Abstract

Abstrack: University of Riau students who were in the media spotlight both nationally and regionally due to the movement of students who demonstrated. Seen some of the Government's strategic buildings become places where students convey their aspirations. But the accusation is that the student movement is a practical political movement, selling idealism, and agents of certain political parties. So the author wants to analyze how the characteristics and driving factors of the University of Riau student movement. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The research instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of 31 and interviews. Data analysis techniques using the formula P = f / Nx100% to find out the percentage of answers from respondents. Based on the results of the study that the movements of the University of Riau students have the following characteristics, (1). Spontaneous, (2). Non structural pattern, (3). Not a political agent. (4). Has a wide network. (5). The student movement is under the direction of a long-term organization. (6). The student movement aims to influence and suppress government policies and make political changes, (7). The student movement is carried out with full awareness. (8). The student movement does not form official institutions such as political parties, but rather embodies the collective movement. (9). The student movement has ideology. (10). In holding a collective action the student movement displays strategic issues in the means of mass mobilizing and streamlining the action. (11). The student movement is anti-violence. While the driving factors of the Riau university student movement consist of: (1). Moving students is born by conditions that provide opportunities for the movement. (2). The student movement arises because of dissatisfaction and reaction to social, political, economic, and clogged channels of democracy. (3). Students move because there is no respect for local norms. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low motivasion of students in classVIII learning at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this researchis” whether there is an effect of the application of the Poster Comment learning model on the motivation to learn PKn grade VIII student of SMPN 8 Pekanbar”. This study aims “ to determine the effect of the implementation of the Poster Comment learning model on the learning motivation of PKn students in class VIII of SMPN 8 Pekanbaru”. This research was conducted at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru on July 29 to Agust 23, 2019. This research is a quantitative research that is experimental. The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMPN 8 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken based on a “ random sampling” technique. The sample class is students of class VIII 7 ( experimental class) which is given a Poster Comment learning model, and class VIII 8(control class) is student who are given conventional methods. Data analysis using homogeneity test and “t” test. Based on the results of the study showed that there is an influence of learning motivation between students using Poster Comment learning models and conventional methods at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru ( tcount= 9,25> ttable= 1,66). Where there is an increase in the average score of motivation in the learning of PKn in the experimental class from 21,34 to 22,16 and the average motivation to learn civics from the control class from 19,95 to 20,46. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of the use of the Poster Comment learning model on the learning motivation of civics students at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru, can be accepted.Key Words: Poster Comment, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated problems of implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2012 on Service Fees Waste / Hygiene where the amount of garbage strewn on the roadside, waste transportation process is not routinely done, and people who do not pay the levy cleanliness. The research problems are "How Pekanbaru Implementation Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2012 on retribution service fees Waste / Hygiene In New Simpang village". This study aims to determine how the implementation of Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation No. 10 Year 2012 on Waste Services retribution / Hygiene In the village new intersection Handsome District of the city of Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 40 people. Data collection techniques are interview techniques, technical documentation, and technical questionnaires. The results of research by the author get, shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2012 on Service Fees Waste / Hygiene In the village of Simpang Baru subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru City Public opinion showed acquisition of the percentage of the choice of answers yes by 44% and the choice of answers not by 56% and opinions village, district and janitor shows the percentage gain on the choice of yes answers 52% and 48% did not answer. So Implementation Regional regulations No. 10 Year 2012 on waste levy of service / cleanliness in the village of Simpang Baru subdistrict handsome city of Pekanbaru by the overall respondents "Less Done" for the category that is done by 48% and by 52% in the category of less accomplished.So it concluded that the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2012 on Service Fees Waste / Hygiene In Simpang New Village District of Pekanbaru City Tampan public opinion and the district, village and the officer is Done.Keywords: Implementation of regional regulations, levies, waste services / cleanliness

