Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted as extracurricular activities motivated by the forces of the flag raisers aimed at forming attitudes of students due to the low nationalism nationalistic attitudes among students. The problems of this study was the effect of extracurricular activities troop flag raisers nationalism in shaping attitudes of students in SMP 12 Pekanbaru. As for the population and sample in this research that students who take paskibra extracurricular activities are 30 people with a sampling technique that technique saturated samples (total sampling). And Data collected through observations, questionnaires and interviews and technical literature. In analyzing the data using simple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that there are significant extracurricular activities troop flag raisers in shaping the attitudes of nationalism students in SMP 12 Pekanbaru, this is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained F count = 9.753 and the value F table = 4 , 20 were obtained from the study of the distribution list F table with N = 30, at significance level of 5%, F count larger than F table or 9.753> 4.20 then Ho is rejected and Ha received significant meaning, there are significant extracurricular activities troop flag raisers in shaping students' attitudesnationalism in the State smp 12 pekanbaru.Keywords: Extracurricular Paskibra, Attitude NationalismRizka Fauziah¹, Sri Erlinda², Gimin³ Program Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study INFLUENCE OF FORCES EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIESFLAG RAISERS

Abstract

Abstract: This research is conducted by low learning result of students of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Whether the learning model of stepping stone can affect the learning outcomes of Civics students of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru." This study aims to determine the existing learning model in Batu Loncatan to the results of learning PKN students class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru in January 2018 until May 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive research which become source in this research that is student / student of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was given 'Random Sampling' technique. Where the class is sampled is the students of class VII.2 (experimental class) which is given learning model of stepping stone, and class VII.3 (control class) are students using conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and test "t". Based on the result of research indicate that there are student learning result using learning model of stepping stone and conventional method at SMPN 38 Pekanbaru, t_ (count)> t_ (table) (7,38> 2,00). Where there is average knowledge Learning outcomes of Cn class of experiment from 64 to 80,33 and average of result of learning of Cn class of control from 39,83 to 54,16. Thus the hypothesis which reads the limitations of the learning model of stepping stone to the students' learning outcomes at SMPN 38 Pekanbaru, is acceptable.Keywords: Stepping Stone, Results

The observation author in class seventh at Junior High School PublicThree Koto Tuo XIII Sub Districts, Koto Kampar Districts encountered facts orphenomena especially on the lessons Civic Education that of 36 people studentclass seventh at Junior High School Public Three Koto Tuo XIII Sub Districts,Koto Kampar Districts only the results learn obtained students not optimal, it isseen from the test result, students results learn is still at an average grade class56,67 or still below the value KKM which has been established that 70. Abstract

Abstract: One manifestation of political consciousness is political participation in the election of the mayor. Political participation based on political consciousness will encourage people to exercise their right to vote rationally and in accordance with the aspirations of the people. But in reality, the level of voter participation in the election mayor of Pekanbaru in 2017 is still lacking. Percentage of voters' participation in sub district Tenayan Raya only reached 43.72%, which means there are still many voters who did not participate that reached 56.28%. This study aims to explain the effect of political awareness on political participation. This study uses quantitative descriptive by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents in four urban villages in Tenayan Raya sub district, then the data is analyzed by using logistic regression. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between political awareness on political participation because the value of p value Chi-Square 13,105 > Chi-Square table 3,841. In the Pseudo R Square table of 16.4% political awareness contribution to political participation, in other words 83.6% other factors from outside the model that explain the dependent variable. Based on the analysis of political awareness data of Tenayan Raya sub-district is low down to 68%, while the political participation of Tenayan Raya community in the election of mayor of Pekanbaru is also categorized as low by 94%.Keywords: Political Awareness, Political Participation

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes of PPKn at SMPN 1 Pusako. The formulation of the problem in this study is "is there any influence of the use of Market learning models on learning outcomes whether students in class VIII SMPN 1 Pusako?". This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Crossword Puzzle learning models in improving the learning outcomes of PPKn grade VIII SMPN 1 Pusako. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Pusako in August 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that was experimental. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 1 Pusako. The sample in this study was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. where the classes taken into the sample were students of class VIII.2 (experimental class) who were given a market learning model, and class VIII.3 (control class) were students who were given conventional methods. Then the data were analyzed using homogeneity test and "t" test. The subject matter that is applied is the "Norms and Justice". Based on the results of the study indicate that there is an influence of learning outcomes between students who use Market models and conventional methods in SMPN 1 Pusako this can be seen from the results (>). Thus there is an effect of the use of Market learning models on student learning outcomes VIII. The magnitude of the effect after being calculated with a gain test shows the market learning model gives an effect on learning outcomes of 0,40 in the medium category. Where there was an increase in the average learning outcomes of the experimental class to 79,25 and the average increase in the learning outcomes of the control class was 54,07.Key Words : Market, Learning Outcomes

