Abstract

Sufism and schools have a fairly close relationship. In the expansion, it can be said boarding house development therapy Sufi teachings today. The development is due to be supported by several factors, one of which is the teaching of the yellow book. In the world of boarding, yellow book is thing that can not be separated in learning. The yellow book is a book or a book written by the classical scholars were largely Sufi teachings. Then simultaneously, the Sufi teachings can be tranfered to study of books in several classes.This text is to reveal the relationship the Gontor boarding school with Sufi teachings that developed in the Islamic world. Actually, in Gontor activity, elements of Sufism can be detected through the everyday activities of the students, such as: accepting state (resigned), simplicity, not overbearing and so forth. At Gontor boarding school, attitude Sufism is called with the five souls. Where attitudes were reflected as: Concept shidiq, shabru, ukhuwah, zuhud, qana’ah amanah, ikhlas, tawakkal.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan tinggi membutuhkan pengelolaan baik. Hal ini perlu dilakukan agar sistem pendidikan berlangsung secara efektif dan efesien dalam mencapai tujuan institusionalnya maka Perguruan tinggi Islam harus dapat dikelola dengan baik dan mampu menentukan kebijakan untuk memberikan dampak kemajuan dan perkembangan kampus ke depan serta diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan dan tantangan sehingga apa yang dicita-citakan dapat tercapai dan maksimal, serta mampu memotivasi tim atau bawahan dalam menyakinkan orang lain untuk melakukan rencana bersama dalam mengaktualisasikan apa yang diharapkan berdasarkan visi, misi dan tujuan yang akan dicapai di dalam Tri darma Perguruan tinggi Islam, tentunya semua itu tidak terlepas dari peran dan eksistensi pimpinan dan manajemen perguruan tinggi Islam dalam mempertahankan yang telah baik dan mengambil serta memperbaiki apa yang kurang sesuai dengan melakukan inovasi kerjasama dengan lembaga lain dalam mengelola lingkungan lembaga pendidikan untuk membangun peradaban Islam, baik dari dalam kampus maupun luar kampus bahkan luar negeri sekalipun.

Abstract

This research discuss about the impact of LBT and its anticipation. LGBT has many impacts. The health impact can be shown by 78% homosexuals infected with sexually transmitted diseases. LBGT also provide social impact. The research shown that a gay have 20-106 couple per year. Whereas, someone zina’s couple is not more than 8 peoples in his whole life. 43% of gay groups who has investigated declare that in their whole life they do homosexual more than 500 people. In education impact, the learners who believe they are homo faced dropout problem 5 times greater than normal students because they feel insecurity. Moreover, 28% of them were force to leave the school. In the field of safety impact, homosexuals cause sexual abuse of children in United States; in fact their population just 2% of the total of America population. It can be concluded that 1 of 20 homosexual case is sexual abuse of children, whereas from 490 cases of adultery, one of that is the sexual abuse of children.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The influence of the regulatory supervision of the school on teacher performance, 2) The influence of school leadership on teacher performance, and 3) the influence of the regulatory supervision and leadership principals together on the performance of teachers, as many as 71 teachers are used as samples are 30 teachers and 30 as a research trial. There is a positive and significant The influence of supervision the supervisor and leadership the principle to teachers performance. The result of this study indicate that better supervision the supervisor and leadership the principle it will be better the contribution to the performance of Junior school teachers Metro City

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa merupakan tujuan utama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam satuan pendidikan. Hasil belajar siswa merupakan capaian belajar yang diperoleh siswa baik secara kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Capaian atau keberhasilan belajar siswa yang mudah dilihat dalam waktu yang relative singkat adalah capaian belajar secara kognitif  yaitu dengan cara melihat dokumen atau data capaian siswa melalui laporan hasil belajar. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dan kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan capaian atau hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan peneliltian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan causal comparative yang merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru  terhadap hasil belajar siswa serta pengaruh media pembelajaran dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur Lampung.  Analsis data penelitian menggunakan analysis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh simpulan terdapat hubungan postif media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa, tidak terdapat hubungan positif kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa serta tidak terdapat hubungan positif media pembelajaran dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence organizational commitment and achievement motivation have on teacher performance at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools throughout the city of Metro Lampung. This research is quantitative research with this type of research is causal-comparative research. The population in this study were all teachers of Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools throughout Metro City, totaling 207. The research sample was 67 teachers using the proportional cluster random sampling technique. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses statistical analysis, namely simple and multiple regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination and the F test. The results of this study are organizational commitment and achievement motivation together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah throughout – Metro City. This is evident from the probability value (p), which is 0.000 < 0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.590. This means that achievement motivation affects teacher performance by 59.0% and is tested empirically at a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

