Abstract

Abstrak – Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Bontoala, Kecamatan Pallangga, Kabupaten Gowa, dalam menghadapi permasalahan hukum keluarga dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap hak dan kewajiban hukum dalam keluarga, serta minimnya pengetahuan mengenai bentuk-bentuk KDRT dan mekanisme perlindungannya, menjadi latar belakang utama kegiatan ini. Program ini menyasar 35 peserta dari kalangan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dari unsur PKK, kader posyandu, ibu RW dan RT serta masyarakat umum. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan edukasi interaktif tentang hukum keluarga (termasuk UU No. 23 Tahun 2004 tentang PKDRT), sesi tanya jawab, diskusi, penyusunan komitmen aksi serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan dari 45% menjadi 92% setelah pelatihan, serta perubahan perilaku menuju sikap yang lebih proaktif dalam mencari solusi hukum dan membangun solidaritas komunitas. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan memperkuat peran ibu rumah tangga sebagai agen perubahan dalam menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang harmonis dan terbebas dari kekerasan. Keberhasilan ini juga didukung oleh partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan sinergi dengan pemerintah desa.Kata kunci: Ibu Rumah Tangga, Hukum Keluarga, KDRT, Kesadaran Hukum

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan edukasi kepada anggota Dharma Wanita Persatuan UNM melalui pelatihan tentang (1) jenis-jenis modul ajar; (2) tata cara menyusun modul ajar berbasis AI; dan (3) menggunakan berbagai platform AI untuk mengakses modul ajar berbasis digital. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada akhir kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan peserta yang telah mengikuti pelatihan ini cukup memahami tentang cara menggunakan internet secara sehat. Berdasarlan hasil evaluasi yang kami lakukan dengan jalan berdiskusi langsung dengan peserta ternyata 90% telah mengetahui dengan baik tentang cara cara menggunakan dan atau memanfaatkan internet secara sehat. Selanjutnya 10% peserta lainnya belum memahami betul cara cara menggunakan internet secara sehat, karena faktor jaringan yang sering terputus/lambat.Kata kunci: internet, digital

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika relasi antara hukum, politik, dan media dalam pembentukan etika sosial masyarakat Indonesia di era digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode studi pustaka (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara hukum, politik, dan media bersifat interdependen dan berperan penting dalam membentuk etika sosial masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya di era digital yang sarat dengan arus informasi yang cepat dan dinamis. Ketika lembaga hukum mampu menjaga independensi serta integritasnya, hukum berfungsi sebagai pilar keadilan dan penjaga moral publik. Namun, dominasi kepentingan politik dan orientasi kekuasaan sering kali menggeser fungsi hukum menjadi alat legitimasi politik, sedangkan media yang kehilangan profesionalisme dan objektivitas memperburuk distorsi terhadap nilai-nilai etika sosial. Di sisi lain, perkembangan media digital mempercepat penyebaran informasi, tetapi juga memicu polarisasi, disinformasi, dan erosi kepercayaan terhadap institusi hukum maupun politik. Dalam konteks tersebut, penguatan etika sosial hanya dapat diwujudkan melalui sinergi antara hukum yang berkeadilan, politik yang bermoral, dan media yang independen serta bertanggung jawab. Sinergi ini menjadi fondasi penting bagi terbentuknya tatanan masyarakat yang transparan, berintegritas, dan berkeadaban dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.Kata Kunci: Etika sosial, hukum, politik, media, masyarakat

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) menganalisis proses perencanaan dalam pengelolaan dana desa, (2) menganalisis proses pelaksanaan program dana desa, (3) menganalisis pertanggungjawaban pemerintah desa atas pengelolaan dana desa yang telah dilaksanakan, (4) menganalisis evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa terhadap pengelolaan dana desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan kepala desa, sekretaris, bendahara, dan anggota masyarakat sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proses perencanaan dimulai dengan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa (Musrenbang) yang melibatkan semua elemen masyarakat, dan hasilnya dirumuskan menjadi Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa (RKPDes). (2) Pelaksanaan program dana desa dilakukan melalui tim swakelola masyarakat yang bekerja sama dengan pemerintah desa, dengan pengawasan ketat dari Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dan tokoh masyarakat. (3) Pertanggungjawaban atas pengelolaan dana desa dilakukan melalui laporan keuangan yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat dan rapat keterangan publik yang diadakan setiap tahun. (4) Evaluasi terhadap pengelolaan dana desa dilakukan secara berkala, dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses penilaian untuk memastikan bahwa program yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Pemerintah Desa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze policies and their impacts in the mining area of North Konawe Regency, as well as examine the implications of mining policies and provide solutions for communities in the mining area of North Konawe Regency. This is a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using triangulation methods and reduced until the data obtained was saturated and valid. The results of this study indicate that: (a) policy implementation, namely communication, resources, information and authority, disposition and bureaucratic structure, has been carried out by policy implementing agents. The communication process is carried out in a tripartite manner, and government authority is no longer in the regions since the enactment of Law No. 3 of 2020 concerning mining, so that local governments only supervise and control the media when conflicts occur. (b) the impact of government policies on the socio-economic conditions of the community has not had a significant impact. The existence of mining has not provided sufficient space to promote community welfare at a macro level, with challenges including ineffective implementation in the field, social conflict, and the impact of environmental damage.

