Abstract

Tujuan penelitianini untukmerancang ide perencanaan model bisnis canvas di masa depan dengan melihat kondisi desawisata Karangsalam.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian iniadalah pemetaan model bisnis dengan pendekatan business model canvas meliputicustomer segment, value proposition, channel, customer relationship, revenue stream, key activitiy, key resource, key partnershipdancost structure.Hasil penelitian adalaah elemen-elemenmodelbisnisdesawisataKarangsalamyang teridentifikasi meliputi costumer segment atau segmen wisatawanyang mengunjungi adalah wisatawanlokal.Value propositionsyang ditawarkan adalah layananwisata alamcurug,area kemah, cae/resto dan hutan bambu. Namunpihakpengelolakawasan belum memiliki paket ekowisatakomersialyangkomprehensif.Costumerrelationshipyangberlangsungsaatiniyaitu pelayanan langsungkepada wisatawan,channelsyang digunakan adalahmedia publikasiblog,instagram,key resourcesdalam ekowisata ini adalah aset fisikyang berupa panoramacurugbeserta seperangkat fasilitaspendukunglayananekowisata,key activitiesyang ada meliputi pengelolaan layanan ekowisata dan pemeliharaan maupun pengembangan ekowisatacurug.Key partnershipsyang dimiliki meliputikalangan bisnis/wirausaha lokal, dan lapisan masyarakat.Coststructureyang dimilikimeliputialokasianggaranbiayayangberkaitandengan biaya operasional program misalnya seperti biaya pemeliharaan, biayapengadaaan fasilitas,sarana, danprasarana, sertabiaya promosi.Revenuestreamsberasaldaripendapatandari tiket masuk dan sewa peralatan.Kata kunci:Business Model Canvas, Desa Wisata

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work-Family Conflict, Workload, Non-Financial Compensation, and Employee Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. This study uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Employees at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga, with a population of 160 people, using a purposive sampling method with a minimum service period of 1 year. The analysis test in this study are using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that Non-Financial Compensation and job stress have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. However, Work-Family Conflict and Workload have no impact on Turnover Intention

Abstract

The study aims to test the effect of CSR, firm size, profitability, leverage and earning persistence on company value. The study was conducted primary consumer companies in food and beverage subsector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2019-2022. Sample selection in this study used the method of purposive sampling and obtained 25 samples. Data used in research is quantitative obtained from secondary data using unbalance data. Test results using the SPSS 26 analytical tool. This study shows that CSR variables, firm size, and earnings persistence have no effect on company value, while profitability and leverage variables have a positive effect on company value. This research contributes to corporate management on the importance of company value in the business.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to design a canvas business model planning idea in the future by looking at the current condition of Kumpe Lake. The analysis tool used was the canvas business model. Data was collected through interviews with informants. The identified elements of the Kumpe Lake canvas business model include:customer segmentnamely local tourists,value propositions.What is offered is Kumpe Lake tourism services and camping areas.Customer relationshipwhat is currently taking place is direct service to tourists;channels used is public mediaon instagram and Website. Key resources, panorama of Kumpe Lake; key activities,includes management of Kumpe Lake and camp area services;key partnerships,local entrepreneurs and levels of society;cost structure,program operating costs, revenue streams comes from entrance ticket revenue and camping equipment rental.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment, job training and workload on the performance of Banyumas District Health Service employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population was all employees of the Banyumas District Health Service, totaling 128 people. To determine the sample size, the Slovin formula was used, with a sample size of 97 employees. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a five-level Likert scale. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The analysis tool uses SEM PLS. The test tool uses SmartPLS 4.0 to test validity, reliability, R-Square test, Net Fit Index (NFI) test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the work environment and workload which has a positive influence on employee performance, while job training does not have a positive influence on the performance of Banyumas District Health Service employees.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pimpinan Ranting Aisyiyah (PRA) Desa Pecikalan masih terbatas pada kegiatan pengajian rutin, pendampingan baca Al Quran dan musyawarah anggota. Kegiatan lain yang mengarah pada pemberdayaan masyarakat seperti pemberdayaan ekonomi, kesehatan dan lingkungan belum berjalan dengan baik. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan budidaya tanaman jahe dalam polybag, belum pernah dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu melalui kegiatan pelatihan budidaya tanaman jahe dalam polybag, diharapkan mitra dapat memahami cara memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan dan membuka peluang bisnis dari budidaya tanaman jahe. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan praktik yang bertempat di Gedung Dakwah Muhammadiyah Desa Pecikalan. Peserta terdiri dari 20 orang perwakilan dari PRA Pecikalan, 20  orang dari PRA Kalipetung dan 10 orang dari jemaah Rumah Quran. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra pada aspek manfaat tanaman jahe, budidaya tanaman jahe dalam polybag, prospek ekonomi tanaman jahe dan analisis usaha tani tanaman jahe, masing-masing sebesar 72,5%, 77,8%, 76,6% dan 77,5%.

Abstract

This study attempts to look at how consumer decisions about Somethinc Skincare Products in Purwokerto are influenced by celebrity endorsements, brand perceptions, and product quality. To distribute surveys and gather quantitative data, the researchers utilized google forms. The group under research is made up of Purwokerto individuals who have purchased Somethinc skincare products. This sampling strategy combines a purposive sampling approach with non-probability sampling methods. The sample size was determined by utilizing the Roscoe approach to poll 110 people in total. This study makes use of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, testing of instruments, testing of classical assumptions, testing of goodness of fit, and testing of instruments. This study use multiple linear regression analysis as its method of data analysis. This study used the SPSS 26 statistical package to handle the data. According to this study's findings, Somethinc skincare products in Purwokerto are more likely to be purchased when the following factors are considered: celebrity endorsement, brand image, and product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and determine the effect of product quality, price, brand awareness, as well as brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto. In this study, the population was people who bought Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto with a total of 100 respondents as samples. The data used is primary data, the sample is taken with the implementation of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as the sample type, then the data is collected using a questionnaire. Quantitative research was applied in this study as a data analysis method using multiple linear regression with the use of the SPSS version 24 programme. The findings of this study reveal that simultaneously product quality, price, brand awerness and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto city. While partially product quality, brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. But price has no influence on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto city.

Abstract

The critical value of inclusive education is the creation of friendly learning for all students, both regular and children with special needs. The campus does not discriminate against students; all students are entitled to the same educational services. For that we need a program that helps learning. The aim is to support the learning success of slow learners, improve the quality and skills of lecturers in the teaching and learning process to support the learning success of slow learners, and provide supporting facilities for academic activities in the form of the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program for students to make it easier to understand the material and consult with psychologists. The method used is creating the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program, applied to lecturers, psychologists, and students. The results obtained are that lecturers get convenience and understanding in overcoming slow learners; students find it helpful in understanding the material and conducting counseling on the problem of slow learners; teaching and learning activities in the case of slow learners can be handled correctly and adequately without disturbing students who are not slow learners. In conclusion, this program is beneficial in creating a fair and inclusive education system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention. The study was conducted at FEBI Mart which is an entrepreneurship laboratory under the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The population in this study were 1684 active FEB students. With the number of samples selected by the researcher as many as 100 respondents, this study was quantitative. The data collection technique used the Slovin formula with an error of 10%. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a measurement scale of the instrument using the SPSS Version 26 linear scale. The results showed that Service Quality, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction had a positive effect on Repurchase Intention. The higher the quality of service provided, the higher the customer satisfaction will be. Customers who feel satisfied are more likely to be more loyal and have the intention to buy back.
