Abstract

This study aims to develop a science learning model that can improve the creativity of early childhood (Early Childhood). The study was conducted in two Early Childhood Education institutions, namely TK Negeri Pembina Pahandut and TK Rajawali Sakti in Palangka Raya City. A qualitative approach with a multi-case study design was used to explore the implementation process, assessment models, and supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of creativity through science. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of project-based learning, exploration, experiments, and games has a positive impact on children's cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The implications of this study encourage the need to strengthen teacher training and provide creative science learning facilities in Early Childhood Education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Contribution of Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at Ghefa Therapy Center both partially and simultaneously. This study employs quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research is all customers of Ghefa Therapy Center, and the sample taken as respondents is 100 people, selected through random sampling. Data collection is conducted through observation techniques and structured questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, T-test, F-test, and classical assumption test. The research results indicate that simultaneously, the independent variables have a significant and positive effect with a contribution value of 31%, and the rest is influenced by other variables. Partially, all variables have a positive effect, with staff courtesy and information openness being the most significantly and positively influential.

Abstract

Kembang Kerang Village, located in the East Lombok Regency of West Nusa Tenggara's Aikmel District, has a wealth of agricultural potential, particularly in the plantation industry, specifically in the coconut commodities. A frequently underutilized byproduct that pollutes the environment is coconut water. By teaching and enabling community members—particularly organizations like PKK and KWT—to produce Nata de Coco from coconut water, this article offers an innovative alternative. The workshop, which took place in the village of Kembang Kerang, focused on how important it is to use discarded coconut water to lessen environmental damage and boost economic value. The training approach guarantees that participants may independently create and market the product through socialization, counseling, practice, and direct help in the creation of Nata de Coco. The following article guides readers through the entire process of creating Nata de Coco, from preparing the beginning to packaging. Rich in fiber and healthy nutrients, what follows Nata de Coco is made. To conclude, community creativity and abilities in turning coconut water waste into a viable economic venture have to be enhanced through training and outreach programs. A strong response to the training session's enthusiasm was displayed by the participants, which created opportunities for the village's coconut products to thrive sustainably and economically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of price, promotion, product innovation and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Browcyl Makassar outlet center.  The population in this study were Browcyl (Banana Brownies) consumers totaling 96 people who were also used as research samples. The technique or how to determine the sample in this study using purposive sampling. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially price, promotion, product innovation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, pricing strategy and location on competitive advantage. This research is included in causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were MSMEs in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City with a total of 453 MSMEs. The sample is part of the population.   The sample consists of a number of selected members. The sample of this study used purposive sampling method, so the total sample was 55 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially market orientation, product innovation and product quality have a significant effect on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Makassar City..