Lesson Study Program includes the following stages: (1) preparation programs that include: the establishment of organizations and the Division of duties and authorities of the Executive team, assessments in cooperation with related parties; determine the schedule of activities of the Lesson Study; and prepare the instruments and the completeness of the Administration; (2) implementation of programs include: socialization to the teachers, and the school, training to the teachers and the school authorities, the establishment of the operational activities of the Lesson Study and the more operational task Division for the team of researchers, teachers, and principals and implementation of Lesson Study as much as 2 rounds and 6 times the IPS and learning Principles; (3) the evaluation of the activity is focused on the evaluation context, input, process and product. Activity Lesson Study was conducted in two schools in the district Metro Center involving 20 teachers. Implementation of the Lesson Study was: (1) give the results, benefits and impact that is huge for IAIN Metro, the Group of teachers and students in schools in order to improve the quality of learning in MI; (2) able to improve gait in a society with a stakeholder in the synergistic fields especially the school and teachers; (3) a stub for partnership activities of IAIN Metro with MI; and (4) enhance the Simple IAIN Metro Imaging in the community and are expected to push other programs.

Abstract

School Principal as the leader in particular school is influential to the teacher performance, in the effort of raising the performance in order to achieve the educational goal of the school. The leader has responsibility both physically and non-physically for the successful performance of the school. The principal's leadership must be able to influence all the school employees so that they are willing to work hard to improve performance voluntarily and passionately in achieving the vision, mission and goals of the school. Emotional Intelligence of the teacher will be able to send out warmth, awareness of one's own feelings, having sensitivity to the feelings of others and will be able to overcome emotional problems openly.This present study aims to: (1). know the contribution of principal’s leadership style toward the state vocational teachers’ performances in Metro City, Lampung, (2) know the contribution of the emotional intelligence of teachers to the performance of vocational state school teachers in Metro City, Lampung and (3) both the contribution of principal’s leadership style and emotional intelligence of the teachers toward the state vocational teachers’ in Metro City, Lampung.This research was descriptive study design used quantitative approach through regression analysis. This research aimed to know the influence between independent variable and dependent variable. The correlative study aimed to know whether there is any influence or not between two variables or more. The researcher decided 336 teachers as the population of the research and 77 teachers of 336 teachers as the sample of the research. The try out was 30 teachers of the rest of the research population which the sample has been previously determined.Due to theoretical assumption and the conclusions of data analysis, it can be concluded that: both the principal's leadership style (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) have positive and significant contribution to the performance of teacher (Y) of State Vocational Schools in Metro City. This conclusion was supported by the analysis findings. There was positive and significant contribution of the principal's leadership style toward the teacher’s performance. The number of the contribution of the principal's leadership style to performance in this study was based on the results of calculations at the sufficient category. There was positive and significant contribution between emotional intelligence on teacher performance. The number of emotional intelligence contribution to teacher performance in this study was based on the results of calculations at the sufficient category and simultaneously there was a positive and significant contribution between the principal's leadership style and emotional intelligence on teacher performance.The dimension of leadership style influenced the teacher’s performance were administrator, class manager, mediator, facilitator and evaluator. The contribution number of principal leadership style and the emotional intelligence toward the performance of the teacher.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu proses dalam rangka mempengaruhi peserta didik supaya mampu menyesuaikan diri sebaik mungkin dengan lingkungannya pendidikan merupakan bagian integral dalam pembangunan proses pendidikan tak dapat terpisahkan dari proses pembangunan itu sendiri, pembangunan diarahkandan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian dalam penulisann ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi spiritual teaching terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Al Islam di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa Smp Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Sebelum Istrumen digunakan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan Regresi. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada Pengaruh strategi spiritual teachingterhadap Motivasi Belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dan mendapatkan hasil Fhitung sebesar 3.85 dengan tingkat signifikansi lebih besar dari 0.05 dengan hasil 0,38. Dari hasil uji diketahui ada Pengaruh signifikanSpiritual Teachingterhadap Motivasi Belajar sebesar 38 %, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih ada sebesar 62% pengaruh variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
