Abstract

Human resources have an important role in the company achieving its goals. This research aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, islamic work ethics, and psychological well-being on performance. The research uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Permanent nurse at RSI Muhamadiyah Tegal with a population of 155 people, using a purposive sampling method with the criteria being permanent nurses and a minimum work period of 1 year. The response rate in this study was 83.22% or 129 nurses. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms to collect data. Using multiple regression analysis via the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study show self-efficacy, Intrinsic motivation, and psychological well-being have a positive and significant effect on performance. However, Islamic work ethic does not affect performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, self-control, and peer conformity on the consumption behavior of students. The population is FEB students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, and Universitas Islam Negeri KH. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto class of 2019-2021, which have a total of 4.341 students. The sample for this study is 100 students. This study used a purposive sampling technique to collect the data. Then it was processed using SPSS version 26 with the analytical tools were validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression, and t-test. The result of this study indicates that 1) financial literacy had no significant effect on student consumptive behavior, 2) lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior, 3) self-control had no significant effect on student consumptive behavior, 4) peer conformity had a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior.

Abstract

UMKN di desa sangat membutuhkan penerapan teknologi, salah satunya dengan membangun website perusahaan agat produk dan profil perusahaan dikenal oleh konsumen. Teknololgi website yang digunakan adalah open CMS Worpress. Pelaksanaan program dimulai dengan penggalian data, pemilihan domain dan hosting serta pembangunan webitse, selama proses berjalan difasilitasi pendampingan pengoperasian dan pengisian data website. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan perusahaan menjadi lebih dikenal oleh konsumen dan diharapkan terjadi peningkatan volumen penjualan walaupun belum siginifikan. Selaa proses berlangsung diharapkan dakan semakin banyak dineka dan lebih banyak meningkatan volumen penjualan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengusaha kecil menengah merupakan salah satu penggerak perekonomian yang handal terbukti pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Sambal Piknik merupakan salah satu UMKM terdampak pandemi Covid-19 yang masih bertahan memproduksi sambal kemasan. Permasalahan mitra pengabdian dalam hal ini yaitu proses produksi sambal dibutuhkan tenaga karyawan khusus untuk mengaduk sambal di wajan di atas kompor secara terus menerus paling tidak dibutuhkan waktu 3 jam untuk bahan-bahan 3 kg agar hasil akhir sambal menjadi tanak dan awet. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pencarian data permasalahan mitra, mencarikan solusi bagi mitra, merealisasikan solusi dengan merancang alat pengaduk sambal secara otomatis, uji coba dan perbaikan jika ada kekurangan. Pada waktu aplikasi alat telah dapat bekerja dengan baik dapat mengaduk sambal secara otomatis, karyawan hanya perlu mengatur kecepatan putar motor pengaduk sambal, sambil dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan lain misalnya mempersiapkan bahan sambal, pengemasan atau lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba alat dapat menghemat tenaga, produksi sambal menjadi lebih cepat, hasil sambal lebih tanak homogen lembut dan awet.ABSTRACT            Small and medium entrepreneurs have been demonstrated to play a pivotal role in driving economic growth, particularly amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Sambal Piknik, an UMKM, has persevered in the production of packaged chili sauce despite the adverse effects of the pandemic. However, service partners are facing a significant challenge in the labor-intensive nature of the chili production process, which demands continuous stirring for a minimum of 3 hours to achieve the desired quality. As a resolution, a service program has been initiated to identify partner challenges, formulate solutions, and develop automatic chili stirrers. Once deployed, these automated stirrers have the potential to alleviate manual labor, enabling employees to redirect their focus toward essential tasks such as ingredient preparation and packaging. Trials have evidenced that the tool not only conserves energy but also expedites chili sauce production, yielding a more uniform, velvety, and enduring product. This innovative approach not only streamlines the production process but also contributes to the sustainability and growth of the MSME sector during these challenging times.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitianini untukmerancang ide perencanaan model bisnis canvas di masa depan dengan melihat kondisi desawisata Karangsalam.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian iniadalah pemetaan model bisnis dengan pendekatan business model canvas meliputicustomer segment, value proposition, channel, customer relationship, revenue stream, key activitiy, key resource, key partnershipdancost structure.Hasil penelitian adalaah elemen-elemenmodelbisnisdesawisataKarangsalamyang teridentifikasi meliputi costumer segment atau segmen wisatawanyang mengunjungi adalah wisatawanlokal.Value propositionsyang ditawarkan adalah layananwisata alamcurug,area kemah, cae/resto dan hutan bambu. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment, job training and workload on the performance of Banyumas District Health Service employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population was all employees of the Banyumas District Health Service, totaling 128 people. To determine the sample size, the Slovin formula was used, with a sample size of 97 employees. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a five-level Likert scale. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The analysis tool uses SEM PLS. The test tool uses SmartPLS 4.0 to test validity, reliability, R-Square test, Net Fit Index (NFI) test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the work environment and workload which has a positive influence on employee performance, while job training does not have a positive influence on the performance of Banyumas District Health Service employees.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pimpinan Ranting Aisyiyah (PRA) Desa Pecikalan masih terbatas pada kegiatan pengajian rutin, pendampingan baca Al Quran dan musyawarah anggota. Kegiatan lain yang mengarah pada pemberdayaan masyarakat seperti pemberdayaan ekonomi, kesehatan dan lingkungan belum berjalan dengan baik. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan budidaya tanaman jahe dalam polybag, belum pernah dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu melalui kegiatan pelatihan budidaya tanaman jahe dalam polybag, diharapkan mitra dapat memahami cara memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan dan membuka peluang bisnis dari budidaya tanaman jahe. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan praktik yang bertempat di Gedung Dakwah Muhammadiyah Desa Pecikalan. Peserta terdiri dari 20 orang perwakilan dari PRA Pecikalan, 20  orang dari PRA Kalipetung dan 10 orang dari jemaah Rumah Quran. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra pada aspek manfaat tanaman jahe, budidaya tanaman jahe dalam polybag, prospek ekonomi tanaman jahe dan analisis usaha tani tanaman jahe, masing-masing sebesar 72,5%, 77,8%, 76,6% dan 77,5%.