Abstract

The home care program is a public health policy initiative designed to improve access to and the quality of primary health care services at the community health center level. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the home care program in terms of input, process, and output aspects at the Tobadak Public Health Center, Mamuju Tengah Regency. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that, in the input aspect, facilities, infrastructure, and program funding are relatively adequate; however, human resource capacity, particularly the number of health workers and task distribution, remains suboptimal. In the process aspect, home care services have generally been implemented in accordance with established procedures, although challenges related to scheduling and coordination among implementers persist. In terms of output, the home care program provides tangible benefits for the community by improving access to health services and increasing user satisfaction. Therefore, the implementation of the home care program is considered effective; however, strengthening human resource management and public service governance is necessary to ensure more optimal and sustainable policy implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzei and comparei thei quality of public seirviceis provideid to thei indigeinous peioplei of Ammatoa Kajang and non-indigeinous communitieis in Kajang District, Bulukumba Reigeincy, as weill as ideintify thei factors that causei seirvicei diffeireinceis and seirvicei strateigieis that arei in accordancei with local cultural valueis. A qualitativei approach is useid to undeirstand thei pheinomeinon of seirvicei in a socio-cultural conteixt through in-deipth inteirvieiws, obseirvations, and documeintation. Data analysis is carrieid out through data reiduction, data preiseintation, and conclusion drawing using thei theiory of Agung Kurniawan (2005) as an analytical basis, which eimphasizeis acceissibility, social justicei, and eimpoweirmeint as thei main dimeinsions of public services. The results of the study show that in the accessibility dimension there is a dual service system, namely digital services for non-indigenous people and face-to-face manual services for the indigenous people of Ammatoa Kajang. Indigenous peoples' access is still limited due to geographical conditions, limited administrative literacy, and customary prohibitions on the use of technology. In the dimension of social justice, the government has shown efforts to adapt to local values, but has not been fully able to provide equal service procedures for both groups of people. In the empowerment dimension, indigenous peoples still depend on indigenous leaders as a source of social legitimacy and service decision-making. The SWOT analysis shows that the strength of public services lies in social legitimacy and harmonious cultural communication beitweiein thei goveirnmeint and customary institutions. Weiakneisseis arisei in deipeindeincei on ceirtain figureis and low administrativei undeirstanding of indigeinous communitieis. Opportunitieis arei streingtheineid through Reigional Reigulation No. 14 of 2013 and Reigional Reigulation No. 9 of 2015, whilei thei main threiat comeis from thei poteintial clash beitweiein administrativei modeirnization and the philosophy of Kamase-masea that rejects technology. The government has implemented hybrid and affirmative services, but the implementation is not optimal, so a humanistic approach is needed that places the community as partners so that public services are more empathetic, adaptive, and in harmony with local cultural values.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of gamification in Pancasila Education at the senior high school level within a resource-constrained learning environment. It aims to analyze the design and implementation of gamification, identify challenges encountered during its application, and formulate optimization strategies to enhance student engagement and participation. Using a qualitative descriptive case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving one Pancasila Education teacher and eight eleventh-grade students at a public senior high school in West Sinjai Regency. Data were analyzed using an interactive thematic analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that gamification was implemented through structured stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation, incorporating game elements such as points, levels, challenges, badges, and leaderboards via digital platforms including Kahoot, ZepQuiz, Wordwall, and Bamboozle. The application of gamification enhanced student engagement across behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and social dimensions. However, several challenges emerged, including unstable internet connectivity, limited digital devices, uneven student digital literacy, and learner anxiety related to individual competition. To address these issues, teachers adapted instructional designs by employing group-based leaderboards, hybrid online–offline learning activities, and peer-assisted learning strategies. This study demonstrates that gamification can serve as an effective pedagogical approach in Pancasila Education when supported by adaptive instructional design and contextual sensitivity. The originality of this research lies in its evidence that gamification can be meaningfully implemented in value-based subjects within digitally limited school contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Implementasi pelaksanaan kewenangan lembaga BPK Perwakilan  Sulawesi Selatan dalam pemeriksaan keuangan daerah di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. 2). Kendala di lapangan yang dihadapi BPK Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan dalam pemeriksaan keuangan daerah di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertempat di BPK RI Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi kewenangan BPK RI Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan dalam Pemeriksaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sudah sesuai dengan standar pemeriksaan yang ditetapkan di dalam Peraturan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia No. 01 Tahun 2007 tentang Standar Pemeriksaan Keuangan Negara. 2) Kendala di Lapangan yang Dihadapi BPK Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan dalam Pemeriksaan Keuangan Daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan diantaranya yakni; (1) jumlah personil dan terbatasnya waktu, (2) faktor demografis, (3) agama mayoritas, (4) adat istiadat setempat, (5) suhu politik, dan (5) ketidak sesuaian antara legislatif dan eksekutif. Kendala ini tidak bersifat terus-menerus tergantung dari entitas yang di periksa. Kata Kunci: Kewenangan BPK, Pemeriksaan Keuangan Daerah  ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine: 1) Implementation of the implementation of the authority of BPK Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan in the examination of regional finances in the province of South Sulawesi. 2). Constraints in the field faced by BPK Representatives of South Sulawesi in the examination of regional finances in the province of South Sulawesi. This research uses qualitative approach. This research took place at BPK RI South Sulawesi Representative. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study are interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the research indicate that: 1) Implementation of BPK RI authority South Sulawesi Representative in Regional Financial Audit of South Sulawesi Province is in accordance with inspection standard as stipulated in Regulation of Supreme Audit Board of Republic of Indonesia no. 01 of 2007 on State Auditing Standards. 2) Obstacles in the Field Facing BPK South Sulawesi Representative in Regional Financial Auditing in South Sulawesi Province such as; (1) demographic factors, (3) majority religion, (4) local customs, (5) political temperature, and (5) incompatibility between the legislature and the executive.
