Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement, kepuasan kerja dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian CP Pasar Merah Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t diperoleh nilai t hitung employee engagement sebesar 12,131 > t tabel 2,028 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai t hitung kepuasan kerja sebesar 2,086 > t tabel 2,028 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,044 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai t hitung work-life balance sebesar 3,977 > t tabel 2,028 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 54,657 > F tabel 2,87 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan employee engagement, kepuasan kerja, dan work-life balance secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,805 artinya pengaruh employee engagement, kepuasan kerja dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 80,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh employee recognition, semangat kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif lebih diarahkan untuk meneguhkan teori. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karo yang berjumlah 84 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan bahwa  employee recognition secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semangat kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa employee recognition, semangat kerja, dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,782/78,2%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh employee recognition, semangat kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 75,8% sisanya 21,8% dipengaruhi oleh variable atau faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh employee enggament, work-life balance, dan talent management terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara yaitu sebanyak 61 orang pegawai. Berdasarkan hasli uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasli uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan employee engagement, work life balance, dan talent management ecara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasli analisis koefisien diperoleh Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,606 yang berarti bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variable employee engagement, work life balance, dan talent management sebesar 60,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lain.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in improving the effectiveness of public services, which can be influenced by various managerial aspects in the organization. Effective internal communication is expected to enhance understanding and coordination of work among employees, while teamwork fosters synergy within the work environment. Employee empowerment plays a crucial role in improving employee motivation and productivity. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis tests, it can be concluded that internal communication, teamwork, and employee empowerment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the analysis of the determination coefficient, the value of the determination coefficient or Adjusted R-Square is 0.574 or 57%, which means that the influence of internal communication, teamwork, and employee empowerment on employee performance is 57%. In comparison, the remaining 43% (100%-57 %) is influenced by other variables or factors that are not studied.

Abstract

Urgensi pada penelitian ini terletak bagaimana konsumen Generasi Z mengubah kebiasaan pembelian mereka ketika menyangkut barang-barang kesehatan menjadi semakin signifikan. Aspek budaya, sosial, dan kepribadian memengaruhi pola konsumsi khas Generasi Z, yang lahir antara tahun 1997 dan 2012. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana karakteristik perilaku konsumen Generasi Z memengaruhi pembelian produk kesehatan Dear Farma Pharmacy Medan dari PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera. Metodologi survei yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal adalah metode penelitian. 225 klien atau pengguna saat ini yang membeli barang-barang kesehatan dari PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Medan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 69 balasan diperoleh, dengan margin kesalahan 5%, setelah rumus Slovin digunakan untuk menghitung sampel. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin yang telah diuji reliabilitas dan validitasnya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan secara daring dan langsung. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh budaya secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen (t-hitung 3,654). Dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat signifikansi 0,001<0,05 dan t-tabel 1,997, variabel sosial memberikan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara statistik (t-hitung 6,160). Ada korelasi yang kuat dan positif antara karakteristik kepribadian, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh t-hitung 7,965, t-tabel 1,997, dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai F-hitung sebesar 72,189 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut saling memengaruhi secara signifikan pada saat yang bersamaan. Dengan nilai F-tabel sebesar 2,75 dan perbedaan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan R2 yang disesuaikan sebesar 0,758, koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik budaya, sosial, dan kepribadian mencakup 75,8% varians dalam keputusan pembelian, sedangkan faktor lain memengaruhi sisanya sebesar 24,2%. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memahami perilaku konsumen Generasi Z dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi strategi pemasaran produk kesehatan.

Abstract

Digital marketing serves as a key factor in improving the performance of MSMEs. This study investigates the role of digital marketing as a mediating variable by assessing both the direct and indirect impacts of financial literacy and product innovation on MSME performance. Using a descriptive and quantitative research design, the study involved a sample of 250 MSME actors from a specific region. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results show that financial literacy and product innovation each have a significant and positive effect on digital marketing. In turn, digital marketing, along with these two variables, plays a crucial role in enhancing MSME performance. Notably, the study finds that digital marketing acts as a full mediator in the relationship between financial literacy and product innovation with MSME performance. This indicates that improvements in financial knowledge and product development can significantly boost business outcomes when supported by effective digital marketing strategies. These findings highlight the importance of integrating financial literacy, innovation, and digital marketing to support MSME growth in the region studied.

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service is to train and direct the community to carry out various efforts to increase and increase household income. Various entrepreneurial innovations are efforts to increase people's income and can be done using various approaches. Carrying out training for women in Ward VIII, Babura Village - Medan Baru District. The PKM team conducted training in making fruit ice and are expected to be able to do it themselves to increase their income and for their own consumption. The participants paid serious attention to the training and were motivated to do so.

Abstract

Simalungun Regency is one of the regencies in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This district is home to the Simalungun Batak people. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to the community and MSME actors in Simalungun Regency in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of PKM is their knowledge and insight in managing a business. Apart from that, this PKM activity is to train the community and MSME players in running their businesses and this activity provides tips and strategies for managing a business, marketing strategies in doing business, preparing simple business bookkeeping, and the role of digital marketing in a business. This activity equips people in entrepreneurship and motivates them to become entrepreneurs. PKM participants are expected to have creative ideas and be able to run their businesses better, in terms of management, marketing and business capacity, which will ultimately increase income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse simultaneously the effect of employee participation, organisational culture, and discipline on employee work productivity at the Health Office UPTD Puskesmas Ndokum Siroga Village Simpang Empat District Karo Regency. This study uses a type of quantitative research. In this study the sample was all employees at the Health Office of the UPTD Puskesmas of Ndokum Siroga Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency, totalling 31 people. Based on the results of the t hypothesis test, it can be concluded that partially employee participation has a significant effect on employee work productivity, partially organisational culture has a significant effect on employee work productivity, partially discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that simultaneously / together employee participation, organisational culture, and discipline have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, the coefficient of determination or Adjusted R-Square value is 0.861 or 86.1%, which means that the effect of employee participation, organisational culture, and discipline on employee work productivity is 86.1%, while the remaining 13.9% is influenced by other variables or factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This community service aims to educate that collaborating in entrepreneurship is important. This PKM took place in Parapat Village, Simalungun Regency, and the method used was by means of lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. It was explained that there are many ways to collaborate in developing a business or as an entrepreneur. In this meeting, a discussion was held so that the business being carried out and its problems were known. Finally, it was discovered that the most common problem lately was business capital and the need for local government support to support and protect the business.