Abstract: This research is motivated by the issuance a Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The formulation of the problems in this research is how perception of PPKn students Universitas Riau towards the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The purpose of this research is to find out perception of PPKn students Universitas Riau towards the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The research method is descriptive quantitative. Based on the result of the research, it is found that the result of the calculation of respondents who answered “Agree” amounted to 71.5% where this range is in “Good” with a presence of 66.67% – 100%. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the benefits of PPKn video tutorials (the topic the effect of advancements in science and technology on the Republic of Indonesia), particularly in supporting online learning activities during the current coronavirus pandemic. The wording of the problem in this study this how PPKn benefits video tutorias (the topic in the influence of scientific and technological progress on the Republic of Indonesia) from class XII students of SMKN Pertanian Terpadu Riau Province. This Study aims to determine the benefits of PPKn video tutorials (the topic of the influence of scientific and technological progress on NKRI) in class XII student of SMKN Pertanian Terpadu Riau Province.The advantage of this research is that it can be used as a reference source for schools and subject teachers, in particular by enhancing creativityin the teaching throgh video tutorials. In this study, the writer will present the data resulting from the research conducted by the writer at the research site, which is being conducted at SMKN Pertanian Terpadu, Riau province on Jl. Kaharudin Nasution, KM. 10 Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict Maharatu Village RT/RW 03/02 poscode 282824. This study was conducted in September-December 2020. This study used techniques for collecting interview data, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, the population was 456 students, so the authors took a sample of 20% of the total population. Thus, the number of samples in this study was 91 students as respondents who completed the author's research questionnaire using the Proportional Random Sampling technique using the Suharsimi Arikunto formula. The results of this research have been analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques that aim to gain an overview of the respondents' answers to the research variables used. Based on the results of the study, the results of the mean presentation value of the alternative answers for the dominant respondents were determined to be 79.89%, with range ii being in the category 'Very useful' with presence in the range from 50.01-75%. Therefore, the analysis of the benefits of the PPKn instructional video (the topic of the influence of scientific and technological progress on the Republic of Indonesia) of class XII students of Riau Province Integrated Agriculture Vocational High School is very helpful.Key Words: Video Tutorial

Abstract: This research motivated by makan bajamba culture in local society ofKecamatan Tilatang Kamang that is a tradition of Kecamatan Tilatang Kamangcommunity pride. This activity is rich in religious,moral and cultural values. But thisculture have a lot of changes not only in the procedure but also in devotees. Theformulation of the problem in this research is now to makan bajamba now a days inKecamatan Tilatang Kamang society and how sosial care foward makan bajamba inKecamatan Tilatang. The purpose of this research is to know anthusiasm society fowardmakan bajamba culture in Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang society. Data collectiontechniques in this research is observation ,interview and documentation. Respondent ofthis research totaled six people. That is a Datuak,a angku,a bundo kanduang,amandeh,a village child,a young man of Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang. The technicalanalysis in this study use qualitative. The results of this study are change in almostmakan bajamba culture. And also in devotees decreased. There are two factor that isexternal factor andinternal factor. Abstract

Abstract: This research is done to know about the performance of regional sons and the factors that affect to the performance of regional sons as DPRD members Karimun district, period 2014 - 2019. anguage problem formulation in this research is to know the performance of regional sons and the factors that affect of their performance as DPRD members in Karimun district, period 2014-2019. The benefit of this research is became reference for society to determine the demeanor of politic in the next general election. This research has done in April-July 2020. The samples in this research are 100 respondents that chosen by purposive sampling. The data was gotten by ditributed the questionnare, interview and documentation.The researcher was used quantitative descriptive methode to analyse the data.Based on the result of respondents recapulation, the overall is 64.41 % which the interval 61 % - 80 % are in well catehory. The almost of respondents answered that the factors that affect the regional sons performance is lack of communication between the regional sons and society.Key Words: Regional Sons, DPRD

Abstract

Abstract: Community Mine districts still receive less attention from the government led by Jeffery Noer, consequently making the various elements of society disappointed over his leadership. So that the public is entitled to view or perception of how the type of leadership a leader, also gives the perception of how the leadership qualities of the leader. This study aims to determine the District Public Perception of Leadership Against Mine Jefry Noer As Kampar Regent period of 2011-2016. Sampling technique used purposive sampling techniques and sample area and selected respondents were people aged over 20 years and above, as many as 170 people. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires and technical literature. Analasis data using a combination of research methods (Mixing reasearch) The results of research show that public perception of the mining districts Jefry Noer's leadership as Kampar Regent period 2011-2016 from the aspect of the type of leadership is an autocratic leader as much as 67.4%. Under the leadership traits as Kampar Regent  Jefry Noer has properties that are less good leader because the mnjawab "less Agree" as much as 66.9%. Then it can be concluded that the public perception of the mining districts Jefry Noer’s leadership as Kampar Regent 2011-2016 period that is less good. Keywords: Perception; community; leadership
