Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya kasus penipuan online yang terjadi khususnya di dunia perbankan. Tujuan dari pembuatan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterkaitan antara kasus penyebaran berita hoax dan modus penipuan terhadap reputasi perbankan serta faktor- faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi reputasi perbankan, mengetahui dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan terhadap nasabah, dan mengetahui tindakan pencegahan yang seharusnya diambil baik oleh nasabah maupun pihak bank agar angka penipuan khususnya di bidang perbankan dapat menurun. Dengan adanya jurnal ini diharapkan dapat menekan angka penipuan menjadi lebih kecil dan meningkatkan customers awareness. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 4 narasumber dengan menggunakan sumber data dari hasil wawancara untuk mendapatkan data yang valid sehingga dapat membantu dalam penyusunan jurnal ini.

Budaya Organisasi Sangat Penting Untuk Menciptakan Lingkungan Yang Baik Dan Positif Dalam Suatu Perusahaan Atau Organisasi. Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal terjadi secara langsung antara dua orang atau lebih. Pengirim dapat mengirimkan pesan secara langsung, dan penerima dapat menerima dan merespons pesan tersebut secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses komunikasi interpersonal antara atasan dan bawahan di PT. WSSL Surabaya, dan bagaimana hal ini berdampak pada efisiensi kerja karyawan. Studi ini menemukan, melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi, bahwa komunikasi yang efektif antara atasan dan bawahan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi, semangat kerja, dan kolaborasi di dalam organisasi. Komunikasi yang efektif dipengaruhi oleh hal-hal seperti keterbukaan, kepercayaan, dan saling menghargai. Selain itu, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif dapat membantu mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan membuat karyawan lebih memahami dan lebih terlibat dalam tujuan perusahaan. Pemimpin yang aktif mendengarkan dan memperhatikan apa yang dibutuhkan pekerja mereka dapat membantu menciptakan tempat kerja yang menyenangkan dan produktif serta meningkatkan kesetiaan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar atasan dan bawahan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mereka melalui pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal untuk membantu keberhasilan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan Document Management System (DMS) dalam mengelola arsip kepegawaian pada Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Kantor Regional II Surabaya serta menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama pegawai BKN pengguna DMS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya efisiensi pengelolaan arsip setelah penerapan DMS karena dalam melakukan pencarian dan penyimpanan dokumen dilakukan secara digital. Namun, masalah terbesar yang dihadapi banyak orang adalah menerapkan perubahan penggunaan dokumen berbasis digital karena antarmuka DMS yang dianggap kurang ramah pengguna, terutama bagi pegawai senior. Selain itu, keluhan lain yang diajukan adalah terbatasnya dukungan teknis, kurangnya pelatihan menyeluruh, serta masalah teknis terkait dengan kecepatan akses dan gangguan server, semua ini mengurangi efektivitas aplikasi DMS. Oleh karena itu, disarankan dalam penelitian ini memperbaiki desain DMS, meningkatkan pelatihan, serta memperbaiki dukungan teknis DMS untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan DMS dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini juga menyumbangkan pemikiran dalam memahami sesulit ini bagi instansi pemerintah dalam menerapkan sistem manajemen dokumen secara digital serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem pada masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of online communities and digital marketing on the desire to play and loyalty of users of the Mobile Legends online game in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through online questionnaires from 100 respondents who are members of the Mobile Legends community in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, as well as the Sobel test to test intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that online communities and digital marketing have a direct impact on user loyalty, but the desire to play does not mediate this relationship. Thus, digital marketing strategies and online community development can directly increase user loyalty without having to increase the desire to play

Abstract

This study investigates how leadership patterns and workplace conditions affect staff performance at the Surabaya City Statistics Agency. The researchers chose a qualitative approach with a case study design, combining in-depth interviews, direct observation, and review of official agency documents. Field findings reveal that managers at the Surabaya City Statistics Agency employ two main approaches: transactional and transformational leadership. The transactional method tends to emphasise target achievement and efficiency, often resulting in pressure that disrupts employee well-being. In contrast, transformational leadership motivates and empowers staff, with the impact evident in improved performance in the long term. In terms of physical facilities, the office is adequately equipped, but cramped workspaces and a lack of collaborative areas remain challenges. Nevertheless, close interpersonal relationships and an organisational culture that prioritises data accuracy help boost productivity. The interaction between the two leadership styles and working conditions shows that they influence each other, so their contribution to employee performance cannot be separated. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the leadership of the Surabaya City BPS prioritise transformational leadership and improve the work environment to achieve higher work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between job satisfaction, employee commitment, and employee performance at the Surabaya City Statistics Agency (BPS). The researchers applied a qualitative case study methodology, utilising in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of official documents to gather data holistically. As information sources, six employees from various units were selected through purposive sampling to ensure that the perspectives obtained covered a diverse spectrum of work. Empirical findings indicate that high job satisfaction built by a friendly work environment and a reward system considered fair directly contributes positively to employees' daily performance. In addition, employee attachment to the institution, particularly the dimension of affective commitment, was also found to encourage better performance. However, this study also noted several obstacles, such as a relatively heavy workload and limited opportunities for career development. Therefore, the researchers recommend that the Surabaya City Statistics Agency formulate balanced policies to optimise employee satisfaction, commitment, and productivity simultaneously. As a result, the findings of this study are not only practical but also enrich theoretical research on human resource management in the public sector.

Abstract

This study examines CIMB Niaga Bank's use of social media for marketing its banking products, focusing on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. A qualitative case study approach was used, involving in-depth interviews with five purposively selected respondents, including marketing staff, social media managers, and two customers who engage with the bank’s content. The findings show that while social media has a positive impact on brand recognition, challenges include maintaining consistent content across platforms and measuring the direct impact of social media engagement on account openings or transactions. The study recommends adjusting the tone and format of messages for each platform’s audience and enhancing analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness. This research paves the way for future studies comparing digital marketing practices in the banking and non-financial sectors in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the extent to which digital measures affect employee engagement and productivity at PT. Bogajaya Megah Abadi. Using a phenomenological design, the researcher explores the personal narratives that emerge as staff adapt to new devices. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews and guided group discussions, involving six employees from various levels. Preliminary findings indicate that modern technology applications accelerate communication flows and make team collaboration feel more seamless. However, some individuals expressed feelings of isolation due to a significant reduction in face-to-face meetings. From a management perspective, digitalisation has successfully reduced process times, lowered operational costs, and improved service quality. The biggest challenge remains during the transition period, where training and new habits must be established. To bridge this gap, the study recommends that companies schedule regular training sessions and encourage social activities in the office. Researchers also encourage further study, perhaps by comparing these findings with other companies or attributing the specific effects of one technology platform to individual and team performance.

Abstract

This study investigates how employees at CV. Cakrawala Design, a project planning and supervision agency, assess their professionalism and productivity amid the wave of digitalisation. A qualitative approach with a case study design was chosen to ensure that the voices of those on the ground are heard directly. Five informants from various job levels were interviewed without restrictions on their fields to capture hidden nuances. Synchronous observations were then conducted to compare verbal acknowledgments with actual behaviour. Initial findings show that cloud-based software and team chat rooms can cut coordination time by almost half. On the other hand, the flow of tutorials, notifications, and application updates pushed some workers to the brink of overwhelm. Therefore, this study underscores the importance of ongoing training sessions and social dialogue spaces to ensure that technology truly supports rather than dampens morale. Final recommendations urge Cakrawala Design management to embrace daily employee feedback when crafting future digital initiatives.
