Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran mediasi keterlibatan kerja pada pengaruh disiplin kerja dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sampel 165 perangkat desa di Kecamatan Ajibarang dan teknik sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui angket kuesioner berbasis pengukuran Skala Likert. . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Human Capital untuk mendukung hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian pada pengaruh langsung menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa; knowledge sharing  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa; disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja; knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja; keterlibatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh keterlibatan kerja; dan knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan dan pertimbangan bagi peneliti selanjutnya serta penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Ajibarang dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja perangkat desa dengan memperhatikan disiplin kerja, knowledge sharing dan keterlibatan kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how online customer reviews and interactive content marketing of Elzatta’s products during TikTok Live Shopping sessions influence consumer purchase decisions, using the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) theory as a conceptual framework. In this model, purchase intention serves as a mediating variable between external stimuli (content marketing, customer reviews, and religiosity) and the behavioral response (purchase decision). The study involved 157 respondents, selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected via an online questionnaire targeting Elzatta consumers in Purwokerto who actively follow or purchase through TikTok live sessions. The analysis of the data utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that content marketing and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. However, online customer reviews show no significant influence, and religiosity demonstrates a negative impact on purchase decisions. Additionally, purchase intention does not mediate the effects of content marketing, customer reviews, or religiosity on purchase decisions, suggesting that direct factors such as personal values and perceived content quality play a more crucial role in shaping consumer behavior in this context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap kebijakan dividen dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sektor consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 33 perusahaan dengan total 104 observasi data panel unbalanced yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang dianalisis melalui uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan analisis moderasi menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh signifikan. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen serta memoderasi hubungan leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan pertumbuhan penjualan dan kebijakan dividen. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen pada sektor consumer non-cyclicals lebih dipengaruhi oleh pertimbangan strategis jangka panjang dibandingkan dengan rasio keuangan jangka pendek.

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap industri perbankan secara signifikan, salah satunya ditandai dengan kehadiran layanan bank digital seperti SeaBank yang mempermudah proses transaksi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh user interface, brand image, digital literacy, dan user experience terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi Seabank pada mahasiswa Generasi Z di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS 3.0. Populasi dalam studi ini mencakup mahasiswa dari tiga perguruan tinggi di Purwokerto yang berjumlah 51.389 orang, dengan 119 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan SeaBank. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengembangan layanan perbankan digital yang sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi muda masa kini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Emotional Labor terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan RSU Bunda Purwokerto. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan dan Emotional Labor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Tingkat Pendidikan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen. Selain itu, Emotional Labor tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi tidak terhadap Turnover Intention. Selain itu, Komitmen Organisasi tidak memediasi hubungan antara Tingkat Pendidikan maupun Emotional Labor terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan dan Emotional Labor merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi Turnover Intention, sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi tidak berperan sebagai mediator. Manajemen rumah sakit perlu memperkuat pengembangan karir, dukungan organisasi, dan pengelolaan beban emosional untuk mengurangi turnover pada tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity, psychological well-being, and self-efficacy on the performance of employees at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. The study used a quantitative approach with a causal design. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire administered to 107 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23. Data testing included validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that job insecurity can reduce focus and work engagement. Conversely, psychological well-being had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, thus acting as an important psychological resource in supporting optimal performance. Meanwhile, self-efficacy had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity, psychological well-being, dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert lima poin kepada 107 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Pengujian data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa ketidakamanan kerja dapat menurunkan fokus dan keterlibatan kerja. Sebaliknya, psychological well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga berperan sebagai sumber daya psikologis penting dalam mendukung kinerja optimal. Sementara itu, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

his study addresses the issue of employee performance in the hospitality industry, which is determined not only by technical proficiency but also by psychological elements and work-related circumstances. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of self- efficacy, work-life balance, and quality of work life on employee performance at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. This study employs a quantitative approach using a census sampling technique involving all 110 employees of the hotel. Data collection relied on a structured questionnaire in which items were measured using a five point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed utilizing Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The outcomes reveal that self-efficacy, work-life balance, and quality of work life have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These outcomes recommend that employees’ confidence in their capabilities, balance between work and personal life, and supportive working conditions play an important role in enhancing performance. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to strengthen employee development programs and work policies to enhance sustainable employee performance.

Abstract

This study is based on the increasing tasks and responsibilities of employees at Kemranjen I and II Community Health Centers, particularly in the service and data management sectors in Kemranjen District. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of individual, job, and work experience characteristics on organizational commitment. This study employs a quantitative method, with data collection conducted through questionnaires and observations. The population consists of 121 employees, and the sampling technique used is total sampling, whereby the entire population serves as the sample. The analysis is performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The results indicate that individual characteristics, job characteristics, work experience, and quality of work life each have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Affective Events Theory explains how internal and external factors trigger positive emotions, thereby strengthening employees' emotional attachment, so it is recommended to optimize these factors to increase organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social capital and human capital on theentrepreneurial intentions of former Indonesian migrant workers (PMI purna), withpsychological capital positioned as a mediating variable. Grounded in the Theory ofPlanned Behavior (TPB), the research analyzes how social networks, skills, workexperience, and psychological readiness shape entrepreneurial intentions amongreturnees. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed through thedistribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to 100 purposively selected respondentsfrom a popolation of 476 former Indonesian migrant workers in Cihonje Village,Banyumas Regency. The four variables, namely social capital, human capital,psychological capital, and entrepreneurial intention, were measured using validatesindicators and analiyzed with PLS-SEM.The finding indicate that social capital and human capital positively andsignificantly influence entrepreneurial intentions. Psychological capital alsodemonstrates a strong direct effect and serves as a partial mediator thatstrengthens the relationship between both forms of capital and entrepreneurialintention. The R-Square value of 0,803 reflects strong predictive power of themodel, while the value of 0,604 for psychological capital confirms its essentialmediating role. These results highlight the importance of social support,competence development, and psychological readiness in fostering entrepreneurialbehavior. The study recommends empowerment programs that integrate social,skill-bassed and psychological components to enchance the economicindependence of former Indonesian migrant workers.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the food and beverage industry in Purwokerto City requires cafe business owners to understand the dominant factors that trigger consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing, physical evidence, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions among customers of Arasta Alpha Cafe in Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method. The sample in this study consisted of 127 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The results of the analysis show that content marketing and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Conversely, word of mouth does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The three variables are able to explain 71.4% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions. This finding indicates that the model built has strong predictive power in explaining consumer behavior. This emphasizes the importance of implementing relevant content marketing strategies and optimal physical evidence in attracting purchasing decisions. The results show that word of mouth has no significant effect, indicating that verbal recommendations without visual evidence are less able to validate consumer expectations. On the other hand, content marketing and visible physical evidence play a greater role in influencing purchasing decisions.
