Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sabanyak 77 responden dari total populasi 327 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dikuantitatifkan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F (Simulatan), uji t (Parsial) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan regresi linier berganda menunjukan kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. Hasil uji hipotesis F menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. Hasil uji hipotesis t menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh kompetensi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah, Adakah pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhada kinerja karyawan PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Sidomulyo Kabupaten banyuasin. Jenis penelitian asosiatif, Variabel yang digunakan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependent dan disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel independent. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Sidomulyo Kabupaten Banyuasin, dengan sampel yang diambil sebesar 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan melalui metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) ada pengaruh signifikan Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan kerja, dan Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) secara parsial membuktikan ada pengaruh signifikan Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (X1) 3) ada pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (X2) 3) ada pngaruh signifikan Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (X3) analisis regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan persamaan Y = 2,424 + 0,221 X1 + 0,297 X2 + 0,357 Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung >Ftabel (33,445 >Ftabcl 2,18). artinya ada pengaruh signifikan Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan kerja, dan Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Sidomulyo Kabupaten Banyuasin. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel (1,920 > 1,672) untuk Disiplin kerja, nilai thitung >ttabcl (2,462 > 1,672) untuk Lingkungan kerja, nilai thitung>ttabel (2,887 > 1,672) Artinya Disiplin kerja, Lingkugan kerja, dan Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Sidomulyo Kabupaten Banyuasin. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan variabel dissiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi mampu berkontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 62%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keterampilan Kerja dan Job Description Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Anugrah Djam Sawit Lestari Kecamatan Betung Kabupaten Banyuasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi penelitian di PT. Anugrah Djam Sawit Lestari Kecamatan Betung Kabupaten Banyuasin berjumlah 84 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 69 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keterampilan Kerja dan Job Description terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT Anugrah Djam Sawit Lestari Kecamatan Betung Kabupaten Banyuasin, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keterampilan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Anugrah Djam Sawit Lestari Kecamatan Betung Kabupaten Banyuasin, 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Job Description terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Anugrah Djam Sawit Lestari Kecamatan Betung Kabupaten Banyuasin

Abstract

This study explores parents' role as facilitators in assisting children in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology in this study uses qualitative data collection methods using observations and interviews. The informants who participated were 20 parents, and the data analysis used triangulation of data sources with the approach of Miles and Huberman. The findings of the results show that the role of parents as facilitators can facilitate students with various kinds of electronic devices and a variety of children's learning environments. Several obstacles are faced by parents, namely being patient in dealing with the attitudes and behavior of children, guiding their children to always behave well to anyone, accompanying children to learn online, and teaching children to learn independently in completing their school assignments.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the combined influence of Motivation, Discipline, and work environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Banyuasin Regency. Additionally, it seeks to investigate the combined influence of Motivation, Discipline, and work environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Banyuasin Regency. The data used in this research are the answers from 77 civil servant respondents at the Regional Secretariat of Banyuasin Regency. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear. Regression and through Vaidity and Reliability testing, classical Assumption testing in the form of Normality, Multicollinearity, and Heteroscedasticity Tests, at a significant level of α = 0.05. The results of the research together show that there is a significant influence of motivation, discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Banyuasin Regency. And particularly, there is a substantial influence of motivation, discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Banyuasin Regency. The contribution of motivation, discipline, and work environment variables accounts for 89.3% of the total contribution. Meanwhile, the remaining 10.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research, including abilities and skills, knowledge, work design, personality, leadership, leadership style, organization culture, job satisfaction, loyalty, and commitment .

Abstract

The study examines the effect of motivation, workload and workstress on employee performance which is mediated by work satisfaction on employee performance at RSUD Dr. (HC) Ir. Soekarno Bangka Belitung Island Province. This research is also verification research (causal study). This research involves variables consisting of three independent variables, one dependent variable, and one intervening variable. The independent or exogenous variables contained in this study include work motivation (ξ1), workload (ξ2), and work stress (ξ3). The dependent or endogenous variable is employee performance (η2). At the same time, the intervening variable is job satisfaction (η1). The population used in this study were all employees at Dr. (H.C.) Ir. Soekarno Hospital has 320 permanent employees, excluding medical personnel. The number of samples in this study was 160 permanent employees. The sampling technique above used a probability sampling technique with accidental sampling. The analysis model used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result reveals that the motivation, workload and workstress on employee performance which is mediated by work satisfaction on employee performance at RSUD Dr. (HC) Ir. Soekarno Bangka Belitung Island Province

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of discipline, motivation, and incentives on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive. The variables used by the researcher are discipline, motivation, incentives, and performance. The sample in this study consisted of 104 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency selected through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected through questionnaires and secondary data from previous research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis, performed with the SPSS Program, Version 26. The results of this study indicate that, collectively, discipline, motivation, and incentives have a significant impact on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Partially, (1) discipline significantly affects employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, (2) Motivation has an influence does not significantly affect employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, and (3) incentives significantly affect employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency

This study aims to determine 1) The Influence of Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 2) The Influence of Motivation on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 3) The Influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, 4) The Influence of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by the researcher include motivation, organizational culture, work discipline, and teacher performance. The sample in this study consisted of teachers at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, totaling 100 respondents selected by Cluster Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School, Palembang City.

Abstract

Fenomena kesulitan siswa dalam memilih jurusan kuliah yang sesuai dengan minat, bakat, dan prospek kerja menjadi isu penting di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Palembang. Banyak siswa mengambil keputusan berdasarkan tren, tekanan teman sebaya, atau dorongan orang tua, tanpa mempertimbangkan potensi diri dan informasi yang memadai. Akibatnya, mereka menghadapi berbagai tantangan di pendidikan tinggi seperti kurangnya motivasi, ketidaksesuaian materi kuliah, hingga risiko drop out dan kesulitan masuk dunia kerja. Menyikapi permasalahan ini, Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) menginisiasi kegiatan sosialisasi pemilihan jurusan kepada siswa SMA di Kota Palembang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui kunjungan langsung ke sekolah-sekolah, dengan metode presentasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengenalan jurusan, potensi karier, dan strategi memilih jurusan sesuai minat dan kemampuan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik tentang pilihan pendidikan tinggi dan prospek kerja, serta merasa terbantu dalam mengenali potensi diri dan menyusun rencana pendidikan. Sekolah juga menyambut baik kegiatan ini sebagai langkah strategis untuk membimbing siswa. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan menjadi agenda tahunan yang berkelanjutan guna membantu siswa membuat keputusan akademik yang lebih bijak dan terarah, serta memperkuat kesiapan mereka menghadapi dunia kerja.

Abstract

This study explores the role of internal business communication in enhancing work motivation within a creative agency. The primary goal is to investigate how open, collaborative, and visual communication practices can improve creative motivation among team members. The research adopts a qualitative approach through a case study, utilizing observations, in-depth interviews with staff and managers, and analysis of internal documents such as weekly reports and brainstorming notes. The results indicate that effective communication, particularly through collaborative discussions, recognition of the creative process, and the use of visual and nonverbal tools, significantly boosts motivation and creativity within teams. Participants noted that the encouragement of open dialogue and idea-sharing fostered a sense of ownership and pride in their work, driving them to contribute innovative ideas. Furthermore, regular appreciation of the process rather than just the outcome helped sustain intrinsic motivation. This study highlights the importance of managing internal communication to create a work environment that nurtures creativity and productivity, offering practical insights for organizations looking to improve their internal communication strategies and enhance team performance.
