Abstract

This study investigates the introduction of digital technology in primary school administration, specifically at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Ikrom Wage. The aim is to make education management more efficient and transparent, while improving service quality. The researcher collected data using traditional methods—observation, interviews, and document analysis—and analysed them using descriptive qualitative methods. Field findings indicate that digital systems do reduce time and improve communication, but they still face challenges such as infrastructure limitations, low digital literacy, and resistance from some teachers. On the positive side, transformational school principals provide regular training and invite parents and other stakeholders to participate. To accelerate the digitalisation process, schools need to improve internet connectivity, equip educators with adequate skills, and hope for continued policy support. A well-functioning digital administrative system, in turn, has the potential to boost overall educational performance and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Solid Engineering SUMAS, a company that manufactures solid doors, implements digital marketing strategies and to assess how effective those measures are in enhancing brand strength and sales. The researcher adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method to directly experience the challenges and successes faced by the company when implementing internet-based marketing. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with five key informants, supplemented by participatory observation and an examination of internal documents. The results of the analysis show that the utilization of social media, search engine optimization, and various other digital platforms has succeeded in elevating product visibility while also expanding the market reach. Nevertheless, the company still struggles with consistency in content creation and relevance in managing its advertising budget. Furthermore, this study finds the need to strengthen SEO strategies and utilize analytics data to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing sustainably. Based on these findings, this research proposes recommendations regarding the development of more creative content, exploration of new digital platforms, and investment in human resources and analytic tools for better long-term results. Thus, this study is expected to provide useful insights for other manufacturing companies that are designing and refining their digital marketing tactics.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the integrative factors that determine successful innovations in the business process of Umrah in PT. Umi Muthmainah Berkah Umrah and Hajj Travel are located in Surabaya. The factors examined were technology, regulation, human resource (HR) quality, and pilgrims' trust. The method used was qualitative, with a case study approach and data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results showed that while digitized systems bolster operational efficiency and convenience for pilgrims, a far greater hurdle in human resources limits the ability to utilize technology. Travel companies are subject to strict compliance requirements, which necessitate continual adaptation and travel agency innovation. The human resource quality gained through systematic and ongoing training fosters successful innovation, while trust from pilgrims significantly affects business reputation and sustainability. This study affirms the synergistic integration of technology, regulation, human resources, and congregation trust, which constitute the pillars of innovation and umrah business success. The study results suggest directions for management to focus more on the enhancement of technology and human resources, and for the government to formulate pro-innovation policy regulations. This study also encourages the public to be more discerning in selecting a Umrah bureau to receive optimal and more trustworthy services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on member satisfaction at the Citra Abadi Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP). Service quality was assessed using five main elements: tangibles (physical evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. A qualitative approach, specifically a case study, was employed for data collection involving in-depth interviews with cooperative members and direct observation of the service process. Qualitative data analysis employed thematic coding to identify key patterns and insights. The results indicate that each service quality element significantly influences members’ satisfaction. Comfortable physical facilities, reliable services, high responsiveness, transaction security assurance, and empathy in member interactions play crucial roles in fostering member trust and loyalty. Despite the study's focus on a single cooperative, the findings suggest that improvements in facility quality, service reliability, staff responsiveness, transaction transparency, and empathy are essential for strengthening member relationships and enhancing satisfaction. The study also acknowledges limitations such as the focus on a single cooperative, which may limit the generalizability of the results. This study contributes to improving service management in savings and loan cooperatives and provides insights for enhancing their competitiveness in supporting members' welfare and local economies.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital advertising and price in the sales volume of Ultra Glue products in Java, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was applied and data were collected from 50 respondents through a survey. This study evaluates the impact of promotion, price, and sales using multiple regression analysis. The results show that promotion, especially through digital marketing, has a significant impact on sales, which is in line with the literature that recognizes promotional activities as vital in stimulating consumer demand and purchase intention. On the other hand, the impact of price on sales, although positive, is more complex because it is influenced by product quality, overall strategy, and other marketing elements. This study emphasizes the importance of integrated marketing, in which digital promotions are effective, prices are competitive, and products are of good quality to maximize sales. This study also highlights external variables, such as brand loyalty and market competition, to understand consumer behavior in greater depth. We recommend using a blended approach to enrich our understanding of the consumer decision-making process.

Abstract

This study investigates how leadership patterns and workplace conditions affect staff performance at the Surabaya City Statistics Agency. The researchers chose a qualitative approach with a case study design, combining in-depth interviews, direct observation, and review of official agency documents. Field findings reveal that managers at the Surabaya City Statistics Agency employ two main approaches: transactional and transformational leadership. The transactional method tends to emphasise target achievement and efficiency, often resulting in pressure that disrupts employee well-being. In contrast, transformational leadership motivates and empowers staff, with the impact evident in improved performance in the long term. In terms of physical facilities, the office is adequately equipped, but cramped workspaces and a lack of collaborative areas remain challenges. Nevertheless, close interpersonal relationships and an organisational culture that prioritises data accuracy help boost productivity. The interaction between the two leadership styles and working conditions shows that they influence each other, so their contribution to employee performance cannot be separated. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the leadership of the Surabaya City BPS prioritise transformational leadership and improve the work environment to achieve higher work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between job satisfaction, employee commitment, and employee performance at the Surabaya City Statistics Agency (BPS). The researchers applied a qualitative case study methodology, utilising in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of official documents to gather data holistically. As information sources, six employees from various units were selected through purposive sampling to ensure that the perspectives obtained covered a diverse spectrum of work. Empirical findings indicate that high job satisfaction built by a friendly work environment and a reward system considered fair directly contributes positively to employees' daily performance. In addition, employee attachment to the institution, particularly the dimension of affective commitment, was also found to encourage better performance. However, this study also noted several obstacles, such as a relatively heavy workload and limited opportunities for career development. Therefore, the researchers recommend that the Surabaya City Statistics Agency formulate balanced policies to optimise employee satisfaction, commitment, and productivity simultaneously. As a result, the findings of this study are not only practical but also enrich theoretical research on human resource management in the public sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how employee performance at J&T Express Tambaksari District is influenced by training and human resource (HR) development. The quality of human resources (HR) has emerged as an important component in achieving organizational goals in the era of globalization and increasing corporate competition. The population of this study, which uses a quantitative approach, consists of 42 employees of J&T Express. Saturated sampling is the sampling method used. An online survey was used to collect data, and multiple linear regression was used for analysis. The study's findings indicate that although human resource development significantly improves employee performance, training does not have a recognizable effect on it. Moreover, employee performance has a positive impact when training and human resource development are conducted simultaneously. These findings are expected to provide insights for J&T Express management in designing more effective training and development programs to improve employee performance and the company's competitiveness.

Abstract

0,910 > 0,05). Sebaliknya, variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t hitung 3,664 > t tabel; sig. 0,000 < 0,05), demikian pula dengan variabel kualitas layanan (t hitung 4,934 > t tabel; sig. 0,000 < 0,05).