Abstract

Abstract Green Supply Chain Management stands as a novel breakthrough, propelled by innovations in environmentally friendly technology that prove cost-effective. The primary objective of this research is to examine the impact of eco-design, green manufacturing, green purchasing, cooperation with customers, and green information systems on company performance. The research employs a quantitative research method. The population under scrutiny encompasses catering managers in Makassar City and their employees, distributed across various catering businesses, totaling 75 units. Simple Random Sampling is utilized as the sampling technique, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 200 respondents. Subsequently, the acquired data is subjected to analysis using descriptive and statistical analysis methods. Data analysis is conducted through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to assess the seven hypotheses posited in this study. Each hypothesis will undergo analysis using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The research findings indicate that eco-design significantly influences company performance, green manufacturing significantly influences company performance, green purchasing significantly influences company performance, cooperation with customers significantly influences company performance, and green information systems significantly influence company performance.Keywords: Eco Design, Green Manufacturing, Green Purchasing, Cooperation with Customers, Green Information Systems, Company PerformanceAbstrakManajemen Rantai Pasokan Hijau menjadi terobosan baru, didorong oleh inovasi dalam teknologi ramah lingkungan yang terbukti hemat biaya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak eco design, green manufacturing, green purchasing, kerjasama dengan pelanggan, dan sistem informasi hijau terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang diamati melibatkan pengelola catering di Kota Makassar beserta karyawan mereka, yang tersebar di berbagai usaha catering dengan total 75 unit. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple Random Sampling. Besar sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga total sampel mencapai 200 responden. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis statistik. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Setiap hipotesis akan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eco design berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, green manufacturing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, green purchasing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, kerjasama dengan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan sistem informasi hijau berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Eco Design, Green Manufacturing, Green Purchasing, Cooperation with Customers, Green Information System, Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out: the influence of green organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; the influence of green organizational culture on organizational commitment; the influence of organizational commitment in mediating the relationship between green organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population of this study is permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. So the total sample in this study is 115 people. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method to test the hypothesis that had been formulated. Each hypothesis was analyzed with the help of Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.0 to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The action activities include: distributing questionnaires, collecting, editing, and analyzing data and conclusions. The results of this study reveal that green organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). In addition, green organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, green organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through the mediation of organizational commitment.Keywords: Green Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational CommitmentAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: pengaruh green organizational culture terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; pengaruh green organizational culture terhadap komitmen organisasional; pengaruh komitmen organisasional dalam memediasi hubungan antara green organizational culture terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Maka total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Setiap hipotesis dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0 guna mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Adapun kegiatan aksi mencakup: penyebaran kuesioner, pengumpulan, editing, dan analisis data serta kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa green organizational culture memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Selain itu, green organizational culture juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Lebih lanjut, green organizational culture memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui mediasi komitmen organisasional.Kata Kunci: Green Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Komitmen Organisasional

Abstract

ABSTRACT AbstrakPermasalahan yang diangkat dari penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV muatan IPS. Permasalahan ini disebabkan karena belum optimalnya pencapaian hasil belajar IPS, kurangnya keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, dan kurangnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Proses pembelajaran masih secara konvensional, sehingga siswa tidak terlihat aktif untuk bertanya maupun mengungkapkan pendapat pada saat proses belajar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SDN Kelayan Dalam 5 Banjarmasin Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah 23 siswa 9 siswa laki laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pertemuan 1 memperoleh skor 13,04% dengan kriteria “kurang kritis” dan terus meningkat sampai pertemuan 4 dengan skor 91,30% dengan kriteria “sangat kritis”. Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal pada pertemuan 1 memperoleh skor 47,38% dengan kriteria “tidak tuntas” dan terus meningkat sampai pertemuan 4 dengan skor 100,00% dengan kriteria “tuntas”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Poster dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Problem Based Learning, ThinkPair Share, Team Game Turnament

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) learning at elementary school level often still relies on lecture methods and does not involve the use of learning media, making the learning atmosphere monotonous and less interesting. This has an impact on low student involvement and their understanding of the material presented. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Learning Media Bank as an innovative alternative in improving the quality of IPS learning in grade 3 of SDN Sungai Miai 5. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the Learning Media Bank, which contains concrete media such as physical teaching aids and digital media such as learning videos, simulations, and interactive presentations, is effective in increasing student learning motivation, active participation, and understanding. In addition, the existence of this media also helps teachers save preparation time and enrich learning strategies. Although there are still obstacles such as limited facilities and low digital literacy of some teachers, the Media Bank remains a relevant and useful solution for creating more interesting and contextual IPS learning.

Abstract

Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang interaktif menyebabkan peserta didik cenderung pasif, kurang antusias, dan tampak jenuh mengikuti pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji problematika terkait penggunaan model pembelajaran di kelas V SDN Sungai Miai 1 Banjarmasin dan kemudian mengimplementasikan model two stay two sebagai alternatif penyelesaian masalah model pembelajaran tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TSTS mampu menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang partisipatif sehingga muncul motivasi dan rasa percaya diri peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif, kolaboratif, dan menyenangkan dikarenakan peserta didik terlibat aktif dalam diskusi kelompok, pertukaran informasi, serta penyusunan simpulan bersama. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model TSTS dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS dan direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan serupa.
