Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi dan partisipasi siswa yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan model pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran ProTeGaTo (Project Based Learning dan Teams Games Tournament) dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di kelas V SDN Sungai Jingah 4. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari satu orang guru dan 28 siswa kelas V. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model ProTeGaTo, yang menggabungkan kuis interaktif berbasis aplikasi ZEP Quiz dan proyek individu, mampu meningkatkan variasi pembelajaran, keterlibatan aktif siswa, serta pemahaman konsep IPS. Model ini menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan, kolaboratif, dan kontekstual. Model pembelajaran ProTeGaTo terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar dengan menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan partisipatif.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPAS di SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 4 Kota Banjarmasin masih didominasi metode konvensional seperti ceramah dan penggunaan LKS, yang menyebabkan siswa kurang antusias dan pembelajaran terasa monoton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan media pembelajaran IPAS di kelas 4 serta mengimplementasikan media video interaktif PUTAS (Pencemaran Udara, Tanah, Air, dan Suara) sebagai solusi inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi guru kelas dan 11 siswa kelas 4. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video interaktif PUTAS mampu meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran, video yang menampilkan fenomena pencemaran lingkungan di sekitar siswa membuat materi lebih kontekstual dan mudah dipahami. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam diskusi dan berpikir kritis, serta menunjukkan pemahaman konseptual yang lebih baik terhadap materi pencemaran, guru juga menyatakan bahwa media ini membantu menyampaikan konsep abstrak secara konkret dan menarik. Penggunaan video interaktif PUTAS efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar serta mendukung pembelajaran abad 21 yang menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Abstract

Abstract, Learning media is very useful, especially in improving students' understanding of concepts, strengthening their retention, and fostering their interest in learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the problem of limited social studies learning media in grade 3 of SDN Sungai Miai 4 and find relevant solutions. Nusantara Kartu is an innovation in learning media designed to introduce and foster students' appreciation of the diversity of Indonesian culture. Nusantara Kartu media has a physical form like a medium-sized card, printed in color, and equipped with pictures and brief information about cultural elements in Indonesia. Nusantara Kartu media is able to overcome the problem of limited textbooks and student boredom in social studies learning. This media not only creates a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere, but also increases students' active participation and understanding of the diversity of Indonesian culture. Teachers can start trying to create similar media that suits the needs of each class.

Abstract

Students are individuals who are in the process of learning and developing themselves through formal and non-formal education. There are still teachers who do not pay attention to the initial conditions of students before learning begins, so that it has an impact on the learning outcomes obtained. This article aims to explain the application of flipped learning model assisted by interactive PowerPoint media in improving learning effectiveness in class IV SDN Sungai Miai 5. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with four informants, namely homeroom teachers and three students. Observations were conducted in a participatory manner, while documentation included classroom learning activities and teacher teaching styles. The data obtained were analyzed in depth. The results showed that grade IV students expect fun, interesting, and active learning. The flipped learning model assisted by interactive PowerPoint is proven to help create a more effective learning atmosphere. Future research is suggested to examine the application of this model in other grade levels or subjects to broaden the understanding of its effectiveness in various learning contexts.

Abstract

The disorder that most often affects children and is rarely recognized by parents is language development disorder. The research objective is to describe the language development model, the use of the environment as a learning resource and the involvement of parents or the community in early childhood language development. The research design used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Results of research regarding early childhood language development 1) The early childhood language development model used in Mulia Kindergarten in Lampahungin Village and Budi Bersama Kindergarten in Marindi Village is inviting children to talk (question and answer), tell stories, sing together, guess picture/media games and role playing, 2) Utilizing the environment as a learning resource in early childhood language development at Mulia Kindergarten, Lampahungin Village and Budi Bersama Kindergarten, Marindi Village, namely by utilizing educational game tools  in the form of storybooks and children's stationery in the classroom, as well as utilizing outdoor educational game tools in the form of swings. , slides, and seesaws, and 3) There are only 3 types of parental involvement in early childhood language development at Mulia Kindergarten in Lampahungin Village and Budi Bersama Kindergarten in Marindi Village, namely parenting, communication and learning with children at home.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang inovatif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian materi dan keterlibatan peserta didik, khususnya pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di sekolah dasar. Realitas di lapangan menunjukkan keterbatasan variasi media dan dominasi metode konvensional yang berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi serta pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan media ULAFANA (Ular Tangga Flora dan Fauna) sebagai solusi kreatif untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus yang melibatkan guru wali kelas dan siswa kelas 5 SDN Kelayan Dalam 5. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ULAFANA mampu meningkatkan antusiasme, partisipasi, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi keberagaman flora dan fauna di Indonesia. Media ini juga memberikan pengalaman belajar kontekstual yang menyenangkan serta menjadi alternatif efektif bagi keterbatasan media pembelajaran konvensional. Disarankan agar guru memanfaatkan media inovatif serupa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the financial independence of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Sudiang, Makassar, through a networking approach and strengthening financial literacy capacity. The main problems faced by the local KWT are the still low understanding of group financial management, limited access to financial information, and dependence on external assistance. Through socialization, training, and interactive discussions, participants were provided with an understanding of the basic concepts of financial independence, simple financial record keeping, collective fund management, and the importance of institutional networks as a sustainability strategy. The results of the activity showed an increase in members' understanding of the importance of financial literacy and the ability to design an internal financial system independently. In addition, strengthening networks with local stakeholders was also started as a first step towards finding a KWT business. The activity concluded with a question and answer session and the presentation of certificates to participants as a form of appreciation and ongoing motivation. Going forward, further mentoring is needed so that the empowerment process can continue to develop consistently. As a follow-up to this activity, a sustainable mentoring strategy is needed so that the understanding and skills that have been acquired do not just stop at the level of knowledge, but can be implemented in real life in the KWT's daily activities. This mentoring can include monitoring the group's financial records, facilitating access to microfinance institutions, and training in building partnerships with external parties such as government, academics, and the private sector. With structured mentoring, KWT is expected to be able to build a transparent and accountable financial management system and support the growth of sustainable, productive businesses. This aligns with efforts to strengthen women's independence in the agricultural sector while contributing to the welfare of families and the wider community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of financial management and digital marketing implementation on strengthening human resource (HR) capacity within the P4S Farmers Group, both partially and simultaneously. This research is descriptive quantitative in nature. The population in this study was 20 people, as the population was very limited, so this population served as an illustration. Information was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The information analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test and F-test correlation, and classical assumption test. The research results showed that the independent variables simultaneously had a significant and positive influence with a donation value of 7.261. Partially, the Financial Management Efficiency variable had a significant and positive influence with a t-test of 3.726, the Digital Marketing Implementation variable had no partial influence with a t-test of 1.286, and its influence was seen from R² 46.1%, the rest was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, capital structure, and ESG disclosure on firm value in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period. The data were obtained from companies’ annual reports and sustainability reports, with a total sample of 50 companies selected using purposive sampling. The analytical method employed was panel data regression with a fixed-effect model. The results show that dividend policy and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, while ESG disclosure has a positive but insignificant effect. This study provides implications for management in optimizing financial policies to enhance firm value

Abstract

This study aims to develop a science learning model that can improve the creativity of early childhood (Early Childhood). The study was conducted in two Early Childhood Education institutions, namely TK Negeri Pembina Pahandut and TK Rajawali Sakti in Palangka Raya City. A qualitative approach with a multi-case study design was used to explore the implementation process, assessment models, and supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of creativity through science. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of project-based learning, exploration, experiments, and games has a positive impact on children's cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The implications of this study encourage the need to strengthen teacher training and provide creative science learning facilities in Early Childhood Education.