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the low motivation to learn civics student at SMPN 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan. The problem of pene; otian is: "is there a difference motivation to learn civics that using the conventional method socrates seminar at SMPN 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan?". This study aims to determine the difference motivation to learn civics students who use the conventional method socrates seminar in SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan.Penelitian District was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan in January 2015. This study is a descriptive research into population kuantitatifyang in this research is class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan. The sample in this study was based technique of "purposive sampling".Where take classes in the sample is VIII A (control group) students were given a lecture, and class VIII B (grade Experiment ) students were given a seminar Socratic method and then the data analysis using the homogeneity test and test "t". Research conducted found that there are differences in student motivation anatara Socratic seminars methods and conventional methods in SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan (t = 8.8 > table = 1.67). Where there is an average increase motivation to learn civics class control of 23.25 into 24.96 and an average increase motivation to learn civics class experiment of 23.12 to 30.25. Thus the hypothesis which says there is a difference motivation to learn civics that using the conventional method socrates seminar at SMPN 1 Base Dimples acceptable PelalawanKeywords: Motivation Learning, Socratic Seminar

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the lack of student motivation toward particular subjects Civic Education in SMPN 1 Lubuk Dalam. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "How does the application of learning media snake ladder on motivation to learn civics class VIII SMPN 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak?". This study aims to determine students' motivation to learn civics class VIII SMPN 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak after learning media snakes. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak in May 2015. This research is descriptive quantitative population in this research is class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak. Sampling was done by the technique of "purposive sampling". Where classes are taken into the sample is class VIII B (experimental class) is treated by using instructional media snake ladder and VIII D (control group) were treated with lecture, then the data analysis using the homogeneity test, test "t" and Test influence. Based on the results of the study showed that there is influence students' motivation to use snake ladder and lecturing in SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak (t = 10.15> table = 2.00 with 62% coefficient of influence). Where there is an average increase motivation to learn civics class control of 19.28, become 19,90 in first time, 20,87 second time, into 21.59 in last time and an average increase motivation to learn civics class experiment of 19.93, become 24,75 in first time, 26,09 in second time, into 26.97 in last time. Means the hypothesis which says the use of instructional media snake ladder effect Motivation Learning Civic Education class VIII student at SMPN 1 Lubuk Dalam Siak accepted.Keywords: Media Education Snakes and Ladders, Motivation.

Abstract

Absract : This research was conducted as motivated by yet progressed to the fullest role Nagari Galugua Consultative Body. In this case as an important instrument Nagari role Consultative Body which duties and functions as a legislative body villages as stipulated in the legislation. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the role of consultative bodies Nagari Galugua District of Kota Kapur IX Limapuluh? and this study aims to determine the role of consultative bodies Nagari Galugua Limapuluh District of Kota Kapur IX. As for the population in this study is villagers' Galugua 1,227 people, while the sample in this study is the caretaker Consultative Body Nagari of 7 people, the government nagari as many as 10 people and society in this case public figures as many as 25 people and the general public as much as 80 people. A sampling technique that uses purposive sampling technique.Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. In analyzing the data using a combination of methods (Mixed Methods). These results indicate that the role of consultative bodies Nagari Galugua District of Kapur IX Limapuluh based benchmarks by Husaini Usman and Purnomo Setiady Akbar (2011: 146) is the number who answered "very often" and "often" is 48.70% were in the range 26% - 50% or categorized lasted "less good", so that the hypothesis that the role of the District Consultative Body Nagari Galugua Limestone District IX Limapuluhkota good lasts less acceptable.Keywords: Role, Nagari Consultative Body (Bamus)

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted in Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar Subdistrict, Kampar District. This research was motivated by the low level of community participation in the election of the Pulau Tinggi village head for the period 2017-2023. The formulation of the problem in this study is: What was the cause of the community choosing Golongan Putih (White Group) in the election of the Head of Pulau Tinggi Village Period 2017-2023? This study aims to determine the causes of the Golongan Putih (White Group) community in the election of the Head of Pulau Tinggi Village for the period 2017-2023. The population in this study is the Golongan Putih (White Group) community in the election of the Pulau Tinggi Village in the period 2017-2023. The sample in this study amounted to 57 people. Based on the results of the study indicate that there are factors affecting the Golongan Putih community in the election of the head of Pulau Tinggi village for the period 2017-2023. Where there are two factors affecting the abstention community in the election of the head of Pulau Tinggi Village for the period 2017-2023. 1. Apathetic respondent's answer Yes 72.5% while responde answers No 27.5%. 2. Respondent's cynicism Yes 63% while respondent answers No 37%.Keywords : Golongan Putih, Election of Village Heads

