as the Mother's Empowerment and Family Welfare Movement (PKK) and the Village Health Team. Additionally, there were awareness campaigns and training sessions for creating various processed SFP menus using eggs. The outcomes of this activity include an increased understanding within the community regarding the significance of nutrition for children and a decrease in the stunting rate, decreasing from an initial 81 stunted children to 71. The reduction in stunting is attributed to the intensive provision of SFP over a span of 31 days. As a result, it is anticipated that this program will contribute to reducing the stunting rate in Senaru Village and ultimately lead to a Stunting-Free Senaru Village. The Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) has proven effective in decreasing stunting rates among toddlers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of liquefaction on land ownership status and reconstruction strategies that can be applied to ensure legal certainty and protection of the rights of affected communities. The liquefaction phenomenon that causes physical changes to the land can eliminate land boundaries and ownership documents, creating legal challenges in determining the status of land ownership after a disaster. The research discusses the laws and regulations governing destroyed land and the land rights elimination based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021, as well as the role of the National Land Agency (BPN) in land reconstruction through systematic registration and land redistribution. This study also identifies the importance of mapping technology and participatory approaches in land reconstruction to overcome administrative difficulties and ownership conflicts and provides policy recommendations to ensure the protection of community rights after a liquefaction disaster.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the push for sustainable investment require reform of national land law. Rigid legal systems, overlapping regulations, and limited spatial data are obstacles to realizing efficient, transparent, and accountable land governance. This article aims to examine the urgency of national land law reform in responding to the challenges of digitalization and the need for equitable investment. This study uses a juridical-normative method with a conceptual approach and critical analysis of applicable land regulations and policies. The results of the study indicate that land law reform must integrate the principles of good governance, digitalization of land services, and protection of community interests. The formation of regulations that are adaptive to technological developments and guarantee agrarian justice are the main prerequisites for providing legal certainty and supporting sustainable investment in the land sector.

Abstract

Poverty in rural areas remains a serious challenge that requires empowerment strategies based on local potential. One initiative in Dusun Batu Kumbung involves economically empowering housewives through the buying and selling of plant seedlings. This study aims to identify the forms of economic empowerment implemented and analyze their impact on household income and overall family well-being.  This research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving 15 participants, including entrepreneurs, the village head, and business partners. The findings reveal that empowerment was carried out through three main mechanisms: provision of business opportunities, technical training, and financial and social support from the village government and external partners. The initiative successfully increased household income from around IDR 200,000 to between IDR 1,000,000 and 5,000,000 per month. Beyond economic gains, it also strengthened women’s economic independence, social solidarity, and involvement in household decision-making. This study contributes new insights to the literature on rural women’s empowerment by highlighting the potential of community-based plant seedling agribusiness as a post-pandemic economic strategy. The findings suggest that community-based approaches and utilization of local resources can serve as effective solutions for enhancing welfare and addressing economic inequality in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) dimensions on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia following the implementation of the Green Taxonomy by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). ESG is an important indicator in assessing the sustainability and responsibility of a company, while financial performance is measured using indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Tobin’s Q. The approach used is explanatory quantitative with secondary data obtained from sustainability reports and annual financial statements of non-financial public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the post-implementation period of the Green Taxonomy. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with Fixed Effect or Random Effect models, accompanied by classical assumption tests and significance tests. The research results show that the three aspects of ESG simultaneously and partially have a significant impact on the company's financial performance. These findings reinforce the importance of adopting ESG as part of long-term business strategies and demonstrate the strategic role of the Green Taxonomy in promoting sustainability integration in Indonesia's corporate sector.
