Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of biology learning modules based on local potential of Lake Laut Tawar Takengon Ikan Depik (Rasbora Tawarensis) on Vertebrate Material. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) research method based on the Thiagarajan methodology with four stages including define, design, devolepment and disseminate stages. This research was carried out from September to January 2022 with a sample of 26 students from SMA N 8 Takengon Unggul. The results showed that the biology learning module based on the local potential of Lake Laut Tawar Takengon Ikan Depik (Rasbora Tawarensis) is very suitable for use in learning. The validity test was tested by material experts and media experts. The material expert test was obtained by 81.37% and the media expert test was obtained by 81.25% and was included in the very feasible category to be used in learning. The practicality test was tested based on the responses of the biology teacher at SMA N 8 Takengeon Unggul and the responses of 26 students who were seen based on the response questionnaire sheet. The teacher's response test was obtained at 98.23% and the student's response test was 93.6% in the practical category used in the learning process. Testing the effectiveness of obtaining a score of 100% improves student learning outcomes during learning, this is evidenced by students' answers when tested based on the post-test questions given. So it can be concluded that the biology learning module based on local potential of Lake Laut Tawar Takengon Depik Fish (Rasbora Tawarensis) on Vertebrate Material is effective and appropriate for use in learning. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the creative thinking abilities of students with high mathematical abilities so that lecturers can plan a lesson that can develop students' creative thinking in solving problem solving. This research includes the type of qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of the research were three Semester 6 Mathematics Education students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan who had been selected and had high ability in solving mathematics. Data on high-level mathematical abilities in this study were obtained from exercises that had been done previously in each student's test book and generated data. Based on the results of research and discussion. The creative thinking ability of students in the top group to solve Ring Algebraic Structure questions, namely in the prime ideal material and also the maximum ideal has reached the category of very creative thinking. So it can be concluded that the creative aspects are: flexibility, fluency, and originality. It can be seen that students are at level 4, which is very creative

Abstract

Berdasarkan definisi yang ditetapkan PISA, literasi matematika merupakan kecerdasan seseorang dalam mengungkapkan, mengimplementasikan, serta mengartikan konsep matematika pada beragam situasi. Kemampuan ini sangat penting. Namun, hasil PISA 2018 menempatkan Indonesia berada pada posisi di bawah rerata. Artinya, kemampuan ini perlu ditingkatkan. Salah satu upaya adalah dengan membuat materi pengajaran yang sesuai, salah satunya berupa modul pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menciptakan modul pembelajaran digital interaktif yang valid, praktis dan efektif, berfokus pada literasi matematis untuk mata kuliah struktur aljabar dan matematika diskrit. Sebagai penelitian pengembangan, digunakan model pengembangan ADDIE: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation yang diperkenalkan oleh Raiser & Mollenda. Kualitas produk meliputi aspek (1) kevalidan, yakni sebesar 83, 30% yakni kategori sangat valid untuk materi dan 94,44% yakni kategori sangat valid untuk media; (2) kepraktisan, yakni sebesar 84,23% yang berarti sangat praktis; dan (3) keefektifan, yakni 80% yang berarti efektif. Hasilnya adalah modul pembelajaran digital interaktif ini dilayak dimanfaatkan dalam perkuliahan matakuliah struktur aljabar dan matematika diskrit.Mathematical literacy according to PISA is an individual's ability to formulate, apply, and interpret mathematics in various contexts. This ability is very important. However, the 2018 PISA results show Indonesia's score is below average. In other words, this ability needs to be improved. One of the efforts made is to make appropriate teaching materials, one of which is a learning module. This research aims to create valid, practical and effective interactive digital learning modules, focusing on mathematical literacy for algebraic structure and discrete mathematics courses. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation introduced by Raiser & Mollenda. Product quality includes aspects of (1) validity, namely 83.30%, which is a very valid category for material and 94.44%, which is a very valid category for media; (2) practicality, namely 84.23% in the very practical category; and (3) the effectiveness is 80% with the effective category. With these results, this interactive digital learning module is declared feasible for use in algebraic structure and discrete mathematics courses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika melalui Macromedia Flash pada materi sistem persamaan linier tiga variabel di kelas X MA Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3D, yakni: tahap pendefenisian (define), tahap perencanaan (design), dan tahap pengembangan (develop). Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam penilitian ini dinyatakan valid, berdasarkan skor persentase kelayakan oleh ahli media dengan memperoleh nilai praktikalitas 75% yang termasuk dalam kategori layak dan oleh ahli materi yaitu 89% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dari data angket respon guru juga dapat dilihat bahwa guru menilai media pembelajaran termasuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis dengan mencapai nilai praktikalitas sebesar 82,5%. Serta menurut respon siswa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kriteria praktis dengan nilai praktikalitas sebesar 70%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini memenuhi kategori layak untuk digunakan. Kata Kunci : Media pembelajaran, Macromedia Flash dan 4D ABSTRACT : This study aims to develop mathematics learning media through Macromedia Flash on the material of a three-variable linear equation system in class X MA Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur'an. This type of research is development research that refers to a 4D development model that is modified into 3D, namely: the definition stage, the design stage, and the develop stage. The learning media developed in this study was declared valid, based on the percentage score of eligibility by media experts by obtaining a practicality value of 75% which was included in the appropriate category and by material experts, namely 89% in the very feasible category. From the teacher response questionnaire data, it can also be seen that the teacher assesses the learning media as being very practical by achieving a practicality value of 82.5%. And according to student responses the learning media developed is included in the practical criteria with a practicality value of 70%. Abstract

