Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score model. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. This study aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score model. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample in this study is the financial statements of 3 airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2022 period. The data collection technique used in this study used secondary data. The data analysis technique uses the modified Altman Z-Score method. The results of this study show that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk is in bankruptcy condition in 2016-2021, and in 2022 the company is different in gray area conditions. PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk for seven years, namely in 2016-2022, was in bankruptcy condition. PT Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure Tbk was in bankruptcy condition in 2016-2021, and in 2022 the company was in a gray area condition..

Abstract

The progress of Islamic banking in Indonesia led to the merger of three Islamic banks, namely Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank BRI Syariah became PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia. Financial performance is expected to improve compared to before, indicating the success of the merger. This study aims to determine the difference in financial performance using a comparative analysis of the profitability ratio of state-owned Islamic banks before the merger in 2019-2020 and after merging into PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. for 2021-2022 by measuring the level of ROA, ROE, and BOPO ratios in each bank. Data collection is used using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using paired T-tests to determine there were significant differences before and after the merger. The results showed that there was a significant increase in each ratio after the merger. This indicates that there is an increase in financial performance after the merger.

Abstract

This Community Service Partner (PKM) is a small micro business of Brick. Knowledge about inventory management in the Brick business is still a fundamental weakness in meeting market demand, so that the price of Brick is relatively determined by the market. The purpose of this service is to motivate Brick business owners to have the knowledge and skills to be able to carry out proper inventory management as a support in developing their business. The method of implementation uses a combination of lecture and practice. Participants consist of Brick business owners in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique of implementing the activity consists of three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that Brick business owners have difficulty managing the inventory of their business due to limited business capital. The finances used in business are still combined with finance for household needs. After the simulation is carried out, the participants can understand inventory management in the business. Furthermore, Brick business owners can know inventory management properly. Knowledge about inventory management is emphasized on Brick business owners because the productive life of Brick is only 5 months in one year, so inventory can be a strategy to increase operating profits. The limitation in this training is that the implementation method has not used mentoring techniques, so that knowledge about inventory management can be implemented in business activities.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide an understanding of technical instructions regarding the implementation of voting and vote counting for the voting organizer group in Blorok Village, Brangsong subdistrict, Kendal district in the 2024 general election. This technical guidance takes place in 2 sessions in one day. In the first session of this technical guidance activity, material was provided regarding preparations before carrying out voting. Then in the second session material was given about the implementation of voting, and in the third session material was given about vote counting and an introduction to the Sirekap application. This technical guidance activity took place in the Blorok Village Hall hall on January 25 2024 with the number of KPPS participants being 56 people. This activity took place in an orderly, safe and smooth manner. Participants can properly understand the technical instructions for voting and counting votes in the 2024 general election by filling in the C-Results form.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect Organizational Commitmen and Ability and the Motivation on Satisfaction and Performance Of Education and Training Agency’s employees and aims to 1) identify and analyze the direct effect of organizational commitmen, ability and motivation of the Education and Training Agency’s employees of Tarakan City ; 2) identify and analyze the direct effect of organizational commitmen, ability, motivation and job satisfaction with the performance of the Education and Training Agency’s employees of Tarakan City ; 3) identify and analyze the indirect influence of organizational commitmen, ability and motivation of the performance through job satisfaction of the Education and Training Agency’s employees of Tarakan City ;The method used descriptive and explanatory survey to employees who work in Education and Training Agency of Tarakan City. The draft questionnaire has been prepared in advance, then distributed to a sample of the population of physicians in the Education and Training Agency of Tarakan City number 46. This study uses analysis tools such as path analysis is done through the help of IBM software SPSS 21 and previously was based on the results of recapitulation of the answers of all respondents.The results showed that there is a direct effect organizational commitmen, ability and motivation to job satisfaction. There is a direct effect of organizational commitmen, ability, motivation and job satisfaction with the performance. There is the indirect effect of organizational commitmen, ability and motivation on the performance through job satisfaction of the Education and Training Agency’s employees of Tarakan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to: (1) improve the knowledge and skills of the farmers relating to: (a) technical aspects and socio-economic aspects of geomembrane technology; (b) Management of salt farming with the development of geomembrane technology (2) knowing the response of salt farmers regarding geomembrane technology (3) establishing relationships between universities and the community. Implementation of activities carried out using the andragogy method through counseling and demonstrations to the target group. The results of the activity show that: (1) this activity has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of salt farmers especially relating to: (a) technical aspects and socioeconomic aspects especially related to improving the community's economy, especially salt farmers through the development of geomembrane technology; (b) Management of salt farming using geomembrane technology shows good results, is healthy and environmentally friendly; (c) group management ability in efforts to take advantage of existing potential is good; (2) The response of salt farmers to extension activities is quite high; (3) This activity has increased communication between tertiary institutions, especially UNRAM, and the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the influence of work discipline and work facilities on employee performance. The independent variables in this study were work discipline and work facilities. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The population in this study is 84 employees at the Central Mamuju Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency office, consisting of 12 ASN employees and 72 contract employees. The sample determination method used in this study is total sampling, which is a method of taking the entire population as a sample. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, namely the entire population of 84 employees The analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis method using Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how leadership style and organizational culture influence the performance of the management of the Student Activity Unit of the Institute for the Scientific Study of Faithful Students, Makassar State University (UKM LKIMB UNM) for the 2022-2023 period. The total population and sample used was 43 administrators. Data collection was carried out using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique carried out was multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The results of this research show that leadership style partially has a negative and significant influence on management performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on management performance. The leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant influence on management performance.

Abstract

As a source of finance for businesses in the form of firms and a way for the general public to invest, the capital market has become a crucial necessity in the modern economic period. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is where shares are bought and sold on the secondary market. The buying/selling of shares and the transaction settlement process are the two primary steps in the secondary market securities trading system. This article seeks to identify secondary market investment products of Islamic securities case studies and to describe the technique of buying and selling transactions in the secondary market. The descriptive technique, a type of research methodology that was employed in this study.

Abstract

In the world of investment, there is a strong correlation between risk and return. An investor must be aware of the risks that arise and the expected rate of return. The rate represents the risk of betting on a particular stock; if the rate for the stock is marginal, it also represents the risk for the stock. The purpose of the reverse listing is to determine the effect of Stock Prices on Stock Returns. Reverse listing is a type of associative listing that uses a quantitative approach. The data used in the reverse listing is the latest stock price obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in the reverse listing is all companies listed on the LQ 45 Index from January 2022 to December 2022, totaling around 83 companies. The sample of the initial release is based on the criteria that have been set and used by approximately 10 companies.
