Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that affect the purchase decision of teh pucuk harum products. The research uses a quantitative method by collecting primary data through a survey of 108 respondents who are active students from UNSOED, UMP, and UIN Purwokerto. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of the study show that halal labeling has a negative effect on purchase decisions, because consumers already consider the product halal without looking at the label. Promotion does not have a significant effect because the promotional strategy has not attracted enough interest from consumers. On the other hand, product quality and brand image have a positive effect, as consumers consider taste and brand reputation more in making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Work Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support, and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance at PT MC (Mutiara Cahaya) Slawi in Tegal Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique involving 98 contract employees with a minimum of 6 months of work and permanent employees. Data collection was carried out online on Google from, and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method on SmartPLS 3.0 Software to test the relationship between variables. The results of this analysis indicate that work life balance has a positive but insignificant effect on performance, Perceived Organizational Support does not affect employee performance, while Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. With this research, the company is expected to create a balance of daily life and organizational support where the organization assesses contributions and cares about the welfare of employees. The implications of this study for supermarket management, the need to design policies that support intrinsic motivation of staff and provide work life balance in providing continuous improvement of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, job satisfaction, and work environment on nurses' work productivity at PKU Muhammadiyah Aghisna Kroya General Hospital. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the entire nurse population of 120 respondents. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and F and t tests. The results of the analysis showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on nurses' work productivity, while job satisfaction and work environment did not show a significant effect. This indicates that a well-managed workload can increase productivity, but perceived satisfaction and work environment are not enough to directly drive performance. These findings strengthen the perspective of Social System Theory (SST) that nurses' work productivity is influenced by complex interactions between individuals and their environment. This study provides important implications for hospital management in designing strategies to increase productivity through effective workload management.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how online customer reviews and interactive content marketing of Elzatta’s products during TikTok Live Shopping sessions influence consumer purchase decisions, using the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) theory as a conceptual framework. In this model, purchase intention serves as a mediating variable between external stimuli (content marketing, customer reviews, and religiosity) and the behavioral response (purchase decision). The study involved 157 respondents, selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected via an online questionnaire targeting Elzatta consumers in Purwokerto who actively follow or purchase through TikTok live sessions. The analysis of the data utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that content marketing and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. However, online customer reviews show no significant influence, and religiosity demonstrates a negative impact on purchase decisions. Additionally, purchase intention does not mediate the effects of content marketing, customer reviews, or religiosity on purchase decisions, suggesting that direct factors such as personal values and perceived content quality play a more crucial role in shaping consumer behavior in this context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Pengawasan, dan Training terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Central Sandang Jayatama Cilacap, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap populasi 800 karyawan dengan teknik sampling Purposive Sampling sebanyak 100 responden dengan masa kerja maksimal satu tahun, Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares (PLS) SmartPLS 4.1.1.2 (2025). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa K3 dan Training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, sedangkan Pengawasan hanya berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja tanpa pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa K3 dan Training memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi. Pengawasan hanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun tidak terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara K3 dan Training terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi PT Central Sandang Jayatama dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui penguatan penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, pelaksanaan pengawasan yang lebih efektif, serta penyelenggaraan pelatihan kerja yang relevan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of Psychological Well-Being, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of permanent employees of Owabong Water Park Purbalingga. These three factors act as independent variables, while Job Satisfaction is the dependent variable. This study involved the entire population of permanent employees of 101 people with a saturated sampling method, with analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that Psychological Well-Being and Work Discipline had no effect on job satisfaction, whereas organizational culture had a considerable beneficial impact.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi keberlangsungan dan perkembangan usaha, termasuk pada sektor kuliner yang memiliki tingkat persaingan tinggi. Berbagai aspek seperti motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi diyakini berperan dalam menentukan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha kuliner di Purwokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 150 orang. Teknik perolehan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang memiliki kualifikasi karyawan minimal sudah bekerja selama 6 bulan dan berasal dari usaha kuliner di wilayah Purwokerto Barat, Purwokerto Barat, Purwokerto Timur, Purwokerto Utara, dan Purwokerto Selatan. Variabel penelitian meliputi tiga variabel independen, yaitu motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi, serta satu variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja karyawan. Data primer diukur menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, dan data diolah menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha kuliner di Purwokerto.

Abstract

        This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing, brand image, service quality, and consumer trust on purchasing decisions of Tokopedia e-commerce users in Purwokerto. The research used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Purwokerto residents who are Tokopedia users. The sampling method used was Purposive sampling, namely respondents based on criteria, in this case the selected respondents were Tokopedia users who live in Purwokerto, and have made transactions on Tokopedia at least once. A sample of 110 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow formula, data were collected through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on purchasing decisions. The study shows that all independent variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This study confirms that an effective content marketing strategy, strengthening brand image, improving service quality, and building consumer trust are very important in increasing purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work-life balance on millennial employee organizational commitment using a purposive sampling approach to 115 respondents in Purwokerto. This research uses SEM-PLS analysis on the SmartPLS 4.0 application with Social Exchange Theory as the basis for the relationship approach between variables. The research findings show that the three independent variables, namely leadership style, organizational culture, and work-life balance, have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. With the Social Exchange Theory approach, these findings suggest that when organizations provide support through supportive leadership, positive work culture, and work-life balance, millennial employees will respond by increasing commitment to the organization.
