Abstract

Education today is a necessity for every individual, society, and government. A marketing strategy is a plan carried out by the company in order to achieve its goals. These goals are determined by three elements: consumers, satisfaction, and the marketing mix. Marketing in educational institutions aims to provide information to the public about educational products and differentiate school products from those of other madrasas. This research is a type of qualitative research. The informants in this study were four people, consisting of the principal, vice principal of student affairs, parents of students, and the community around the MINU Tambaksumur Madrasah. The marketing strategy carried out by the MINU Tambaksumur Madrasah is good, boasting several indicators, namely madrasah promotion through social media, excellent programs, student achievement, tuition fees, school infrastructure, learning methods, and learning media used.

Abstract

Michael TJ Gelato merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang usaha Restoran dengan Gelato sebagai menu andalannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagamaina Iklim Organisasi yang ada pada Michael TJ Gelato & Café dan apa saja aspek yang mempengaruhi iklim tersebut. Iklim organisasi merupakan kualitas lingkungan perusahaan yang dialami secara konsisten oleh anggota organisasi, berpengaruh terhadap perilaku, dan dapat dicerminkan melalui sifat organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif atau disebut juga sebagai penelitian naturalistik, Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimana semua informan dipilih secara sengaja dengan mempertimbangkan masa kerja dari yang terlama hingga yang terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa Iklim Organisasi yang terjadi di Micahel Tj Gelato & Café masih belum mencapai iklim yang sempurna, hal ini dikerenakan beberapa dimensi yang menjadi aspek pendukung Iklim organisasi belum sepenuhnya dilakukan oleh organisasi. Diperlukan adanya perbaikan terhadap dimensi Struktur , Standar, dan Penghargaan. Sedangkan pada dimensi Tanggung Jawab, Dukungan, dan Komitmen dapat dipertahankan atau dikembangkan oleh perusahaan agar tetap memiliki Iklim yang baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsi dan analisa yang berkaitan dengan motivasi kerja di PT. Krisantium Offset Printing dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan dan temuan penelitian di lapangan. Informan penelitian ini dilakukan secara random yaitu delapan orang perwakilan karyawan yang mampu memberikan penjelasan terhadap topik penelitian. Perusahaan memberikan dorongan secara internal seperti memberikan upah, tambahan uang lembur, dan jaminan kesehatan maupun ketenagakerjaan, dan dorongan secara eksternal seperti menambah wawasan karyawan dengan mengikuti workshop yang sesuai dengan skills karyawan tersebut. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja yang kurang sehingga perlu di perbaiki lagi. Kurangnya rasa tanggung jawab yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan ini dan kurangnya motivasi yang diberikan pemimpin perusahaan, Pemimpin dituntut untuk mengatasi masalah ini tanpa adanya jalan keluar dari perusahaan.Karena kurangnya motivasi tersebut menjadikan salah satu faktor karyawan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Dalam persaingan era global saat ini penting bagi masyarakat untuk mengenal UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Dalam membentuk UMKM sendiri tanpa di sengaja masyarakat turut membantu menggerakan roda perekonomian negara dengan membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru bagi masyarakat luas, membantu menekan angka pengangguran. Kehidupan masyarakat berangsur akan membaik jika hal ini terjadi dan membuka pola pikir terhadap UMKM sendiri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan berpusat pada titik pandangan untuk memahami seberapa dampaknya, minat konsumen dalam membeli suatu barang karena adanya efek dari faktor sikap/perilaku dan norma subjektif secara sendirian atau serentak. Quantitative method digunakan dalam riset ini, penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 100 konsumen Beveragebee yang sekaligus diambil sebagai sampel riset. Minat beli konsumen ternyata dapat dibuktikan dengan terdapatnya efek yang subtansial baik sendirian maupun serentak dari faktor sikap konsumen itu sendiri dan hasil dari efek norma subjektif atau referensi. Faktor norma subjektif berefek sangat dominan kepada minat konsumen dalam pembelian barang pada UMKM Beveragebee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer perceptions of Haus! Siwalankerto regarding the use of e-wallets as non-cash payments. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with excavation techniques through interviews. Retrieval of data in this study using informants as many as seven customers. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders, including e-wallet companies, merchants, and local governments, in increasing e-wallet adoption in Haus! Siwalankerto. The indicators used to see perceptions are perceptions of convenience, usability and risk. This research shows that: First, Perceived Convenience, most customers agree that e-wallets provide many conveniences; Second, Perceived Usefulness shows that the majority of customers agree that during payment transactions they use e-wallets; Third, Risk Perception shows that a small proportion agree that e-wallet payments are very low risk. Research show, it can be seen from the large number of customer interests, it shows that almost all use e-wallet payments as a non-cash payment instrument. Then the use of e-wallets on Haus! Siwalanketo is influenced by these three perceptions.