Kajian ini dilakukan untuk bertujuan menemukan pengaruh model pembelajaran self organized learning enviroments melalui aplikasi google classroom terhadap kemampuan disposisi matematis pada materi integral kelas XI IPA MAN 1 Medan T.P 2020/2021. Populasinya ialah peserta didik kelas XI MIA dan sampel yaitu kelas XI MIA 2 sebanyak 38 peserta didik. Instrument data menggunakan angket. Metode analisa data yaitu pengujian hipotesis uji t. Temuan ini menunjukkan nilai = 3,251 dan . Hal ini bermaksud dimana terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran self organized learning enviroments melalui aplikasi google classroom terhadap kemampuan disposisi matematis pada materi integral kelas XI IPA MAN 1 Medan T.P 2020/2021. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran self organized learning enviroments melalui aplikasi google classroom; Kemampuan disposisi matematis. Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah untuk membangkitkan semangat masyarakat dalam kegiatan yang sudah jarang di buat,dan bekerja sama antara mahasiswa yang sedang KKN dengan Masyarakat. Kuliah kerja sesungguhnya adalah pembelajaran mahasiswa berbagai kegiatan langsung antara masyarakat dan mahasiswa mencoba menjadi bagian dari masyarakat seaktif mungkin terlibat secara kreatif dalam dinamika masyarakat. Mahasiswa ia memainkan peran strategis sebagai agen perubahan. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa perguruan tinggi memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat penegakan hukum, pelatihan, penyuluhan, pendampingan, pendampingan dan sadari potensi Anda dan bantu tingkatkan kualitas hidup dan perkembangan. Siswa bisa keterampilan reproduksi berupa kecakapan hidup (skill/life skill). Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan observasi adalah: (1) tanya jawab, (2) dokumentasi dan (3) melihat langsung ke lapangan. Artinya, berdasarkan hasil observasi memutuskan untuk melaksanakan program kerja KKN kelompok. Kegiatan Diantaranya pembelajaran membaca TPA, pengabdian masyarakat, dan lomba bulan Agustus. Tentang programnya Dalam hal ini siswa berperan sebagai penolong, dinamit dan motivator Implementasi program kerja mulai dari Tanggal 18 juli hingga 18 agustus dengan relatif tanpa rasa sakit. Jadi setelah pertunjukan KKN berakhir, diasumsikan masyarakat akan terus mengembangkan segalanya potensi yang ada dalam dirinya dan lingkungan alam. Dan setiap tindakan yang terus menerus dilestarikan mempersiapkan masa depan. So after the KKN ends, it is assumed that the community will continue to develop all the potential that exists within themselves and the natural environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of learning tools developed based on the discovery lerning model to improve the ability to understand concepts and mathematical dispositions of geoboard-assisted students. Researchers use the development method or R&D (research and development) with a 4-D model (four-D) developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel. Which includes the process of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The subjects in this study were grade VII students of Al Manar Medan Private Junior High School. From the results of field trials, it can be concluded that: 1) learning devices that meet the validity criteria with a very valid predicate with each RPP average value is 4.61, Module is 4.56, and LAS is 4.58, 2) practical learning tools based on the validation results from the expert team have met the validity with a little revision and the results of interviews with students / users get positive responses,  3) meet the effectiveness criteria based on the results of the concept comprehension ability test meet classical completeness with a value of 86.36%, the results of teacher observations managing learning have been effective because of the increase from the first meeting to the last meeting, the results of achieving the ideal percentage of time interval are at the threshold of time tolerance of predetermined categories, and from the results of the mathematical disposition ability questionnaire it is concluded that all aspects get a positive response

