Abstract

Bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu bahasa asing yang diajarkan dalam jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Pembelajaran bahasa inggris dianggap penting dikarenakan bahasa inggris merupakan bahasa yang regulasinya menjadi bahasa internasional sejak dulu. Pembelajaran ini ditujukan ke dalam dua bagian. 1). untuk melihat pemahaman peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran bahasa inggris di SD pada kelas 2 dengan bantuan media puzzle, 2) Sebagai uji refleksi terhadap pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan. Pemilihan media puzzle yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran ini didasarkan bahwa puzzle dapat memberikan daya berpikir kognitif yang aktif dan membuat pembelajaran lebih aktif dan menyenangkan. Dalam melakukan pembelajaran ini, peneliti berpedoman pada Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) serta Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD ) yang telah diberikan kepada peserta didik Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran ini ialah narrative inquiry yakni pendekatan kualitatif dimana hasil data ditemukan dan diperoleh dari pengumpulan dan penganalisisan terhadap objek yang bersangkutan seperti wawancara dan pengambilan data yang diperoleh dari praktek simulasi pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pembelajaran ini ialah dengan bantuan media yang diberikan dapat membantu mengurangi kejenuhan dan menumbuhkan semangat dalam pembelajaran serta dapat memberikan pengetahuan lebih dalam mengenai materi yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian literatur tentang penggunaan media mind mapping dalam keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan artikel, reduksi artikel, display artikel, pembahasan, dan kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian berupa artikel-artikel jurnal nasional dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2013-2023). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 18 artikel didapatkan 10 artikel yang sesuai dengan topik judul. Penggunaan media mind mapping dalam keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik di sekolah dasar pada pelaksanaannya sudah sesuai dengan teori-teori yang dijadikan rujukan. Penggunaan media mind mapping dalam keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik di sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Penggunaan media mind mapping begitu efektif dan efisien, sehingga mampu memberikan daya tarik dari siswa untuk fokus dalam proses pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung.

Abstract

Writing is an activity that can explore one's thoughts and feelings about an object, choose what to write and write it down so that the reader will understand clearly. Writing can be said as one of the 4 aspects of language including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. According to Susanto (2013: 241) stated, language skills performed by humans in the form of listening, speaking, reading, and writing are capitalized by vocabulary, namely intellectual activity, the work of an educated human brain. Writing is the skill of a person (individual) communicating messages in a piece of writing. In accordance with the opinion of Susanto (2013: 248) stated "writing skills are activities of expressing ideas or ideas that are in our minds, pouring out our hearts through written language so that others can read and understand it. Judging from the opinion above, it can be found that writing skills are skills in expressing or expressing ideas or ideas in the form of written language so that other people can read and understand the intent of the writing. According to Kosasih (2019, p. 114) "explanatory text is a text that explains an event, be it a natural event, social and cultural event, or personal event". Based on these problems, the researcher has an alternative for fifth grade elementary school students, especially in Indonesian language lessons with material for writing explanatory texts. Researchers are interested in using the mind mapping learning method, to help and find out learning outcomes in the material of writing explanatory texts. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to develop monotun media for learning to write rhymes in class V elementary school. With this research, we can find out the process of developing monotun media, determine the suitability of the media and user responses to monotun media, and find out the evaluation of monotun learning media on rhyme writing material in class V elementary school. This research isresearch and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.This research was carried out at SDN 5 Mekarsari, Banjar City involving class teachers and 46 class V students. Data collection techniques in this research were interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analyzed is in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was obtained from interviews, comments and suggestions from experts. Quantitative data was obtained from expert assessment scores and user questionnaires. The results of the expert validation test get an average value 89.1% category is very good or very suitable for use. Then the response from users in the first trial from a teacher got a percentage of 100% and the assessment from 22 students got an average score of 99.64%. In the second trial, two teachers got a percentage of 100% and the assessment of 46 students got an average score of 96.81%. It can be concluded that monotunal media in learning to write rhymes is suitable for use in learning. Keywords: Media, Writing, Poem.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pendidikan dasar menawarkan peluang besar bagi guru untuk merancang modul ajar yang lebih efektif dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Namun, di Kecamatan Cihideung, Kota Tasikmalaya, banyak guru masih menghadapi kendala dalam penerapan teknologi ini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru SD setempat untuk menyusun modul ajar berbasis AI, dengan target peningkatan kemampuan sebesar 75% dalam keterampilan mendesain modul ajar berdiferensiasi sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Metodologi pelatihan meliputi perencanaan berbasis kebutuhan (needs assessment), pelaksanaan interaktif dengan simulasi langsung, dan evaluasi menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta wawancara mendalam. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pemahaman guru dari 40% menjadi 85%, dengan tingkat penerapan teknologi dalam modul ajar meningkat hingga 70% setelah pelatihan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan activity book berbasis STEAM sebagai media pembelajaran kelas 1 sekolah dasar pada tema “Diriku” serta mengevaluasi kelayakanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development Model ADDIE, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 13 siswa kelas 1 di sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengolah data respon validator maupun pengguna dengan menggunakan rating scale dengan skala 5, kemudian dikonversi menjadi data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi ahli menunjukan media activity book berbasis STEAM layak digunakan. Selain itu hasil persepsi peserta didik terhadap media ini menunjukan nilai yang tinggi.Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa activity book berbasis STEAM yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pendukung dalam pembelajaran tema “Diriku” pada jenjang kelas 1 SD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is one of the important components in the process of teaching and learning activities. In the current new normal era, teachers are required to make changes from conventional learning to digital learning. However, the reality on the ground shows that teachers are not prepared to learn media according to the needs of students. The learning media used by the teacher is still in the form of images and text only. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in making learning media that can meet all the needs of students. This study aims to improve the quality of learning and student participation, and develop interactive PowerPoint media that is suitable for use by elementary school students. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (RD) with the DDD-E development model (Decide, Design, Develop, and Evaluate). Data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. This research was conducted in four elementary schools. The subjects of this study amounted to 84 students of class II on the sub-theme of Caring for Animals Around Me. The research data shows that the percentage of the feasibility level of interactive PowerPoint media according to subject matter experts is 100%, according to learning design experts is 92%, and according to user trial results is 96% with very good qualifications, and according to learning media experts, it is 85% with good qualifications. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that interactive PowerPoint media is appropriate to be used in the learning process for grade II elementary school students.

