Abstract

Program pelayanan pendidikan di Panti Asuhan Muahammadiyah Wangon salah satunya adalah memberikan bimbingan keterampilan kerja untuk mencapai tujuan mandiri dan mampu menjadi manusia yang hidup secara wajar dalam masyarakat. Melihat program bimbingan keterampilan kerja, belum ada bimbingan keterampilan yang dapat membuat anak-anak asuh panti asuhan melakukan usaha dari segi pangan, khususnya budidaya ikan. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan cara budidaya ikan penting diajarkan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa usaha dan kemandirian anak-anak asuh tersebut. Target luaran yang dari kegiatan ini yatu peningkatan pengetahuan tentang budidaya ikan dan jenis-jenis budidaya yang dapat diaplikasikan (80%). Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya penerapan CBIB dalam budidaya ikan (80%). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian adalah dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan, secara umum tingkat pemahaman anak asuh tentang CBIB berada pada kategori Cukup Memahami-Sangat Memahami. Namun, dalam indikator konsep dan cara penerapan CBIB, masih ada anak asuh yang berada pada kategori tidak memahami. Meski demikian, pemahaman terkait materi CBIB yang sudah diberikan, akan sangat berguna bagi anak asuh untuk mengembangkan life skills mereka dikemudian hari terutama dalam berwirausaha di bidang perikanan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, quality of work life, and work motivation on job satisfaction among SL Corp employees. Using Quantitative Methods with a population of 154 employees and a sample of 111 employees. Questionnaires were distributed in March-May. This research includes descriptive statistics, reliability, and basic assumptions: normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Model feasibility, multiple linear regression test, partial, and coefficient of determination R2 using the SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that work discipline, organizational culture, and quality of work life have no effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and has important implications in managing human resources and increasing satisfaction among SL Corp employees.

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in the company achieving its goals. This research aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, islamic work ethics, and psychological well-being on performance. The research uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Permanent nurse at RSI Muhamadiyah Tegal with a population of 155 people, using a purposive sampling method with the criteria being permanent nurses and a minimum work period of 1 year. The response rate in this study was 83.22% or 129 nurses. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms to collect data. Using multiple regression analysis via the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study show self-efficacy, Intrinsic motivation, and psychological well-being have a positive and significant effect on performance. However, Islamic work ethic does not affect performance

Abstract

This study examines work stress and workload on nurse turnover intention, including the mediating factor of job satisfaction in type c hospital nurses in Purwokerto. This research was conducted on type c hospital nurses in Purwokerto, as many as 127 respondents out of 185 nurses, between December 2023-January 2024. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, by setting quotas only as much as possible in each hospital. As a result, 127 respondents were collected from the sampling, including 31 male nurses, and 96 female nurses with a dominant age of 26-30 years. The results of the calculation analysis prove that Job Stress, Workload and Job Satisfaction have a positive but insignificant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Stress has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Workload has a positive but insignificant effect on turnover intention. Mediation results show that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between job stress and workload on turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that excessive stress and burden will reduce satisfaction at work, but cannot significantly reduce turnover intention.