Abstract

This research is an experimental study with research objectives: 1) to determine the influence of CORE learning models (connecting, organizing, Reflecting, extending) on the mathematical creative thinking skills of students. 2) to find out the influence of CORE learning models (connecting, organizing, Reflecting, extending) on the mathematical disposition of students. The entire research population of the students of the First High School (SMP) Private Al-Manar in Medan Johor. The research sample is a private junior high school student of Al-Manar Medan Johor class VIII who totaled 126 people. The research method used is experiments with the Pre Test and Post Test research design to determine the initial capabilities and end abilities of the students. Data collection using mathematical ability test instruments, critical thinking skills tests, and mathematical dispositioned cartoon sheets. Hypothesis test analysis technique uses test-t paired. The results of the study are: 1) There is an influence of CORE learning model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) on students’ creative thinking skills. This is in line with the hypothesis test results where t calculate > t table 3, 84 > 2.01 with Ho test criteria rejected and Ha accepted. 2) There is an influence of CORE learning model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) on student mathematical disposition. This is in line with the hypothesis test results where t calculate > t table is 3, 95 > 2.01 with Ho test criteria rejected and Ha accepted. From the results of the analysis obtained findings that there are differences in mathematical learning outcomes with students taught through CORE learning models with learners taught through conventional learning models, as well as learning outcomes taught by CORE learning models higher than learners taught by conventional learning models

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan modul etnomatetika. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan atau R&D dengan model ADDIE. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil nilai V Aiken data skor validasi ahli materi 0,903 dan skor ahli media 0,91 dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan. Selanjutnya data respon siswa memperoleh nilai V-Aiken sebesar 0,945 dan data respon guru memproleh nilai V-Aiken sebesar 0,934 dikategorikan modul sangat praktis digunakan di kelas. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan uji N-Gain pada kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas IX-A diperoleh sebesar 0,734, dan hasil N-Gain pada kemampuan Spasial siswa kelas IX-A sebesar 0,456, sehingga hasil persentase yang didapatkan yaitu 73,4% dan 89,6%. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa modul berbasis etnomatematika yang diimplementasikan di kelas IX-A dikategorikan sangat efektif saat digunakan di dalam kelas dengan interval > 70%

Abstract

Permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah teks opini yang dikembangkan dalam majalah tempo edisi satwa illegal taman safari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan struktur teks pada teks opini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis wacana kritis model Van Dijk dengan teknik pengumpulan data baca dan tulis. Dua strategi yang dilakukan saat menganalisis data kajian yaitu mengidentifikasi, mengklarifikasi, dan menginterpretasi data. Peneliti menganalisis teks opini “Ironi Konservasi Taman Safari” . Berdasarkan hasil temuan dari penelitian. Diketahui bahwa penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji struktur dan karakteristik teks wacana opini yang ditulis oleh majalah Tempo edisi satwa ilegal Taman Safari dengan pendekatan model Van Dijk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teks wacana opini berjudul "Ironi Konservasi Taman Safari" yang ditulis oleh majalah Tempo. Data tentang struktur dan karakteristik dalam teks wacana opini "Ironi Konservasi Taman Safari" dikumpulkan dengan metode tinjauan pustaka. Keseluruhan data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskritif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Berdasarkan analisis struktur dalam teks wacana Opini "Ironi Konservasi Taman Safari" menurut kajian Van Dijk, menunjukkan bahwa pada teks wacana opini tersebut telah sejalan dengan tiga struktur wacana Van Dijk (struktur makro, supra, dan mikro). (2) Berdasarkan analisis karakteristik teks wacana opini tersebut terdapat lima karakteristik AWK menurut Van Dijk ( karakteristik tindakan, konteks, histori, kekuasaan dan ideologi).