Abstract

Implementasi media pembelajaran inovatif POPANKA (Power Point, Papan Kata dan Kartu Gambar) pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di kelas IV SDIT Cahaya Permata. Dalam hal ini, dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan pada kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, khususnya terhadap media pembelajaran yang kurang diperhatikan untuk mendukung pemahaman konsep materi bahasa Inggris. Pada proses pembelajaran peneliti mengintegrasikan tiga media tersebut dengan permainan “Marina Menari” yang menjadikan kegiatan pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan dapat bermakna bagi peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Sedangkan, pengumpulan data melalui beberapa tahap meliputi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan pengutipan referensi yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar. Dengan teknis analisis data kualitatif berdasarkan hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan studi lapangan kepada responden yang berjumlah 28 dari 31 peserta didik yang hadir di kelas IV Cahaya Permata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pengimplementasian media pembelajaran yang inovatif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology has exerted a profound influence on education. Concurrently with the evolving times and the era of globalization, marked by the rapid proliferation of products and the utilization of information technology, one such manifestation is the creation of learning media through the utilization of the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application, which constitutes a digital book—a virtual presentation of educational materials. This application transforms the appearance of PDF files into an engaging format resembling a conventional book. The research's objective is to develop Indonesian language learning media in Primary Schools, with the aim of enhancing the quality of education to captivate student interest in learning. Data collection was carried out through observation. The research methodology employed belongs to the category of research and development (RD). The research procedure adopts the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The findings of the research affirm that the Development of Digital Books Using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Application in Indonesian Language Education can serve as an alternative solution to support students' learning in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. By harnessing this audiovisual medium, learning becomes more captivating, communicative, interactive, and significantly influences students' comprehension and learning outcomes. Moreover, students are motivated to cultivate a passion for learning, making it easier for them to grasp the conveyed material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study Implementation of Limited Face-to-face Learning Policy in the New Normal Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic all countries affected by the Covid-19 pandemic are currently adapting so that the pandemic does not have a much worse impact on all aspects of life. People definitely have to adapt to new habits in the order of their activities, not least in the world of education. The Minister of Education through Joint Decision of 4 Ministers lowered the policy on Limited Face-to-face Learning in the New Normal Era. Each education unit has its own challenges in implementing policies regarding education in the era of adapting new habits. This study aims to analyze the policy of Limited Face-to-face Learning Implementation in the New Normal Era at the Ciamis District Elementary School and its implementation. The method used for this research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at the State Elementary School in Ciamis District. The key informant at each school was the Class Teacher who carried out Limited Face-to-face Learning Activities during the New Normal. The research in instruments used were field observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Limited Face-to-face Learning policy in the New Normal era at the State Elementary School in Ciamis District had been successfully implemented, although there were several factors that needed to be improved and re-evaluated. The implementation of the Limited Face-to-face Learning process at public elementary schools in Ciamis District can be carried out through various school policies that are carried out explicitly through the preparation of facilities and infrastructure that must be prepared for limited face-to-face learning and preparing a curriculum for special conditions to facilitate teachers in conducting effective learning.
