Abstract

E-commerce has become a dominant platform in modern consumer shopping behavior; however, the low level of repeat purchase intention remains a significant challenge for digital business operators. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived price and delivery quality on repeat purchase intention, considering the mediating roles of perceived value and consumer satisfaction among e-commerce users in Bekasi City. A quantitative approach was employed using an online survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that both perceived value and consumer satisfaction have a significant positive effect on repeat purchase intention. Perceived price significantly influences perceived value and consumer satisfaction, while delivery quality has a positive effect on perceived value but does not significantly affect consumer satisfaction. These findings suggest that perceived value and consumer satisfaction are key determinants in shaping repeat purchase intention on e-commerce platforms. Therefore, implementing competitive pricing strategies, improving service quality, and managing customer experience holistically are essential to strengthening consumer loyalty in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technologies and shifting consumer expectations has accelerated the adoption of omnichannel strategies across global retail markets. The effectiveness of these strategies depends greatly on the level of channel integration, which enables seamless transitions across online and offline touchpoints. This systematic literature review synthesizes empirical findings from the past five years to examine how channel integration shapes customer loyalty in omnichannel retailing. The review identifies key mechanisms such as enhanced customer experience, perceived value, trust formation, and cross-channel consistency as critical pathways linking integration to loyalty outcomes. It also highlights relevant theoretical perspectives and emerging mediating and moderating variables. The findings offer theoretical implications by clarifying the mechanisms through which channel integration strengthens loyalty formation, and practical implications by guiding retailers to develop integrated channel strategies that improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital businesses in Indonesia presents significant opportunities along with increasingly complex risks, particularly in technological, operational, and reputational aspects. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ISO 31000-based risk management in enhancing the sustainability of digital businesses. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing various relevant scientific journals. The findings indicate that technological and operational risks are the most dominant, categorized as high to extreme risks. The implementation of ISO 31000 risk management, which includes risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation, has proven effective in improving operational stability, reducing potential losses, and increasing customer trust. Furthermore, this study highlights that risk mitigation strategies must be adapted to industry characteristics to achieve optimal effectiveness. Therefore, risk management becomes a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of digital businesses in the era of technological transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a human capital plan to support the effectiveness of human resource management at PT Furnimate Creation (PT FMC), a furniture and interior design company. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resources as a strategic asset in creating competitive advantage, as well as the existence of a research gap that shows that studies related to the implementation of an integrated human capital plan in project-based and customization companies are still limited. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, involving the company's management and employees. Data analysis techniques were carried out using an interactive analysis model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and its validity was tested through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the human capital plan at PT Furnimate Creation (PT FMC) has been carried out in a structured manner through aspects of competency-based recruitment, employee training and development, performance assessment using a balanced scorecard approach, and a compensation system tailored to employee contributions. This implementation has been proven to support increased employee productivity and performance. However, several obstacles remain, such as limitations in the development of specialist competencies and the suboptimal integration between HR planning and the company's business strategy. The conclusions of this study indicate that human capital planning plays a crucial role in improving the effectiveness of HR management and supporting organizational sustainability. Therefore, a more integrated and long-term HR development strategy is needed to enhance company competitiveness.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a strategic factor that determines the long-term success of banks in an increasingly competitive market. This study investigates the influence of bank reputation, self-service technology quality, offline service quality, and social media marketing on customer trust and loyalty. The research applied a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM, using responses from 201 BCA bank customers. The results show that bank reputation and social media marketing contribute to building offline trust, while self-service technology and offline service quality strengthen both offline and online trust. In turn, customer trust significantly enhances loyalty. These findings suggest that banks should focus on enhancing both offline service quality and online engagement strategies to improve trust and loyalty, ultimately boosting their competitive edge in the evolving banking landscape.

Abstract

High turnover intention is a crucial challenge in human resource management, particularly in the outsourcing sector in the industrial area of Tangerang Regency. This study examines the influence of perceived organisational support, job insecurity, emotional intelligence, and work-family conflict on turnover intention through the mediation of job burnout. This quantitative study involved 300 outsourcing employees with a minimum of one year of service. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that all variables studied had a positive influence on job burnout and turnover intention. Job burnout was found to act as a significant mediator between the four independent variables and turnover intention. These findings underscore the importance of addressing perceived organisational support, job insecurity, work-family conflict, and emotional intelligence in managing burnout and minimising employees' desire to resign. The study provides practical insights for outsourcing company management to create a supportive work environment and develop employees' soft skills to enhance organisational productivity.

Abstract

Employee performance in educational institutions is frequently associated with leadership style, empowerment practices, and organizational commitment; however, comprehensive empirical models integrating these variables, particularly within private school contexts, remain underexplored. This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee empowerment, examine the effect of empowerment on the three dimensions of organizational commitment (affective, normative, and continuance), assess their impact on job performance, and test the moderating role of perceived supervisor support. A quantitative research design was employed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected from 161 private school teachers in Tangerang through purposive sampling and analyzed using SmartPLS 4. Measurement validity and reliability were confirmed prior to hypothesis testing, and structural relationships were evaluated through bootstrapping procedures. The findings indicate that servant leadership significantly enhances employee empowerment, and empowerment positively influences affective, normative, and continuance commitment. Among these dimensions, only affective commitment has a significant positive effect on job performance, whereas normative and continuance commitment do not. Furthermore, perceived supervisor support does not moderate the relationship between employee empowerment and the three commitment dimensions. The results highlight the pivotal role of empowerment and emotional attachment in driving teacher performance and underscore servant leadership as a strategic mechanism for strengthening empowerment in educational organizations.
