Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Investment Opportunity Set adn Insstitutional Ownership on company value of Food & Beverage Sub Setor companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 – 2023. This study usnig a puposive sampling technique and obtained 39 companies. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The findings reveal that Capital Structure, Investment Opportunity Set and Institutional Ownership each have a poitive and significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mobile legends stimulus on adolescent social skills in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method through a questionnaire measured by the ratio scale and the Likert scale. This study uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted on the condition that the respondents were teenagers who played mobile legends and 8th grade students. The sample obtained amounted to 70 students out of a total population of 280 students. All instruments have been tested using product moment correlation and reliability using alpha cronbach, and have passed the prerequisite test. Data analysis using t-test and large percentage influence using R Square determination coefficient. The results of the study show that (1) there is a significant influence of mobile legends stimulus on social skills, as evidenced by the tcount value of > table, which is 4.163 > 1.995 and Sig < 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.05. (2) The influence of the R square determination coefficient is 20.3% which is included in the low category and the rest is the influence of other variables outside the variables used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Audit Committee, Accounting Conservatism, and Profitability on Audit Quality. The sample selection technique in this study uses purposive sampling and was obtained from 48 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The data analysis used in this study is logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Audit Committee has a negative and significant effect on Audit Quality, while Accounting Conservatism and Profitability have no effect on Audit Quality.

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri merupakan sebuah keyakinan pada kemampuan dirinya sendiri atau kemampuan yang dimiliki. Terjadinya pandemi covid-19 pada awal tahun 2020 sampai awal tahun 2022 seluruh kegiatan siswa untuk belajar di sekolah sangat dibatasi dan dilakukan secara daring dari rumah. Kebijakan tersebut berdampak terhadap menurunnya kepercayaan diri siswa. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SMPN 1 Badegan khususnya pada siswa angkatan yang terdampak pandemi covid-19 jelas terbukti bahwa terdapat siswa yang memiliki tingkat percaya diri rendah dibuktikan dengan terlihat malu, tidak berani mengemukakan pendapat, tidak berani tampil di depan kelas dan sulit memulai untuk berinteraksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTBK (Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 1 Badegan pada semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 dengan subjek 6 siswa kelas VIII D yang memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri rendah akibat dampak pandemi covid-19. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dengan melalui pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Hal tersebut dibuktikan peningkatan pada setiap siklusnya yaitu pada siklus 1 seluruh siswa belum bisa meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan pada siklus 2 seluruh siswa sudah bisa meningkatkan kepercayaan diri.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is an individual’s confidence about performed accompanied task by the ability to complete the work that has been given. PKM can improve confidence education student to teaching in providing direct learning to learners. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can increase self-efficacy of teaching in PKM courses. This research used a descriptive method with the research subjects of UNJ Social Studies Education Students class of 2020 who has attended the PKM course. UNJ Social Studies Education students have a moderate level of self-efficacy, which means that UNJ Social Studies Education students have the confidence to teach and are able to complete the task given during PKM. However, in the preparation process its implementation still has some shortage so that it can affect the self-efficacy of teaching. Influencing factors are (1) interest in becoming a teacher, (2) supporting courses, (3) implementation mechanisms, (4) sources of self-efficacy, Mastery Experience, Vicarious Experience, Social Persuasion, Physiological and Emotional State. Researchers can then use questionnaires so that the results obtained have definite numerical data so that self-efficacy can be measured properly.

Abstract

Background: The high number of positive cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia has made the Government of Indonesia stipulate it as a national non-natural disaster. Various obstacles related to hospital services emerged due to a significant increase in patients at the same time. Given these constraints, there needs to be a hospital management response to maintain health services at the hospital to continue to run well. Objective: The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the response of hospital management in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 through the rapid hospital readiness for Covid-19 instrument recommended by WHO. Methods: This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with five main informants and 17 triangulation informants, as well as through observation. Results: showed that from the assessment of the 12 components of rapid hospital readiness for covid-19, it was found that components could not be implemented optimally, namely leadership and incident management systems (86%), administrative, financial and business continuity (87%), patient management (88%) ), proper identification and diagnosis (83%), PPI (94%) and the lowest is occupational health, mental health and psychosocial support (40%). Conclution: The management response of Kendal Hospital in dealing with the 2021 Covid-19 pandemic has been good, the lack of implementation of the rapid hospital readiness instrument for Covid-19 is technical.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing capital structure, profitability and independent board of commissioners. This research was conducted on Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector Companies in the Food & Beverage Sub Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling method in this research used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 43 non-cyclical consumer sector companies in the food & beverage sub-sector that met the sample criteria. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and uses the SPSS version 22.0 test tool. The results of this research show that the capital structure variables and independent board of commissioners have no effect on company value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, debt ratio, previous year audit opinion, and audit firm size on going concern audit opinion. The population in this study consists of companies listed in the property and real estate sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The method used in this research is purposive sampling, with a sample of 68 companies. The analysis technique employed is logistic regression analysis, using IBM SPSS version 22 as the analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the debt ratio and previous year audit opinion have a positive and significant effect on the going concern audit opinion, while profitability and audit firm size do not have an effect on the going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

Kelahiran bayi merupakan momen bahagia yang ditunggu-tunggu dan diharapkan oleh setiap keluarga, terutama bagi seorang ibu. Pada kegiatan PkM tersebut dilakukan pula evaluasi kepuasan mitra terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Menurut hasil penelitian (Andriani, 2012), dari 20 ibu, 13 ibu (65%), memiliki kemampuan cukup dalam memandikan bayi, dan hanya 7 ibu (35%) yang memiliki kemampuan baik dalam memandikan bayi. Menurut hasil penelitian (Impartina, 2016). Responden terdiri dari peserta PkM kader kesehatan dan mitra sejumlah 28 orang. Hasil 57% menyatakan puas dan 39% sangat puas karena kegiatan PkM merespon kebutuhan mitra. Dari aspek kemanfaatan kegiatan PkM, 39% responden menyatakan puas dan 61% menyatakan sangat puas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of adolescent students who loses hervirginity and do free sex, to analyze supporting factors that make adolescents and studentseasily do free sex, a risk that must be faced by teenagers and students after losing virginityand free sex, to develop a model of prevention and reduction of free sex culture amongstudents. The research shows that the factors that causes loss of virginity in adolescents are:unhealthy courtship factors, influenced values among teenagers, influenced values in theneighborhood. The factors that cause teenagers to have free sex are easy: loss of virginity,condom as avoidance beliefs on sexual risk-free, the availability of cheap hotel serves freesex activity. Risks faced by adolescents after losing virginity include: the risk burden to keepa secret that they was not a virgin, the risk of addiction to repeat the free sex, the risk ofpregnancy so they will be dropped out from school, reproductive health risks. While themodel is a model of free sex prevention outreach to parents, schools, government and societythat sex is a new emerging values established among teenagers.
