Abstract

Aplikasi Brimo dari Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) menjadi salah satu platform utama interaksi nasabah dengan layanan perbankan. Analisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi ini pentring untuk memahami pendapat dan menaikkan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Naïve bayes dengan menerapkan model Smote (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) untuk menangani ketidakseimbangan kelas antara kelas positif dan negatif dalam data ulasan pengguna. Dataset yang di peroleh mencapai 1.000 ulasan Play store yang di proses melalui tahap pengumpulan, pra-pemrosesan teks, dan evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix. penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SMOTE secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja model, dengan recall untuk sentimen negatif meningkat dari 0,55 menjadi 0,87 dan F1-score dari 0,71 menjadi 0,84. Akurasi model juga naik dari 93% menjadi 95%, dengan pengurangan False Negatives. Temuan ini membuktikan efektivitas SMOTE dalam meningkatkan akurasi dan representasi model untuk memahami opini pengguna BRImo secara lebih baik.

Abstract

 Kemajuan teknologi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pendidikan, termasuk di SMAN 1 Dukupuntang, Kabupaten Cirebon, yang menghadapi masalah kejenuhan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa dalam Biologi, Fisika, Kimia, dan Matematika. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), aplikasi AR ini berhasil mengurangi kejenuhan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Pada tahap analisis, observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan kebutuhan siswa akan metode belajar yang lebih menarik. Desain aplikasi mencakup skenario petualangan dengan visualisasi 3D, mempermudah pemahaman konsep abstrak seperti struktur atom. Implementasi di kelas menggunakan marker-based tracking untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan minat belajar dari 61% menjadi 90% setelah menggunakan aplikasi. Umpan balik siswa dan guru menyatakan aplikasi ini memenuhi kebutuhan media belajar inovatif, meskipun ada tantangan perangkat dan koneksi internet. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan bahwa AR efektif meningkatkan interaktivitas pembelajaran, menciptakan pengalaman belajar menyenangkan dan relevan, serta memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan lebih luas guna mendukung proses belajar yang inovatif di sekolah.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis investigates the optimization of linear regression for big data estimation, focusing on publication trends, citation metrics, geographic distribution, and research innovations from 2013 to 2024. The publication trend analysis reveals a significant increase in research on linear regression optimization, peaking in 2023, followed by a decline in 2024. Citation analysis shows that although this topic is relatively new, it has gained increasing scientific recognition, indicating its growing relevance. The geographic distribution highlights China, the United States, and the United Kingdom as the leading contributors to research on linear regression optimization for big data. Key innovations in this field include the application of quantum algorithms and advanced optimization techniques, which have significantly improved computational efficiency and the accuracy of linear regression models in handling large and complex datasets. These findings underscore that linear regression optimization will continue to evolve and make important contributions to big data analytics.

Abstract

In today's digital age, social media plays an important role in various aspects of life, including education. This research explores the use of Instagram as a learning tool to improve English speaking skills. Through bibliometric analysis, this study identifies previous research trends and evaluates the effectiveness of Instagram-based learning methods. It also reviews existing literature to understand how Instagram has been used in language learning contexts, as well as identifying existing research gaps. The results show that the use of Instagram in English language learning can increase student motivation and participation. Interaction through video, story and dialog-based content on Instagram proved effective in improving speaking skills. The study also found that the use of project-based tasks on Instagram can help students in developing their confidence and speaking ability. In addition, this study highlights the importance of structured guidance and feedback in maximizing the benefits of learning through Instagram. This research makes a novel contribution to the literature by offering a more in-depth approach to the use of Instagram in English language learning. By exploring effective learning strategies and their impact on students' speaking skills, this study explores the role of Instagram in English language learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam konsumsi media berita. Koran digital semakin diminati karena aksesibilitas yang lebih baik, biaya lebih rendah, dan fleksibilitas penggunaannya. Hal ini menyebabkan penurunan minat baca surat kabar cetak yang sebelumnya menjadi sumber informasi utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh koran digital terhadap minat baca surat kabar cetak, dengan fokus pada masyarakat Desa Ciperna, Kecamatan Talun, Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara, dengan variabel independen meliputi aksesibilitas, harga, dan kemudahan penggunaan koran digital, serta variabel dependen minat baca surat kabar cetak. Model regresi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 84,1% (R-squared 0,841), yang mengindikasikan model ini dapat menjelaskan 84,1% variabilitas minat baca berdasarkan variabel independen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas dan harga koran digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan minat baca surat kabar cetak, sementara kemudahan penggunaan tidak signifikan. Aksesibilitas menjadi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi peralihan preferensi masyarakat ke media digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adaptasi industri surat kabar cetak terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya, serta pentingnya inovasi untuk menarik minat pembaca.

