Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan karyawan pada koperasi tiga desa bersatu kec. Merapi Barat kab. Lahat dan untuk mengetahui apakah promosi jabatan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada koperasi tiga desa bersatu kec. Merapi Barat kab. Lahat. Dari hasil pengujian statistik nilai t, variabel kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh siginifikan positif terhadap promosi jabatan, Dari hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi , diperoleh R = 0,670 artinya korelasi antara variabel kinerja karyawan terhadap promosi jabatan sebesar 0,670. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara ketiga variabel tersebut. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan analisis determinasi , diperoleh R2 = 0,603 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 60 % dari Koperasi Tiga Desa Bersatu Kec. Merapi Barat Kab.Lahat dan sisanya sebesar 40 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada terminal A Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja Kantor Terminal Type A Alang-Alang lebar Palembang . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Terminal Tipe A Alang-Alang Lebar yang berlokasi di KM 12 Palembang. Yang menjadi responden adalah semua mereka yang bekerja pada Terminal Tipe A Alang- Alang Lebar Palembang yang berjumlah 55 orang. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi sederhana dengan mengunakan alat SPSS versi 22 menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Teriminal Type A Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang dimana Koefesien determinasi (R2) Pada hasil R square (R2) Didapat nilai sebesar 0,659 artinya persentase sumbangan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai 56,1% sedangkan sisa sebesar 96,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Pada Uji T (secara parsial) , variabel penilaian prestasi kerja (X) diperoleh t hitung diperoleh sebesar 4,598. Untuk mencari 00,5 dengan derajat penilaian prestasi kerja df = n-k-1 atau 55-2-1=52 maka diperoleh nilai untuk t tabel sebesar 1,984. Karena t hitung (4,598) > t tabel (1,984),maka H0 ditolak, H1 diterima,artinya bahwa motivssi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan CV. Ribel Mandiri Palembang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “apakah kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan CV. Ribel Mandiri Palembang? Hasil penguji pada uji T pada variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, hal terlihat dari nilai t hitung (3,853) > t tabel (2,040), signifikansi (0,03) di bawah atau lebih kecil dari 0, 05, sedangkan pada variabel lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention , hal terlihat dari nilai t hitung (1,002) < t tabel (2,040) dan signifikansi (0,09) di atas atau lebih besar dari 0, 05. Pada pengujian pada uji F pada variabel kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, hal terlihat dari nilai F hitung (5,878) > F tabel (3,305), dan signifikansi (0,01) di bawah atau lebih kecil dari 0, 05.

Abstract

Coffee is a commodity in the world that is cultivated in more than 50 countries. Historically, coffee was first found in Ethiopia, where it was planted in the highlands. At that time, many people on the African continent, especially Ethiopians, consumed coffee beans. The coffee tree which then produces coffee beans is then roasted and ground into a coffee drink. Several regions in Indonesia are known as the world's best coffee producers. In Indonesia itself, there are two types of coffee plants, namely Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) and Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica). These two types of coffee have different tastes and aromas depending on the region of origin. Several regions in Indonesia are considered the best coffee producing regions in the world. Lampung is known as the largest coffee producer in Indonesia which offers Robusta coffee. On the island of Sumatra there are quality types of coffee that are well known in various countries, for example Sidikalang coffee from North Sumatra, Mandailing coffee and Gayo coffee from Aceh, South Sumatra coffee and so on. Apart from Sumatra Island, the island also has quality types of coffee such as Malang coffee which is similar to the coffee in Lampung, Bali coffee and many other types of coffee.

Abstract

Motivation is the driving force for a person or individual to carry out activities toward obtaining the desired thing, both positively and negatively. With this motivation, an effort is made to encourage employees to be more active at work to achieve maximum service to the community. Performance is how employees show their work performance through concrete actions. Employee performance is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include work motivation, personality, attitudes, and behavior. While external factors include superior leadership style, employee relations, and the work environment, The purpose of this study aimed to examine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of administrative employees at Tugu Koja Hospital. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and the test used was Spearman's rho. This res earch was conducted at Tugu Koja General Hospital in the administrative section with a total of 37 respondents. The results obtained after the Spearman rho test were 0.861, with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the test results, it was concluded that there is a strong relationship between the performance of health administration employees and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Tugu Koja Hospital.

Abstract

The rise of sexist humor, which is a form of verbal sexual violence, is one of the important things that needs to be studied. Students as figures who will have an important role in society need to have a proper understanding of forms of sexual violence, such as sexist humor. Therefore, it is important in the end to know how students perceive sexist humor as a form of verbal sexual violence. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The subjects in this study were 5 students who are currently actively studying in higher education who were determined using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there are two main perceptions of sexist humor, namely sexist humor as a form of verbal sexual violence and sexist humor as a form of joke. The researcher also found that the determination of perceptions was motivated by gender factors and the closeness between the perpetrator and the victim.

Abstract

Posyandu plays a crucial role in improving community welfare in various regions, and the presence of health cadres as the spearhead of Posyandu implementation. The purpose of this activity is to enhance the ability of Posyandu cadres in providing services through effective communication skills improvement. The methods used in this activity include lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, as well as pre-tests and post-tests. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the effective communication skills of Posyandu cadres. This increase can be seen from the gain score values that improve the effective communication skills of Posyandu cadres. Participant S achieved the highest gain score value of 0.9 and a percentage increase of 90.0%.

Abstract

The problem of children dropping out of school is still a challenge that must be overcome in realizing equal distribution of education in Indonesia. This is proven in the 2022 Susenas Data on Out of School Children in Indonesia that there are 3,847,780 children who have dropped out of school. This condition is also experienced by the children of the Pondok Kopi Scavenger Village, East Jakarta, as many as 16 scavenger children in the area are unable to continue their education due to lack of funds and cultural conditions that make them stop going to school. PKBM Nara Creative as one of the non-formal education institutions is making efforts to deal with this problem. Therefore, this research aims to find out PKBM Nara Kreatif strategy in dealing with the problem of out-of-school children in Pondok Kopi Scavenger Village, East Jakarta. The research method in this paper is descriptive with a qualitative descriptive approach. By conducting a direct interview with the Project & Partnership Manager of PKBM Nara Kreatif. The results of the research show that in dealing with out-of-school children in Pondok Kopi Pemulung Village, PKBM Nara Kreatif uses an empowerment strategy that is formulated into a program, namely the Trusted Children's School.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of tax planning, tax avoidance, and profitability on firm value. The population in this research is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in financial reports for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method and a sample of 58 companies was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this research show that profitability has a positive effect on firm value and tax planning and tax avoidance have a negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of bonus mechanisms, debt covenants, and profitability on transfer pricing. The population in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in their financial reports for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method and a sample of 57 companies was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.0 software. The results of this research show that the bonus and debt covenant mechanism has a positive and significant effect on transfer pricing and profitability has a negative and significant effect on transfer pricing.