Abstract

The aim of research to analyzing employee performance post the employee mutations implementation at PT. Jasa Raharja Surabaya Representative (JRSR). The descriptive qualitative method used in this study, using 5 (five) appropriate informants and supported by research articles and scientific documents. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that JRSR has implemented the mutation program well. The mutations implementation is carried out by Versatility Transfer (VT) means transferring employees by transferring positions aimed to increasing the capabilities and career employees development. Production Transfer (PT), which means transferring employees with the same or different positions but in different places. Employee performance at JRSR has been well and productive. It could be seen from the employees working hours, the work timeliness on and tasks completion and adjustments to new places and tasks shown well.

Abstract

The abundance of traders who sell various kinds of light snacks at very affordable prices, makes competition in the world of trade more intense thus sales increase more rapidly. For this reason, basreng ("Kedai77") products are produced as light snacks for the millennial generation that are able to compete with other light snack products that can attract customers' desire to buy and increase the number of purchases. This research was tested using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires as a way for data to be collected. Then the data that has been collected can be analyzed with the help of SPSS Version 21 tools. The 100 respondents involved in the research included 61 women and 39 men. The age range is 12-65 years. The results of the study concluded that the variables of product variety and customer experience simultaneously affect Kedai77 customer satisfaction. From the partial determination coefficient, it is stated that the customer experience variable is more dominant than the product variation variable that affects customer satisfaction in purchasing basreng.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the millennial generation's State Civil Apparatus (ASN) communication style is at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of East Java Province (East Java Disnakertrans) by examining work culture aspects. The method used in conducting this research is using qualitative methods and post-positivism paradigm. Five research informants were taken as East Java Disnakertrans ASN employees. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews with informants by including media recordings, videos, photos and notes as evidence of the results of conducting interviews in assisting the research process. The study results show that the communication style of the millennial generation ASN at the East Java Manpower Office is The Relinquishing Style due to their preference to collaborate with teams and deliberations so they could exchange thoughts, input or ideas with other team members. As well as wanting a conducive working atmosphere so every ASN could work more calmly and quickly. The millennial generation of ASN tends to prefer to hold discussions in order to gain insight, knowledge, or ideas that could add to their quality and performance. In addition, even though ASNs carry out work in a relaxed manner, ASNs are asked to be thorough in carrying out a job, so there are no mistakes in doing it even under pressure from superiors. in addition, ASNs are also more inclined to meet face-to-face when carrying out or completing a job because according to them face-to-face meetings are more effective than social media or other electronic mail. When ASNs are asked for their opinion or input, they tend not to beat around the bush thus their work gets done quickly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of authoritarian leadership style at PT. Kurnia Nata Kencana. The research method uses a qualitative approach with informants are five people who come from several division. Collection of information through interviews and literature study. The result shows that the head of division is included in the category of authoritarian leaders, supported by the following characteristics: First, the leader bears the burden of the organization and carry out supervision, control over his own decisions; Second, authoritarian leaders don’t provide opportunities for conveying ideas; Third, authoritarian leaders have work discipline and focus on the result; Fourth, leaders make their own policies without the interference of others; Fifth, authoritarian leaders have low trust in their employees; Sixth, authoritarian leaders use one-way communication; Seventh, leaders are task oriented and pay little attention to employee welfare; Eight, authoritarian leaders use power to give orders, rules, and prohibitions; Ninth, authoritarian leaders act in a dictatorial manner.

Abstract

The organizational communication climate is an important factor because in communication there is social interaction characterized by an exchange of meanings to unite the behavior or actions of each individual. With communication, it will be easier to convey information to achieve the main goals of the company or agency. This study aims to determine the organizational communication climate at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Trasmigrasi Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Latihan Kerja Surabaya. This study uses descriptive methods with qualitative data, to describe the overall research results of an event. Observation using interview techniques in this study was chosen as a data collection process, where the object was an employee of UPT BLK Surabaya. The results showed that the organizational communication climate with the dimensions of Supportiveness, namely description, problem orientation, spontaneity, empathy and similarity are all well intertwined. Such as support provided by leaders to employees and fellow employees, decision making that is always deliberated and involves employees, as well as providing rewards that aim to increase productivity and encourage better performance.