Abstract

This study attempts to look at how consumer decisions about Somethinc Skincare Products in Purwokerto are influenced by celebrity endorsements, brand perceptions, and product quality. To distribute surveys and gather quantitative data, the researchers utilized google forms. The group under research is made up of Purwokerto individuals who have purchased Somethinc skincare products. This sampling strategy combines a purposive sampling approach with non-probability sampling methods. The sample size was determined by utilizing the Roscoe approach to poll 110 people in total. This study makes use of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, testing of instruments, testing of classical assumptions, testing of goodness of fit, and testing of instruments. This study use multiple linear regression analysis as its method of data analysis. This study used the SPSS 26 statistical package to handle the data. According to this study's findings, Somethinc skincare products in Purwokerto are more likely to be purchased when the following factors are considered: celebrity endorsement, brand image, and product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and determine the effect of product quality, price, brand awareness, as well as brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto. In this study, the population was people who bought Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto with a total of 100 respondents as samples. The data used is primary data, the sample is taken with the implementation of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as the sample type, then the data is collected using a questionnaire. Quantitative research was applied in this study as a data analysis method using multiple linear regression with the use of the SPSS version 24 programme. The findings of this study reveal that simultaneously product quality, price, brand awerness and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto city. While partially product quality, brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. But price has no influence on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes in Purwokerto city.

Abstract

The critical value of inclusive education is the creation of friendly learning for all students, both regular and children with special needs. The campus does not discriminate against students; all students are entitled to the same educational services. For that we need a program that helps learning. The aim is to support the learning success of slow learners, improve the quality and skills of lecturers in the teaching and learning process to support the learning success of slow learners, and provide supporting facilities for academic activities in the form of the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program for students to make it easier to understand the material and consult with psychologists. The method used is creating the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program, applied to lecturers, psychologists, and students. The results obtained are that lecturers get convenience and understanding in overcoming slow learners; students find it helpful in understanding the material and conducting counseling on the problem of slow learners; teaching and learning activities in the case of slow learners can be handled correctly and adequately without disturbing students who are not slow learners. In conclusion, this program is beneficial in creating a fair and inclusive education system.