Abstract

Introduction: The government has the responsibility of determining national education quality policies and standards and has a role to evaluate the implementation of education in the framework of national education quality control. One way to evaluate the standards of primary and secondary education nationally is the results of the achievement of the National Examination (UN). The quality of students in learning in schools has a lot of diversity this makes students have different levels of understanding this can be seen from the variety of school test scores obtained, this needs to be a concern for the school, especially teachers. One of them is by forming an effective study group so that every student has the opportunity to excel. To find out how to cluster the quality of Astanajapura State High School education based on the results of school test scores. Method: Research conducted using machine learning with K-Means algorithm with sample datasets or secondary data from State High School 1 Astanajapura Class XII which will be used as the material of this study. Results: The results in this study get a cluster of students, namely students are very prestigious, prestigious and less prestigious. The clustering obtained in this study k = 4 is that there are 145 students categorized into cluster 0 with a DBi value of 0.763. The evaluation results of the K-Means algorithm resulted in a cluster with excellent and good grades, the results of this study can be used as a guideline for teaching teachers in decision making on the formation of student learning groups in Class XII. Discussion: The use of the K-Means method to group is one of the appropriate methods when viewed from the variables to be used, namely school test scores

Abstract

Abstract Smkn 1 Mundu Cirebon Sailor Skills Training is the only training organizer who is in vocational high school that can conduct BST (Basic Safety Training) training for sailors of IMO (International Maritime Organization) standards. This research aims to identify the origin of the participants of the training, to apply when the time of the training is held, to find out the needs of the certificate of the participants of the training. This research sample was obtained from the data sheet of Smkn 1 Mundu Cirebon Sailor Skills Training where everyone who will work at sea must have a BST (Basic Safety Training) certificate. The research method done by machine learning using the K-Means Algorithm is the simplest and most common clustering method. This is because K-Means has the ability to group large amounts of data with relatively fast and efficient computing times. With the research can be useful for the Institute of Seafaring Skills Training SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon So that it can be to identify the Origin of The Training Participants from the cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka, Kuningan, Brebes, Tegal Pemalang, Purwokerto which dominates the participants of the training, as well as the implementation of the most widely carried out training in the period of August, September and December after students are declared first of school and most certificates are taken to work abroad especially on fishing vessels, commercial vessels and cruise ships as well as at offshore drilling refineries. The result of the application of this k-means clustering algorithm results in k = 3 with DBi = 0.547 model clusters produced cluster 0 = 465 items, cluster 1 = 608 items and cluster 2 = 462 items Keywords of at least 3-5 keywords: Sailor Skills Training, BST (Basic Safety Training), K-Means Algorithm

Abstract

ABSTRACT COVID-19 is a contagious disease characterized by respiratory symptoms. This virus has a higher rate of spread or transmission than the previous variant of the virus. The mapping of the area of COVID-19 spread carried out by the government has not been optimally adhered to by the community. High community activity (mobility) is one of the causes of the spread of COVID-19. People are still traveling (mobility) in areas of high COVID-19 spread. The public needs a lot of additional information about mapping the spread of COVID-19. The grouping method uses the Self-Organizing Map algorithm. The dataset used is the latest data that includes the number of closecontact_total (direct interaction), suspect_total (total covid symptoms), probable_total (suspected exposure), confirmation_total (confirmed covid-19) in West Java. Furthermore, the results of the grouping are evaluated. Evaluation in the form of internal evaluation using davies-bouldin indeks. Abstract

In an education system, students are an important asset of a college and therefore, it is important to pay attention to the percentage of students who graduate on time. However, there is an imbalance between the inputs and outputs of the completed students. Students who enroll in large numbers, but students who graduate on time compared to those who are late according to regulations are fewer. In this study, the author aims to apply the K-NN method using cross validation to predict student graduation rates at STMIK IKMI. The results of this study are in the form of models and evaluations of student graduation predictions, whether they graduate on time or not on time. Based on the results of the design, implementation, testing using the RapidMiner program for predicting student graduation using the k-NN method with Cross Validation resulting in an accuracy of 70.28%, an error of 29.78%, and AUC of 0.739 Keywords: Graduation, Student, K-NN, Cross Validation

Abstract

Abstract The development of digital technology E-commers is increasing, online shop goods delivery services are needed to support daily needs. The delivery man is in charge of sending goods to customers, with the delivery of goods applications can monitor delays in delivery of goods to customers so as to obtain data on delays in delivery of goods or called Over SLA. However, in processing the data, they still use manuals with Microsoft Excel so that they are lacking in providing more accurate information such as the accuracy of the accuracy of the delivery of goods, grouping of data on delays in the delivery of goods. The method used in this study by utilizing data mining using the K-Nearest Neighbors or KNN algorithm to classify or group data on delays in shipping goods. This method is used in data mining using Rapidminer machine learning applications. This study aims to classify data on delivery of goods and grouping data on timeliness of delivery so that data can be processed properly so as to produce information about the accuracy of delivery of goods by delivery man, to be more effective and faster in presenting data and classifying data.