Abstract

Abstract:This research is based on the establishment and changing character is not happen by itself. Character is build from the relation with an object, person, group, value, individual relation, group relation, and there are so many possibilities that influence the character in Pacu Jawi culture on Pariangan, the formulation of this research is, is there are nation values in Pacu Jawi culture on Pariangan, Pariangan district Tanah Datar regency? Also, the aim of this research is to know the character nation values in Pacu Jawi culture in Pariangan,  Pariangan district Tanah Datar regency. The population of the research is societies in Pariangan with people whom 18-65 years old, 4.151 souls. Writer takes the Earl Babbie (Prijana, 2005) theory, to takes relevant sample in qualitative research, “sampling is the process selecting”. The selecting process is to get people, situation, activities, and document that writer get from the people who able to express it, or number of population then chose based on the aim and people who relevant to the problem. Based on Earl Babbie, the researcher allowed to takes the sample with purposive sampling technique and researcher takes 70 souls. The data collected from observation, questionnaire, interview, and library technique. The data analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research show that there are character nation values in Pacu Jawi culture on Pariangan, Pariangan district Tanah Datar. The values contained in the culture ox runway are : Value of religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, independent, democratic, national spirit, friendly, peace-loving, caring enviroment, social care, responsibility. So the hypothesis that there is nation of character values in  Culture Pacu Jawi in Nagari Pariangan Pariangan District of Tanah Datar. Keywords: nation character, culture, pacu jawi

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low motivation to learn PPKn class X students at SMAN 1 Tualang, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study was: "How does the influence of the use of Guess the Learning model of Learning Motivation for PPKn Class X Students in SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency?". This study aims "to determine the effect of the use of Guess the Learning model of Learning in the Learning Motivation of Class X Students in SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency". This research is a quantitative research that is experimental. The population in this study was class X students at SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency. The sample in this study was taken based on the "Random Sampling" technique. Where classes taken as samples are students of Class X Natural Science 8 (experimental class) who are given a Guess the Learning model and class X IPS 1 (control class) are students who are given the conventional method. Then the data analysis using homogeneity test, t-test and gain test. Based on the results of the study showed that there is an influence of learning motivation between students who use the Guess Learning model with conventional learning in SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency can be seen from the results (tcount = 29.50> ttable = 3.99). Where there is an increase in the average motivation to learn PPKn in the experimental class from 22.88 to 32.54 while the average motivation to learn PPKn in the control class from 25.32 to 25.61. With an average gain of 0.56 included in the category of "medium" Thus there is an influence of PPKn learning motivation using the Guess Learning with conventional learning model at SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency.Key Words: Predition Guide, Learning Motivation

Abstract: The study aims to know the role of stakeholders the custom in the village and the factors that cause a shift in the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi. "The population in this study is the village of Banjar Benai the 3767 with 973 the head of the family are scattered in 7 villages with a sample of 97 families. The instrument collection of data and questionnaire consisting of 26 questions and interview, then the data are analyzed with descriptive of a qualitative through a percentage . from the percentage of the answers of respondents obtained answers about the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi in the category of yes with a percentage of 75,3%, and respondents who answered did not is 24,7 %. the role of holders of the shift is in terms of divorce, the forest land, livestock, field, civil case and criminal . regarding the causes of the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi in the category of yes with a percentage of 44% and respondents who answered did not is 56%, you know the cause of the role of stakeholders the custom in the village in the village of Banjar Benai the district Benai of Kuantan Singingi of factors: contact with other cultures, the influence of other cultures, public dissatisfaction to the field of certain areas, formal systems of education world, people are heterogeneous, the desire to move forward, increasing the population, tolerance of the action deviated (deviation), which is not an offense, the discovery of the discovery of new and open society (open stratification).Keywords: The Role Of Traditional Authorities
